CONDICIONES GENERALES DE NUESTRA GARANTA

Mediante este documento, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., concede una garanta comercial, en lo sucesivo GC, sobre los productos que comercializa, de acuerdo a las condiciones que se expresan a continuacin:
1. La amplitud y la extensin de la presente GC viene determinada por la reparacin, el coste de las piezas de recambio, la mano de
obra y, si aplicase, la sustitucin del producto amparada por la misma dentro del territorio de la Unin Europea. Las ventas efectuadas fuera de la Unin Europea no estn bajo el alcance de esta garanta salvo pacto expreso de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS,
S.L.U.
2. La reparacin o sustitucin gratuita de toda pieza no conforme, siempre y cuando deben ser realizadas por personal autorizado por
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. En este caso, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. responder de las faltas de conformidad que
motivaron la reparacin o sustitucin durante los 6 meses posteriores a la reparacin o sustitucin.
3. La duracin de la presente GC ser de 5 aos a contar desde la fecha de factura o ticket de compra, o en su caso el albarn de
entrega si la fecha de ste fuese posterior a la de los documentos anteriores.
4. Como excepcin al prrafo anterior, el periodo de GC para todos los productos que hayan sido expuestos en locales del VENDEDOR
es de 1 ao sin perjuicio del periodo de garanta legal que otorgue el VENDEDOR. El poseedor de esta GC deber acreditar la
vigencia de la misma mediante la factura de compra del artculo o la escritura de adquisicin del inmueble donde se encuentre
dicho artculo.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. garantiza sus productos y sus componentes contra cualquier falta de conformidad, siempre y
cuando los mismos hayan sido objeto de una correcta instalacin (conforme a la normativa en vigor y las instrucciones indicadas
para su montaje, mantenimiento y conservacin) y se haya hecho el uso debido y para el que fueron concebidos.
6. El consumidor acompaar al presente documento de garanta debidamente cumplimentado, la factura o el ticket de compra del
producto.
7. Los artculos consumibles (bombillas, tubos fluorescentes, lmparas halgenas, gomas, juntas, etc.) no estn cubiertos por esta
garanta.
8. Quedan excluidos de la presente GC:
a. Los daos que se deriven del transporte, si este no ha sido realizado por la FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
b. Los daos derivados de una incorrecta instalacin, de manipulaciones o reparaciones efectuadas por personal no autorizado
por FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., as como los daos que se deban al desgaste natural, malos tratos, uso y mantenimiento incorrecto, impropio, anormal o diferente al usual y/o a lo indicado en las correspondientes instrucciones.
c. Aquellos daos ocasionados por suciedad, incrustaciones, calcinacin u otros defectos fsicos, qumicos o electroqumicos.
d. Los daos que objetivamente no sean susceptibles de imputar al fabricante.
e. En los casos de platos de ducha y paneles para alicatar, verificar las medidas dimensionales, color, etc antes de ser instalado.
No se aceptarn reclamaciones por estos motivos una vez instalados.
f. En el caso de los platos de ducha, antes de terminar el alicatado y de colocar cualquier otro elemento sobre el plato de
ducha, el instalador deber verificar la correcta instalacin y comprobar que el plato desagua perfectamente. En caso de
no hacer correctamente esta verificacin, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. no se har cargo de los gastos derivados de la
sustitucin de los elementos colocados sobre el plato tales como mamparas o cermicas.
9. En el caso de que el producto entregado al consumidor no sea conforme al contrato de compraventa del producto segn los establecido en el artculo 125 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de 16 de Noviembre de 2007, el consumidor deber informar al
VENDEDOR de dicha falta de conformidad en un plazo de dos meses desde que tuvo conocimiento de la misma. Asimismo, para
ejercer los derechos de sustitucin del producto, rebaja del precio o, en su caso, resolucin del contrato de compraventa, el
consumidor deber dirigirse al VENDEDOR del producto
10. Esta garanta no afecta los derechos legales del consumidor que le confiere el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de 16 de Noviembre
de 2007 en el caso de Reino de Espaa o a lo dispuesto en la Directiva 1999/44/CE del 25 de Mayo de 1999 y en las respectivas
leyes nacionales de transposicin de la misma.

