Happy New Year and welcome to our first
Newsletter for 2016.
This will be an exciting year at RNC with
pioneering new media and innovative programs
coming up. During 2015 IT and Take Control
has been very well received by students and we
will be building on that with new courses all
over the Centre.
A big thank you to all volunteers & staff, which
did a great job keeping all our programs and
courses on track during 2015

DAYS FOR GIRLS SEWING BEE PROJECT
Join us to help girls in Cambodia gain access to
quality sustainable feminine hygiene awareness,
by direct distribution of sustainable feminine
hygiene kits. Every girl in the world deserves
education, safety, and dignity. Help us with our
Sewing Bee Project: Sew shields, liners or
drawstrings bags or all three! Instructions and
patterns will be supplied on the day. If you use a
sewing machine, or cut out material using a
pattern, no matter how small the task is we need
your help. Join us on

Learn how to prepare a selection of traditional
Vietnamese savoury and sweet dishes such as
Vietnamese pork bread rolls, rice paper cold rolls and
coconut dessert pudding in this 6 weeks course.

Knowing how to operate computers has almost
become a basic survival skill. This course introduces
you to computer hardware and the Windows 10
operating system, word processing and searching the
internet and sending an email.

The Moving Meditation School of

The Reynella Neighbourhood
Centre will become a refuge on
extreme heat days. Signs will be
placed in bus stops and out the
front of the Centre informing the
community if they feel distressed

water available in the foyer
Chakradance
Rhythm for your Soul
Chakradance is a powerful and
authentic healing dance practice to
promote that wonderful state of
calm and vitality known as
well - being.
Leave your worries and your shoes.
Sessions will be done in bare feet.
