The Different Between Art and Culture

ART
Art is power of the mind to create something extraordinary. Typically in a
visual form such as painting or sculpture. Art is something that is rewarded
because of its beauty or emotional power. It encompasses a diverse range of human
activities, creations, and modes of expression, including music, literature, film,
photography, sculpture, and paintings. The meaning of art is explored in a branch of
philosophy known as aesthetics and even disciplines such as history and
psychoanalysis analyze its relationship with humans and generations.
Art has had a great number of different functions throughout its history,
making its purpose difficult to abstract or quantify to any single concept. This
does not imply that the purpose of Art is "vague", but that it has had many unique,
different reasons for being created. Every body have their own arts. Thats where
their arts never same like the others.
Sculptures, cave paintings, rock paintings, and petroglyphs from the Upper
Paleolithic dating to roughly 40,000 years ago have been found, but the precise
meaning of such art is often disputed because so little is known about the cultures
that produced them. The oldest art objects in the worlda series of tiny, drilled
snail shells about 75,000 years oldwere discovered in a South African cave.
Art tends to facilitate intuitive rather than rational understanding, and is
usually consciously created with this intention.[citation needed] Fine art
intentionally serves no other purpose.[dubious discuss] As a result of this
impetus, works of art are elusive, refractive to attempts at classification, because
they can be appreciated in more than one way, and are often susceptible to many
different interpretations. In the case of Gricault's Raft of the Medusa, special
knowledge concerning the shipwreck that the painting depicts is not a prerequisite
to appreciating it, but allows the appreciation of Gricault's political intentions in
the piece. Even art that superficially depicts a mundane event or object, may invite
reflection upon elevated themes.

Raditionally, the highest achievements of art demonstrate a high level of

ability or fluency within a medium. This characteristic might be considered a point
of contention, since many modern artists (most notably, conceptual artists) do not
themselves create the works they conceive, or do not even create the work in a
conventional, demonstrative sense. Art has a transformative capacity: confers
particularly appealing or aesthetically satisfying structures or forms upon an
original set of unrelated, passive constituents.
CULTURE
Culture is a way of life that developed and owned together by a group of
people and passed down from generation to generation. Culture is made up of many
complex elements, including religion and political systems, customs, languages,
tools, clothing, buildings, and works of art. Culture is the attitudes, behavior, and
beliefs of any social group. Cultures may form based on common religion,
backgrounds, or any number of other factors. Language, as well as culture, an
integral part of the human self so that many people tend to think of his genetically
inherited.
Culture comes from the way people decide to do things. A given race decides
to worship a certain way, dress a certain way, and all the other things that are
distinctive about one race from another. All these things added together compose
the culture of a race.
Culture is what groups of people do in life and the milestones of life. It is
the traditions, foods, holidays, words, religion, education, and all the things people
do. It is what people value and how they raise their children. Culture grows and
develops itself accordance with the history of human development, a variety of
factors, all core to a value of directional and toward good for all individuals and all
groups.
However, the word "culture" is most commonly used in three basic senses:

Excellence of taste in the fine arts and humanities, also known as high
culture

An integrated pattern of human knowledge, belief, and behavior that

depends upon the capacity for symbolic thought and social learning

The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes
an institution, organization or group

Culture (from the Latin cultura stemming from colere, meaning "to cultivate") is
a term that has various meanings. For example, in 1952, Alfred Kroeber and Clyde
Kluckhohn compiled a list of 164 definitions of "culture" in Culture: A Critical
Review of Concepts and Definitions. However, the word "culture" is most commonly
used in three basic senses:
ART AND CULTURE
Arts are actually a part of culture. Art is one expression of culture. The
arts consists of visual arts, performing arts and physical arts. Culture includes the
arts as well as traditions and popular beliefs and practices.
Art and Culture is the portal for artistic knowledge and discovery. People
across all of the arts come together to learn, connect and share.