GENERAL TERMS OF OUR WARRANTY
Based on this document, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. concedes a commercial warranty, hereafter CW, for the products it sells,
according to the conditions described below:
1. The detail and scope of this CW is determined by the repair, cost of the spare parts, labour and, if applicable, the replacement of the
product protected by the same within the territory of the European Union. Sales made outside the European Union are not included
within the scope of this warranty unless expressly agreed by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
2. The repair or replacement of any non-compliant part free of charge, provided that such work is undertaken by authorised FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. staff. In this case, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. will respond to the lacks of conformity that led
to the repair or replacement during the 6 months after the repair or replacement.
3. The duration of the CW will be 5 years as from the invoice or receipt date of the purchase or, if applicable, the delivery note if its
date were after that of the aforementioned documents.
4. As an exception to the previous paragraph, the validity period of the CW for all the products which have been on display on the
VENDORS premises is 1 year without prejudice to the legal warranty period granted by the VENDOR. The holder of this CW must
prove the its validity with the purchase invoice for the article or the deeds for the property where this article is found.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. guarantees its products and components against any conformity flaw, provided that they have
been correctly installed (in compliance with the standard in force and the instructions indicated for their assembly, maintenance
and conservation) and that they have been used correctly and as their design intended.
6. The consumer will accompany this warranty document, duly completed, with the invoice or receipt of purchase for the product.
7. Consumable articles (bulbs, fluorescent tubes, halogen lights, rubber elements, gaskets, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
8. The following is excluded from this CW:
a. Damage resulting from transport, if not carried out by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
b. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed by staff not authorised by FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L., as well as damage due to natural wear, poor treatment, and use and maintenance which is incorrect,
unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to that indicated in the relevant instructions.
c. Damage caused by dirt, deposits, scale deposits or other physical, chemical or electro-mechanical defects.
d. Damage which, viewed objectively, cannot be attributed to the manufacturer.
e. In the case of shower trays and panels for tiling, check the dimensions, colour, etc. prior to installation. No claims will be
accepted for these reasons once installed.
f. In the case of shower trays, prior to completing the floor tiling and fitting any other element on the shower tray, the fitter must
check that the installation is correct and verify that the tray drains perfectly. Should this verification not be done correctly,
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. will not bear the costs resulting from replacing the elements fitted on the trays such as
shower screens or ceramics.
9. In the event that the product delivered to the consumer is not in compliance with the product sales contract according to the provisions of article 125 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November 2007, the consumer must inform the VENDOR of this
lack of conformity within two months of ascertaining this. Likewise, in order to exercise product replacement rights, reduce the
price or, if applicable, cancel the sales contract, the consumer must contact the VENDOR of the product.
10. This warranty does not affect the consumers legal rights as granted to them in Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November
2007 in the case of the Kingdom of Spain or those in Directive 1999/44/EC of 25th May 1999 and their transposition to respective
national laws.

CONDITIONS GNRALES DE NOTRE GARANTIE

FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. octroie travers ce document une garantie commerciale, ci-aprs dsigne GC, pour les produits
commercialiss, conformment aux conditions dtailles ci-aprs:
1. Ltendue de la prsente GC comprend la rparation, le cout des pices de rechange, la main duvre et, ventuellement, la substitution du produit garanti au sein du territoire de lUnion Europenne. Les ventes ralises hors de lUnion Europenne ne sont pas
couvertes par cette garantie sauf disposition contraire expresse de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
2. La rparation ou la substitution gratuite de toute pice non conforme condition quelle ait t ralis par le personnel autoris
de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. Dans ce cas FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. assumera les dfauts de conformit ayant
motiv la rparation ou la substitution durant les 6 mois ultrieurs la rparation ou la substitution.
