-by the time I was in highschool I was nominated by the highschool
comitee, named AELVA, to organize events such as sprees, camps
and activities, charity for our highschool. I also developed my
communication skills in extracurricular doings as in Netherlands
where I was representing Romania and I was named leader for my
team made of foreign people from Danemark, Netherlands, Greece,
Hungary. We developed activities such as outdoors, sports and
psychological classes. Many times I purposed for projects and for
example I took a public speech with the police, regarding teenagers
and their problems regarding delinquency.
-Mediation classes made me a good speaker because of the main
theme, solving conflicts

-As a volunteer in many activities and social organisations, I was a
member of COMENIUS, an international project gathering Romanian
teenagers and also british ones, from Hockerill College , England.
We were involved for charity, with children with desabilities and
renovated their foster care. The advantages were the cultural
exchanges between us and Great Britain.Everywhere I had to
communicate, gather, control and mentain the equilibrium in all our
teams working there.
