Appropriate technology use is formalized and embraced in

many parts of the school. Teachers and staff at the school are
very receptive to learning new technology as needed to
improve their teaching strategies. Some staff are hesitant but
as a district and school, new ideas are adopted to give
students the best chance to succeed and to give staff the tools
needed to enhance instruction.

Comprehensive long-term budgeting for the institution; multiple

budgets for long-term budget needs. The budget is determined
by the Technology Department. However, the district is state
subsidized. Therefore, all funds are predeterminded by the
state.

Specific budget is provided in addition to line items in other

budgets for long-term budget needs. There is wiggle room
when there are extreme needs however, the district tries to
provide each computer lab with the same technology. Some
school technology coordinators successfully integrate
additional technologies or like to pioneer new programs.

other required district testing but this testing is not in all subject