3. La dure de la prsente GC est de 5 ans compter de la date de la facture ou du ticket dachat, ou ventuellement du bon de livraison si sa date tait ultrieure aux documents mentionns.
4. Exceptionnellement au paragraphe prcdent, la priode la GC pour tous les produits exposs dans les tablissements du VENDEUR est de 1 an indpendamment de la priode de garantie lgale concde par le VENDEUR. Le dtenteur de cette GC devra
justifier que la garantie est en vigueur avec la facture dachat ou lacte dachat de limmeuble o se trouve cet article.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. garantit ses produits et ses composants contre tout dfaut de conformit, condition quils
aient t correctement install (conformment aux normes en vigueur et les instructions indiques de montage, maintenance et
conservation) et lutilisation correcte pour laquelle ils ont t conus.

6. Le consommateur devra joindre au prsent document de garantie dment rempli, la facture ou le ticket dachat du produit.
7. Les consommables (lampes, tubes fluorescents, lampes halognes, pices en caoutchouc, joints, etc.) ne sont pas couverts par
cette garantie.
8. Les dommages suivants sont exclus de la prsente GC:
a. Les dgts lis au transport, sil na pas t ralis par FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
b. Les dgts drivs dune installation incorrecte, de manipulations ou de rparations effectues par le personnel non autoris
par FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., ainsi que les dommages dus lusure, les mauvais traitements, lusage et la maintenance incorrecte, impropre, anormale ou diffrente aux instructions indiques.
c. Les dommages lis la salet, les incrustations, la calcination ou tout autre dfaut physique, chimique ou lectrochimique.
d. Les dommages qui ne sont pas objectivement susceptibles dtre attribus au fabricant.
e. Avant de procder linstallation des plateaux de douches et des panneaux carreler, pensez vrifier les dimensions, la
couleur, etc. Une fois les lments installs, aucune rclamation pour lun de ces motifs, ne sera accepte.
f. Dans le cas des plateaux de douche, avant de terminer le carrelage et dinstaller tout autre lment sur le receveur, linstallateur devra vrifier que linstallation est correcte et que leau scoule parfaitement par le receveur de douche. Si la vrification nest pas faite FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. nassumera pas les frais drivs de la substitution des lments
placs sur le plateau de douche comme par exemple les pare-douches ou les lments en cramiques.
9. Dans le cas o le produit livr au consommateur nest pas conforme lacte dachat daprs le contenu de larticle 125 du Dcret
Royal Lgislatif 1/2007 du 16 Novembre 2007 du Royaume dEspagne, le consommateur devra informer le VENDEUR de ce dfaut
de conformit dans un dlai de deux mois compter de la prise de connaissance du dfaut. Ainsi, pour exercer les droits de
substitution du produit, rduction de prix ou, ventuellement, la rsiliation du contrat dachat, le consommateur devra sadresser
au VENDEUR du produit.
10. Cette garantie naffecte pas les droits lgaux du consommateur indiqus dans le Dcret Royal Lgislatif 1/2007 du 16 Novembre
2007 dans le cas du Royaume dEspagne ou conformment ce qui est mentionn dans la Directive 1999/44/CE du 25 mai 1999
et les lois nationales respectives de transposition.

CONDITIONS GNRALES DE NOTRE GARANTIE

Mediante il presente documento, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., concede una garanzia commerciale, in seguito denominata GC,
sui prodotti che commercializza, conforme alle condizioni dettagliate in seguito:
1. La magnitudine e lestensione della presente GC viene determinata dalla riparazione, dal costo dei pezzi di ricambio, dalla mano
dopera e, se necessario, dalla sostituzione del prodotto, ai sensi della normativa interna dellUnione Europea. Le vendite effettuate
al di fuori dellUnione Europea non sono comprese in questa garanzia, salvo accordo esplicito di FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS,
S.L.U.
