1.- Introduction, general concepts and fundamentals.


Due to the great scientific and technological advances that mankind has
witnessed in many areas of industry is necessary to cover a branch of
computer skills, optics, mechanical engineering and industrial automation in
order to make the most competent and productive industry to the needs of the
human being, using all available for the production of machine tools, processes
and services technology

In a Flexible Manufacturing System. It is an integrated -tools machines linked

conventional technology or at least for a CNC (computer numerical control

The product to be treated in this paper are in terms of the production of bottled
water in the jugs specific 11 liters and 20 liters so the implementation of a SMF
focuses more on the transport of finished products within this industry water.
However it is important to mention that using plc is essential for optimal
functioning and coordinated

manufacturing systems itself will be part of transport and storage of carboys in
the corresponding racks for delivery to delivery trucks.

Although most water plants are not automated as such, automation applied

these robots, since there is no handling of machine tools in the process as

2. plastic injection molding and CNC in the production of plastic

Plastic is one of today's most popular products. It really is easier today to


create any size and shape of plastic injection molding of plastics and CNC
machining.
This material can be used because it is lightweight and can be easily cut and
shaped addition to replacing the fragile glass carboys
Several items can be made by injection molding of plastics. Today, computer
numerically controlled or CNC routing services are common. Lots of ISO 9001
companies that offer this service for those who want to tailor-make plastic,
wood or metal elements. However, most are concentrated in plastic as many
companies now need plastic parts and products in the process.
Each time a customer wants a merchandise made of plastic, has to have the
services of an accredited ISO-9001 company that can make plastic injection
molding. In this process, plastic is fed to the right in a piece of equipment,
where it is heated and dissolved. It is then introduced into a mold cavity where
it will cool and form the required shape according to descriptions of customers.
Materials such as acrylic, HDPE, Kynar, and Radel only plastic materials that
can be used in the process of rapid injection molding.

After the process, these plastics can be used in healthcare, electronics and
aviation companies. To further improve the shape of the elements, everyone
goes through a process called CNC

routing cutting surface, and drilling. These techniques all completed by CNC
are.
Customers can choose different materials and colors for your plastic products.
Selecting the color and material depends on its function. Density, flammability,
hardness and thermal conductivity are just some of the material properties that
customers have to consider before having a plastic product made. Also look for

products are created.
The fluidity and durability of the plastic makes it one of the most currently
preferred materials. Because plastic, humans have developed different types of
products. CNC Machining can be used to create more elements that can make
life much easier.
Preforms / PET bottles

Standard products: Water bottles, other products: beer, soda, perfume, soap,
liquid

Description of process
In principle, the manufacturing process of PET and PLA is divided into two
steps. First preform molds are injected into cavities 144 in which the screw or
nozzle for the final bottle cap is included. In the second step the preform
assumes its final shape in a molding machine stretch blow.
Recycled materials.
For the manufacture of preforms, PET is used mostly available in the form of
virgin pellets. For special applications, is also processed PLA, recovering from
renewable resources such as corn.
Nowadays more and more recycled PET and PLA in the production process. To
ensure quality bottles are preferred authentic crushed PET bottle and PLA.
Amorphous crushed if used, must be crystallized before drying.
Colored material:
For the production of colored bottles, or one dosage unit for volumetric or
gravimetric metering a colored masterbatch at the entrance of the machine, or
the dye is carried with the material inlet of a dispensing system is used liquids.
So blue, green or brown transparent bottles are commonly manufactured. For
bottling milk, PET bottles are colored with white or opaque dyes.
Preparation of material:
Before making PET preforms must be dried or PLA but, scratches, or
degradation may occur by hydrolysis in the preform. As virgin material, PET
normally holds up to approx. 0.1% initial moisture and thus is dried for approx.
6 hours of 160 C to 175 C to achieve a residual moisture content of up to 50
ppm. As for the PLA with an initial moisture of up to 0.25%, a residual humidity
of less than 0.01% is achieved with a drying between 4 and 8 hours at a
temperature between 60 C and 100 C.

Air conditioning or dehumidifying mold

The molds in injection molding workshop should always be treated with cold,

Crystallization of PET and PLA


For processing, the PET must be dried at 180 C to achieve a residual humidity
lower than 40 ppm.
However, during the recycling process, the PET is in amorphous condition
because it cools rapidly after leaving the mixture. It is therefore amorphous and
transparent.
When heated PET undergoes a phase transition from amorphous to crystalline
structure when it reaches between 120 C and 140 C. During the transition
phase, the PET becomes sticky and should be removed in a hopper stirring to
prevent clumping.
After crystallization, the material turns white and then can be dried at 180 C
without sticking.
It also offers a complete series of crystallizers with reactor volumes of 1252500 liters for material flow 30 kg / ha to 1000 kg / h.

Note: it is noteworthy that the production of molds bottles by other companies


that handle cnc machines and tools for the development of these metal molds
are predefined.

3. Ground-water with reverse osmosis


The operating principle of reverse osmosis involves applying high pressure at
the inlet of the pressure tubes containing membranes. These membranes
separate the water inlet into two streams: permeate and reject.
Some of the most common applications are:
Get potable water starting from brackish water, by reducing salinity, nitrates
and arsenic.
Get potable water starting from sea water by reducing salinity. - Feeding
boilers producing steam by reducing salinity and hardness.
Feeding towers or evaporative condensers by reducing salinity, chloride and

Ionized Silver

Laser and level sensors

Capping and Filling Machine

This is the part where the jugs are filled and covered with the necessary torque

PLC
A, better known by its acronym in English PLC (Programmable Logic Controller),
programmable logic controller is a computer used in automatic engineering or
industrial automation engineering to automate electromechanical processes,
such as control of machinery on factory lines assembly or rides.
In this case this plc is to indicate to us if there is a malfunction located in the
different processes that exist in the plant and in the process of reverse
osmosis, checking pumps or ionized work, on conveyor belts indicates whether

Automated guided vehicles (AGV).


There is a wide variety of automated guided vehicles operating within the SMF
and often have replaced other elements traditionally used to transport parts
such as conveyor belts. They can be classified as follows:

Conclusions:
Although Flexible manufacturing cells are characterized by their adaptability to
create various products without creating huge batches, it is clear that
automation in the water industry is very strong, because they have to

coordinate the movements of all pumps, motor reducers and other machines
mentioned above through the use of plc. , and implementation of robots for the
accommodation and storage of carboys in order to replace labor, as very
