5. Sales Tax/VAT;- As applicable shall be charged extra.

6. Excise Duty: Shall be applicable extra on UPS cost.
7. State Entry Form or Permit/ Octroi, if any shall be extra as applicable. State entry
forms to be provided by client if required.
8. Delivery;- The offered system will be delivered within Minimum 2-3 week from the
date of confirmed PO along with Advance.
9. Warranty:- The UPS is warranted for a period of 12 months and batteries carries the
warranty for 24 Months.
10. Ambient & Ventilation: Allocated UPS & Battery room to be clean without any
leakages of water, also proper ventilation shall be provisioned in the proposed UPS
/Battery room keeping in mind the airflow requirements. UPS room to be designed
with adequate air conditioning for maintaining the temperature at 25 Degree
Celsius, this is suggested to achieve the optimum life of SMF VRLA type batteries.
11. Any cabling work external to UPS system & batteries shall not be in our scope.
