Plan Concrete works

50 mm thick cement concrete work in
1:3:6 mix proportion in slab on grade
and under foundation using cement
admixture (SIKA, Plastocrete Plus) of
local sand of min. F.M 1.50 & 20mm
down well graded stone chips,
cleaning, screening and washing of
both find and coarse aggregate,
providing necessary scaffolding,
framework, shuttering, mixing of
concrete, carrying and placing,
complete as per drawing specification
and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
at all heights.
Damp Proofing/ Water Proofing
Foundation and ground floor slab:
Supplying and laying polythene paper
0.16mm thick on floor below brick
soling work in ground floor in two
layers, 15cm laps in joints and edge
and using synthetic rubber or plastic
glue as adhesive in the joints and
edges, the upper layer complete as
detailed specification, drawing and
direction of the Engineeringin-charge
Waterproofing and roof :
Providing of applying SIKA/BASF
concrete waterproofing By
crystallization to the concrete
floors/walls, including cleaning all RCC
surface, applying SIKA/BASF
concentrate catalytic crystallization
waterproofing treatment to
permanently fix non-soluble crystalline
growth inside the capillary thick and
pores thoughout the entire thickness
of concrete as per manufacturers
specification. The waterproofing
treatment shall include: making of
coves/groove 25mm x25mm x25mm
at the joints wall and slab with
SIKA/BASF modified mortar/Patch-inplug/concrete dry pack.
Waterproofing of septic tank,
inspection chambers etc.:
Construction joints treatment: Sika
Swell A, acrylic swellable sealing
profile, using single component PU
based hydro swelling adhesive sike
swell S-2.
Waterproofing in side the tanks:
2mm epoxy
cementitiousmotarsikagard 720
EpoCem followed by sikagard 63
chemical resistance coating (~650
microns in 2 coats).
Waterproofing of lift pit, kitchen
drainage line:
Construction joint treatment:Sika
swell A, acrylic swellable sealing
profile, using single component Pu
based hydro swelling adhesive sika
swell S-2.
Waterproofing soil side: sikaplan