2. La riparazione o sostituzione gratuita di eventuali pezzi non conformi, deve essere effettuata da persone autorizzate da FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. In questo caso, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. risponder della mancata conformit che ha
giustificato la riparazione o sostituzione durante i 6 mesi successivi alla riparazione o sostituzione.
3. La durata della presente GC sar di 5 anni dalla data della fattura o scontrino dacquisto o eventualmente della bolla di consegna se
la data di questultima fosse posteriore a quella dei documenti precedenti.
4. Come eccezione al paragrafo precedente, il periodo della GC per tutti i prodotti esposti presso i locali del RIVENDITORE di 1
anno, oltre al periodo di garanzia legale che stabilisca il RIVENDITORE. Il titolare della GC dovr dimostrare la vigenza della stessa
mediante fattura dacquisto dellarticolo o rogito dellimmobile in cui si trova larticolo in questione.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. garantisce i propri prodotti e componenti contro qualsiasi mancata conformit, a condizione
che i prodotti siano stati oggetto di una corretta installazione (conforme alla normativa vigente e alle istruzioni indicate per il
montaggio, la manutenzione e la conservazione), di un uso corretto per cui sono stati progettati.
6. Il consumatore allegher al presente documento la fattura o lo scontrino dacquisto del prodotto.
7. Gli articoli consumabili (lampadine, tubi fluorescenti, lampade alogene, elastici, guarnizioni, ecc) non entrano nella garanzia.
8. Sono esclusi dalla presente GC:
a. I danni derivanti dal trasporto se non stato effettuato direttamente da FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
b. I danni derivanti da unincorretta installazione, manipolazione o riparazioni effettuate da persone non autorizzate da FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., ed eventuali danni causati dallusura manuale, maltrattamento e manutenzione incorretta, impropria, anormale o diversa dallabituale e/o da quanto indicato nelle istruzioni duso.
c. I danni causati da sporcizia, incrostazioni, calcinazione o altri effetti fisici, chimici o elettrochimici.
d. I danni che oggettivamente non sono imputabili al fabbricante.
e. In caso di piatti doccia e pannelli da piastrellare, verificare le misure, il colore, etc. prima di procedere allinstallazione, Non si
accettano reclami dovuti a questi motivi ad installazione avvenuta.
f. Nel caso dei piatti doccia, prima di concludere il piastrellamento e di appoggiare altri elementi sul piatto doccia, linstallatore
dovr controllare la corretta installazione e verificare che il piatto doccia scarichi correttamente. Nel caso in cui questa
verifica non venisse effettuata correttamente, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. non assumer le spese derivanti dalla
sostituzione degli elementi situati sui piatti, ad esempio box doccia o ceramiche.

9. Nel caso in cui il prodotto consegnato al consumatore non fosse conforme al contratto di vendita del prodotto ai sensi di quanto
stabilito nellarticolo 125 del Reale Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16 novembre 2007, il consumatore dovr comunicare al RIVENDITORE la mancata conformit in un termine di due mesi dal momento in cui ne venuto a conoscenza. Inoltre, per esercitare i
diritti di sostituzione del prodotto, ribasso sul prezzo o, eventualmente, rescissione del contratto di vendita, il consumatore dovr
dirigersi al RIVENDITORE del prodotto.
10. Questa garanzia non esclude i diritti legali del consumatore conferitigli dal Reale Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16 novembre
2007 nel caso del regno di Spagna o dalla Direttiva 1999/44/CE del 25 maggio 1999 nelle rispettive leggi nazionali di trasposizione
della stessa.

UNSERE ALLGEMEINEN GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN

Mit diesem Dokument erteilt die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. eine Handelsgarantie, nachfolgend HG, fr die von ihr vertriebenen
Produkte, Hierfr gelten folgende Bedingungen:
1. Umfang und Weite der vorliegenden HG werden von der Reparatur, den Kosten fr Ersatzteile, Arbeitszeit und ggf. Ersatz des von
dieser Garantie innerhalb der Europischen Union gedeckten Produkts bestimmt. Produkte, die auerhalb der Europischen Union
verkauft werden, sind nicht von dieser Garantie gedeckt, es sei denn, dies wird ausdrcklich mit der FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS,
S.L.U. vereinbart.
