At or around December 2015, the Employer violated Sect. 8(a)(6) of the National Labor Relations Act by failIng to provide
relevant and necessary Information requested by NYSNA. Including InforniatIon relating to connects for replacement
workers with staffing agencies as well as financial information made in connection with proposals made by the Employer
during contract negotiations. The Employer also violated Sect. 6(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the Act on 'Christmas 'Eve of 2615
when It unlawfully threatened to lockout employees If they engaged In a protected strike. In addition, at or around
December 2015, the Employer violated Sect, 6(a)(1) of the Act when Its managers, supervisors, and agents unlawfully
instructed employees to remove union buttons. Lastly, at or around December 2015, the Employer violated Section B(e)(1)
of the Act by repeatedly interrogating and harassing employees regarding their protected concerted activities..
