INTRODUCTION
A one page presentation that will ( 4
paragraphs ) bring the readers on the nature of the
study, what motivates the student to do it, the
pressing problem/s observed in which if not given
attention will cause repercussion to the quality of
learning of the students/ pupils. It is ended with
the rationale why conducting the study.
OBJECTIVES
It presents the expected result/s in doing the
study.
PROBLEM
It gives direction on what is intended to answer. It
is expresses in interrogative form. (Ws and H
questions)

LITERATURE AND STUDIES


a synthesis of presentation of concepts and studies
taken from the books, thesis, journals which
discussed the topic/ subject being undertaken. (5
paragraphs)
ANALYSIS (INTERVIEW, OBSERVATION, QUESTIONNAIRE)
Presented in matrix form showing the answer in
each question/s presented. Following the matrix the
analysis in the answer of the pupil/ students being
studied.
CONCLUSION
The wrapped- up of what you find out in the
analysis which capture the answers in the problems.

The suggestion/s you may offer that will help
address the prevailing problems.

It captures the growth of the pre- service


teachers during their immersion in public
school or off- campus as a requirement in
earning the degree in their program. It
promotes and documents the preparations
and actual learning experiences of the preservice teachers as they assumed the duties
and responsibilities of teachers in real
classroom situation guided by their
cooperating teachers.
