Contact made with ACO Collins who reports taking multiple
calls on the animal over the past month. He observed the
animal two weeks ago and it appeared to be mobile despite
having no use of a hind leg, and had only minimal hair loss.

any more, and has significant hair loss in the area of the
head and neck.