2. Kostenlose Reparaturen oder Ersatz des nicht ordnungsgemen Stcks, unter der Bedingung, dass die Arbeiten durch von FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. zugelassenes Personal vorgenommen werden. In diesem Fall haftet die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS,
S.L.U. innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 6 Monaten ab der Reparatur oder dem Ersatz fr die Mngel, die zur Reparatur oder zum
Ersatz fhrten.
3. Die Gltigkeitsdauer der vorliegenden HG betrgt 5 Jahre ab dem Datum der Rechnung oder des Kassenzettels bzw. des
Lieferscheins, wenn letzteres Datum nach dem der o.g. Dokumente liegt.
4. Als Ausnahme zum obigen Abschnitt betrgt die Dauer der HG fr alle Produkte, die in den Einrichtungen des VERKUFERS
ausgestellt waren, 1 Jahr, unbeschadet der rechtlichen Garantiezeit, die vom VERKUFER gewhrt wird. Der Besitzer dieser HG
muss die Gltigkeit derselben durch die Rechnung ber den Kauf des Artikels oder den Kaufvertrag der Wohnung nachweisen, in
der sich dieser Artikel befindet.
5. Die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. gewhrleistet ihre Produkte und deren Komponenten gegenber jeder Ordnungswidrigkeit
unter der Bedingung, dass dieselben korrekt installiert wurden (gem den gltigen Vorschriften und den Montage-, Wartungsund Instandhaltungsanweisungen) und dass sie in angemessener Weise und fr den ihnen entsprechenden Zweck benutzt wurden.
6. Der Verbraucher muss der vorliegenden, ordnungsgem ausgefllten Garantie die Rechnung oder den Kassenzettel fr den Kauf
des Produkts beilegen.
7. Verbrauchsgegenstnde (Glhbirnen, Leuchtstoffrhren, Halllogenlampen, Gummis, Dichtungen usw.) sind nicht von dieser
Garantie gedeckt.
8. Von der vorliegenden HG ausgeschlossen sind:
a. Schden, die aufgrund des Transports entstanden sind, wenn dieser nicht von der FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
durchgefhrt wurde.
b. Schden, die aufgrund einer fehlerhaften Installation, Handhabung oder nicht von Personal, das von der FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. zugelassen ist, durchgefhrten Reparaturen entstanden sind, sowie Schden, die auf natrliche
Abnutzung, schlechte Behandlung, fehlerhafte, nicht angemessene, anormale oder auergewhnliche und/oder den
entsprechenden Anweisungen zuwiderlaufende Nutzung oder Wartung zurckzufhren sind.
c. Alle Schden, die durch Schmutz, Ablagerung, Kalzinieren und andere physikalische, chemische oder elektrochemische
Mngel entstanden sind.
d. Schden, die objektiv nicht dem Hersteller anzulasten sind.
e. In Fall von zu verfliesenden Duschbecken und -Paneelen mssen die Abmessungen, Farbe usw. vor dem Einbau geprft
werden. Diesbezgliche Reklamationen werden nach dem Einbau nicht mehr akzeptiert.
f. Im Falle von Duschwannen muss der Installateur vor dem abschlieenden Verfliesen und Anbringen irgendwelcher Elemente
auf dem Duschwannen die korrekte Montage prfen und sicherstellen, dass das Wasser perfekt aus dem Duschwannen
abluft. Falls diese Prfung nicht korrekt durchgefhrt wird, bernimmt die FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. nicht
die Kosten, die sich aus dem Ersatz der auf dem Duschwannen angebrachten Elemente wie Duschabtrennungen oder
Keramikfliesen, ergeben.
