Brief overview of the Job at Hand:


Monthly Accounts:
Review of monthly management accounts of the company.
Analyzing Financial Ratios.
Treasury and Cash and Bank:
Responsible for smooth operations of the entity ensuring sufficient
liquidity at all times also keeping an eye on the receivables, inventories
and tax refunds.
Liaison with the bank for all sort of issues and negotiation of all sorts of
credit limits, facilities etc.
Forecasting, Budgeting:
Preparation of Projected PNL and Projected Balance Sheet.
Preparation of Yearly Cash Budget.
Financial Modelling:
Development of financial models for different requirements.
Appraising management regarding impact of major capital purchase
decisions.
Fixed Assets and intangibles:
Overseeing Fixed Assets of the company.
Reviewing and monitoring movement in fixed assets and CWIP.
Maintaining the intangibles of the company.
Trade Finance:
Overseeing all sort of finance related trade activities.
