JOB DESCRIPTION IN DETAILS:
Drilling Engineer & Company man on onshore & offshore rigs:
Supervising a single drill sight operations and handle and perform all the
operations such as drilling vertical, and deviated wells including running and
cementing casing, running and cementing liners, cement squeeze, cement plugs,
DST test, perforating wells, running completions, work over wells, fishing, side
tracking, casing windows for well re-entries...etc. in various rigs (offshore and onshore), advance planning, ordering tools, equipment, and materials for both
drilling and work over operations. Checking rig procedure for safety & policy
applying rig contract with my company in performance. Tenders evaluation both
technical & financial & contracts follow up.

Company Man:
- Oversees the onsite work performed by contractors and service personnel
associated with drilling and completion operations to ensure proper
implementation of the drilling plan.

- Coordinates the logistics of material, equipment and personnel utilized in field

operations to ensure timely and effective operations.
- Effectively communicates with Superintendent and office staff on
progress/problems related to daily field operations.
- Communicates and coordinates with Superintendent and Engineer on any
revisions to project plans, procedure or operations.
- Measures project operational performance against established goals and
objectives. Identifies and recommends/executes on opportunities for
continuous improvement.
- Ensures on-site understanding of project expectations and daily work plan by
contractors and service companies through the use of communication tools
such as pre-spud meetings, safety meetings, and daily review meetings.
- Accountable for knowing and complying with applicable regulations and
Company HSE requirements and policies.
- Ensures that all personnel are working in a safe and professional manner
and according to laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Ensures that all equipment is right inspected and fit for purpose.
- Adheres to all policies, procedures and guidelines associated with the
company loss control program including onsite activities such as safety
meetings, drills, accurate and timely accident/incident/near miss reporting,
participation in accident/incident investigations, spill reporting, equipment
inspections, etc.

completion).