9. Im Falle, dass das dem Verbraucher gelieferte Produkt nicht dem Kaufvertrag des Produkts gem den Bestimmungen in Artikel 125
des kniglichen Gesetzesdekrets 1/2007 vom 16. November 2007 entspricht, muss der Verbraucher den VERKUFER ber eine
derartige fehlende Entsprechung innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach Kenntnisnahme dieser Mngel informieren. Auerdem muss
der Verbraucher sich an den VERKUFER des Produkts wenden, um seine Rechte auf Ersatz des Produkts, Preisreduzierung
oder ggf. Auflsung des Kaufvertrages geltend zu machen.
10. Diese Garantie hat keinen Einfluss auf die gesetzlichen Rechte des Verbrauchers, die ihm aufgrund des Kniglichen Gesetzesdekrets
1/2007 vom 16. November 2007 im Falle des Knigreichs Spanien, bzw. aufgrund der Bestimmungen der EU-Richtlinie 1999/44/
EG vom 25. Mai 1999 und der entsprechenden nationalen Gesetze zur bernahme derselben zustehen.

ALGEMENE GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Door middel van dit document verleent FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., een handelsgarantie, hierna te noemen: HG, dit alles
overeenkomstig de hieronder vermelde voorwaarden:
1. De omvang en het bereik van deze HG is afhankelijk van de reparatie en de kosten van de vervangingsonderdelen, het arbeidsloon
en, indien van toepassing, de vervanging van het product door een gelijk product binnen het grondgebied van de Europese Unie.
De verkopen verricht buiten de Europese Unie vallen niet onder deze garantie, behoudens in het geval dat uitdrukkelijk anders is
overeengekomen met FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
2. Kosteloze reparatie of vervanging van alle onderdelen die gebreken vertonen, mits deze worden verricht door personeel dat
daartooe bevoegd is door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. In dat geval stelt FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. zich verantwoordelijk voor de gebreken die aanleiding gaven tot de reparatie of vervanging gedurende een periode van 6 maanden volgend
op de reparatie of vervanging.
3. De duur van deze HG is 5 jaar, gerekend vanaf de datum van de factuur of het aankoopbewijs, of, in voorkomend geval, de leveringsbon, indien de datum hiervan later is dan de eerder genoemde documenten.
4. In uitzondering op de voorgaande paragraaf, is de termijn van de HG van alle producten die tentoon gesteld werden in de winkels
van de VERKOPER 1 jaar, onverminderd de wettelijke garantie die de verkoper verleend heeft. De houder van deze HG moet de
geldigheid daarvan aantonen aan de hand van de aankoopfactuur van het artikel of de koopakte van het onroerend goed waar dat
artikel zich bevindt.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. garandeert zijn producten en de onderdelen daarvan tegen gebreken in het geval dat die correct
zijn genstralleerd (overeenkomstig de geldende voorschriften en de instructies gegeven voor de montage, onderhoud en instandhouding) en indien er een correct gebruik van het product voor het doel waarvoor die ontworpen zijn wordt gemaakt.
6. De consument moet naast dit correct ingevulde garantiebewijs, de rekening of het aankoopbewijs van het product overleggen.
7. De verbruiksartikelen (gloeilampen, tl-buizen, halogeenlampen, rubber, pakkingen, enz.) vallen niet onder deze garantie.
8. Uitgesloten van deze HG is:
a. Door transport veroorzaakte schade, wanneer het transport niet verricht werd door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
b. De schade die het gevolg is van een niet correcte installatie, van werkzaamheden of reparaties verricht door personeel dat
daartoe niet bevoegd was door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., evenals schade die het gevolg is van natuurlijke slijtage,
slechte behandeling, een gebruik of onderhoud dat incorrect, ongepast, ongewoon of afwijkend van wat gebruikelijk en/of
vermeld staat in de desbetreffende instructies is.
c. Schade aangebracht door vuil, afzetting, verkalking of andere fysische, chemische of elektrochemische gebreken.
d. De schade die objectief niet verwijtbaar is aan de fabrikant.
