Start or expand YOUR portfolio in 2010. The £20,000 * is the investors total
acquisition and closing costs for all 5 properties.
Once an investment has been received, the purchase will be fulfilled from a
number of locations.
So, how will we do it? Ask about our contract, reserve a place on the wealth
creation program and pay your invoice. That’s the first part done. You will be sent
recommended properties, they will be to rent out or tenanted already, usually in
the North (where renting is the norm).
They will offer good yields (positive cashflow) on a monthly basis. That means you
will be acquiring an income from day one.
Over time we will build up your portfolio of properties to 5, all tenanted and
cashflowing positive bringing you income in along the way.
Management agents will be put in place to look after the day to day running of
each tenant. You will be issued with portfolio management software to look after
your portfolio, this is simple to use and included in your initial investment.
You will assigned a portfolio manager to look after your purchases along the way,
they will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Well, we’d all like a palace in the centre of London, however realistically Northern
houses and apartments offer a greater yield on a monthly basis and they are less
expensive to purchase hence –
Complete the reservation form with your details on it. Complete a mortgage
‘fact find’ form and send photo ID’s over to us.
Then we are ready to source your first property. There is no obligation on your
part to take every property offered, but the quicker you build up your
portfolio, the quicker you start acquiring income and capital wealth
