Greetings!
We are UP Sandiwa, the organization of UP Diliman students from
the province of Tarlac. For 22 years now, our organization has been a
constant driving force in the empowerment of the Tarlaqueo youth in
especially in making them a relevant power in the society.
This 2016 marks the start of another election season; with this
comes a new breed of fresh candidates wanting to prove themselves
worthy of being elected public servants. With this also comes a new
breed of fresh voters, eager in being vigilant watchdogs in search of the
candidates who will act in the peoples best interests.
In line with this, we will be holding Young Tarlaqueo Votes (YTV)
2016, a mayoral and gubernatorial open forum. UP Sandiwas YTV aims
to help voters get to know the candidates as well as the candidates to
give clearer insights on their platforms/ideals in front of a young voting
audience.
YTV also features a seminar on wise voting that will advance wise
and responsible voting in addition to providing college students,
especially first-time voters, basic and relevant information on the
election procedures.
In this regard, we are inviting your organization to be one of our
partners for this event. Attached below are the details of the mentioned
event and the partnership packages you may avail:

Young Tarlaqueo Votes 2016

Date: March 21, 2016
Time: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Venue: Tarlac State University Gymnasium
Target Audience: 400-800 college student voters

RESPONSIBILITIES

The logo and name of the organization shall be

included in ALL our publicity materials, both
printed (e.g. posters) and online hypes (e.g.
teaser videos, online publicity materials).

You are tasked to send at least twenty (20)

people to the event. (Members or nonmembers of your organization)

An opportunity to present your organization

videos at certain times during the event shall
be provided.

You are required to like and share all of our

publicity materials posted online.

A certificate of appreciation will be given under

the name of the organization.

**You are required to provide significant aid

in preparation of the event.

MAJOR PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE
