Project: North Azadegan Oil Field Development
Finalized project schedule, cost, and its implementation throughout the project in Engineering, Procurement,
Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) phases using P6 version 8.2 to consolidate the EPCC schedule.
Analyzed, commented, and approved the final schedule submitted by the contractors to optimize cost/timing and
identify discrepancies.
Analyzed project performance utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Developed procedures/instructions for preparation and maintenance of project plans, master/detail schedules, and
activity coding structures such as CBS, OBS, and WBS.
Executed cost and scope control management processes including schedule, scope, risk, quality, issues and
integrated change controls.
Ensured the implementation of the cost control system during the initial phase.
Communicated with and acted as liaison for project team, sub-contractors, vendors and client.
Collected, consolidated, analyzed, and monitored the project scope, cost, and schedule control information to
