I. Introduction
The School Improvement Plan (SIP) of Dalogo Elementary School was
made possible through the shared efforts of the school head, teachers, pupils,
internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. It embodied the schools
mission and vision and the needed strategies/ activities appropriate to
undertake how to attain that VISION.
The plan describes the major problems and set of priorities to which the
school personnel would want to implement in the next three year cycle.
The SIP is the schools major planning document that encourage in
school to be aware about its values and to use such values to identify expected
behavior to improve school performance.

The curriculum of the school follows what the law, rules and policies of
the Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) of the Department of Education which
started effective school year 2004-2005. Localization in the curriculum is
implemented as school initiated intervention to address needs of pupils.

The school has no room allotted for workshop due to classroom shortage.
The main priority of the school is to have a classroom instead for instruction.
Toilet
The school has 3 toilets, one provided for boys and one for girls. There is
also a toilet allotted for teachers. Presently, the school is recipient of 3 sets of
toilet with hand wash facilities allocated by DepEd but construction is not yet
finished.

The Barangay Captain and the Barangay Councilors, even they ran on a
different political parties, after the election they were unite and perform their
duties and obligations for the welfare of the people in our barangay, likewise the
barangay secretary and treasurer.

Geography
Sitio Dalogo is one of the sitio of Barangay Gamot. There are two sitio of
Barangay Gamot, the other one is Sitio Luya which is located in the upper part
of Dalogo. Sitio Dalogo is almost 13 kilometers away from the town proper of
Polangui and 2 kilometers away from central Gamot.
Barangay Gamot has a total land area of 34,517 sqm (34 Hectares)
mostly used for agricultural and residential. It is bounded on the east of
Cepres, south of Itaran and west of Kinuartelan.

Economy
Farming is the main source of the livelihood. Most of the people in the
barangay engaged in planting sugar cane, crops, vegetables, fruit bearing trees,
and coconut. They also produce kalamay or panutsa, copra and charcoal.
Some of them engaged in buy and sell and poultry/livestock business. Others
involve in employment in the town proper and some go to Manila to look for job
opportunities.
