You have purchased a quality Humidity chamber (Laboratory)

instrument that you requires.

Handling with care

Please read these operating instructions carefully before operating your new
PIECO Humidity chamber.
!Caution!
The operator shall be responsible for
any modifications to PIECO Humidity Chamber/Instrument
equipment and for any connections
of cables or equipment not
supplied by the Manufacture of Distributer of PIECO Humidity Chamber
and must check and, if necessary,
correct these modifications and
connections.

!Warning:
Make sure that the voltage rating printed on the AC adapter is
identical to your local line voltage. The only way to turn power off
completely is by disconnecting the AC adapter from the main input
voltage.
Protect the AC adapter from contact with liquids.

Before Connecting Humidity chamber cord to main line cheque

proper earthling of main Input line, its most important.
This product is intended for indoor Use only.

!Warning!
This unit contains no user-serviceable
parts. Do not open the Humidity chamber switch panel/control Panel,
outer inner chamber without permission of supplier/distributer /manufacturer, as this voids the
manufacturers warrantee.

Temperature Controller (Dry Bulb): Digital Display. One Display (TOP

RED) shows process value (PV) and BLUE Second One Shows set Value.
Thermocouple or sensor mounting inside of Humidity chamber to read out
Dry Temperature of Humidity Chamber.
Operating Voltage: 220v A.C. 50Hz.
Temperature Controller (Wet Bulb): Digital Display. One Display (TOP
RED) shows process value (PV) and BLUE Second One Shows set Value.
Thermocouple or Sensor mounting inside of Humidity Chamber to read out
Wet Temperature of Humidity chamber. ***Thermocouple of WET
temperature always immersion required water label provided a pot inside
Humidity camber at a suitable condition.
Operating Voltage: 220v A.C. 50Hz

Compressor: A cooling compressor at the bottom to maintain cooling

temperature.
Heater: One heater inside Humidity chamber to maintain temperature most
accurately.
Indicator: Three Indicators in all. One for BLOWER/ Circulating Fan, 2nd
one for Heating Elements. ON/OFF process. Third One is for Main ON.
Switches: One for Humidity Chamber Main AC Input. One switch for
Blower ON/OFF. For Uniform Temperature process for Humidity Chamber
Blower Switch Should be ON.
Heating Elements: Heating Elements are Nicrome/Kanthal spiral Heating
elements..

Relay: ON/OFF. Relay output NO & NC type.

Temperature Range : 10 deg.c. to 50 deg.c.

Humidity Range : 40 % rh to 95 % rh
Fan Motor : Powerful Fan motor for forced air circulation to maintain uniform temperature
inside chamber.

The Humidity chamber has double-walled inner chamber stainless steel
with removable shelves of stainless steel. Temperature range 10 deg.c. to
50 deg,.c. Temperature control through best quality Digital Microprocessor
based temperature controller .
To monitoring Humidity oc Inner one Micro processor based Humidity
INDICATOR PROVIDED TO READ OUT DIRECT INNERCHAMBER
HUMIDITY.
Heating elements Nicrome / Kanthal which are renowned for best
performance and suitable Humidity chamber.
One Air circulation Blower placed suitable place in the inner chamber to
circulate air evenly through out the chamber.
Neon indicators indicate Main ON / OFF & every function of operating even
Blower, Heating Elements, Switches.
Switches on Front Panel for AC main supply Input and another for ON /
OFF of Blower.
