A heartfelt thank you to all the liturgical ministers, the music and hymn leaders, altar

As we celebrated the rising up of Jesus may His blessings assist our rising up to new life in

“PILGRIMAGE TO PERU” - a third pilgrimage trip to Peru is being planned for Nov. 15th –
Nov. 27th, 2010 as a continuing commitment of our partnership with the people of Peru.
Details are set out in a brochure which is available in the church and at the parish office.

GREY SISTERS BURSARY: A bursary for up to $5,000 will be awarded by the Grey
Sisters of the Immaculate Conception to a Canadian lay woman to pursue theological
or pastoral studies in preparation for Pastoral Ministry. Application forms are available

ONTARIO CATHOLIC SCHOOL TRUSTEES’ ASSOCIATION: On October 25, 2010, Catholic
school board elections will be held throughout Ontario. In an effort to encourage members of our
Catholic community to consider a vocation as a Catholic school trustee, the OCSTA has produced a
brochure entitled A Call to Service. This brochure illuminates the distinctive role of the Catholic trustee
and outlines some of the legal qualifications required prior to running in the election. Brochures may
be found on the tables at the church entrances.