e. In geval van doucheplateaus en panelen om te betegelen, moeten de afmetingen, kleur, etc. worden gecontroleerd voor de
installatie. Na de installatie worden er geen klachten daarover meer in behandeling genomen.
f. In het geval van douchebakken moet de installateur voordat de betegeling klaar is en er een ander element op de douchebak
geplaatst wordt controleren of die correct genstalleerd is en of de waterafvoer perfect werkt. In het geval dat deze controle
niet correct uitgevoerd is zal FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. de kosten die voortvloeien uit de vervanging van de elementen die op de douchebak geplaatst zijn, zoals schermen of keramiek niet voor haar rekening nemen.
9. In het geval dat het product dat geleverd is aan de consument niet conform is aan hetgeen vermeld staat in het koopcontract van het
product moet de consument, overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 125 van het Koninklijk Wetgevend Besluit 1/2007 van 16 november 2007, de VERKOPER hiervan op de hoogte brengen binnen een termijn van twee maanden gerekend vanaf de dag waarop
hij kennis neemt van dat gebrek. Tevens dient de consument, om zijn recht tot vervanging van het product, prijsverlaging of, in
voorkomend geval, ontbinding van de koopovereenkomst te kunnen uitoefen, zich te richten tot de VERKOPER van het product.
10. Deze garantie doet geen afbreuk aan de wettelijke rechten die de consument heeft uit hoofde van het Koninklijk Wetgevend Besluit
1/2007 van 16 november 2007 in het geval van het Koninkrijk Spanje of uit hoofde van het bepaalde in de Richtlijn 1999/44/EG van
25 mei 1999 en de desbetreffende nationale wetten waarin deze is omgezet.

Platos de ducha: coleccin Silex y Elax
Para una limpieza rutinaria (despus de ducharse) basta con enjuagar el plato con agua y asegurar una ventilacin suficiente
del cuarto de bao.
Para una limpieza cuidadosa, se debe enjuagar el plato con agua y jabn (o cualquier otro producto comercial para la
limpieza de baos de los existentes en el mercado) y limpiar con una esponja no abrasiva. En todos los casos hay que evitar
el uso de productos de limpieza o desinfectantes que contengan alcohol (para la coleccin SILEX) y productos de limpieza o
desinfectantes que contengan disolventes o cidos (para la coleccin ELAX). Los productos abrasivos (estropajos, trapos
o similares) tampoco son adecuados.
Para manchas persistentes pueden utilizarse los borradores mgicos existentes en el mercado.
Los platos son productos que durante su uso se exponen al agua. Esta agua puede contener cal u otras sustancias que
sedimentan y dejan el plato con manchas. Limpiar con un antical siguiendo las instrucciones del producto y enjuagar con
agua abundante.
Los platos de ducha que FIORA fabrica llevan el marcado CE, es por ello que antes han tenido que pasar los diferentes
ensayos que se especifican en la norma en lo referente a aptitud de limpieza y durabilidad para poder marcarlos con el
sello CE.
En nuestra vida cotidiana utilizamos muchos productos que, en un momento u otro, pueden entrar en contacto con los
productos que FIORA fabrica. Es por ello, que adems de los ensayos requeridos para marcar los platos con el sello
CE, nuestro Departamento de I+D+I, somete a todos nuestros materiales a diferentes ensayos para determinar el grado de
incidencia, la durabilidad y la resistencia de nuestros materiales ante el posible ataque de esos productos que se encuentran
en nuestras vidas.
Estos ensayos son siempre concebidos y llevados a cabo desde el punto de vista prctico, utilizando productos reales
que podemos encontrar en cualquier supermercado. No obstante, las condiciones de aplicacin sobre el artculo FIORA
resultan mucho ms severas que lo que ocurra dentro de unas condiciones de uso normales
A continuacin, se muestran los resultados obtenidos sobre muestras reales de SILEXPOL. En ambos casos, la tipologa
del ensayo fue siempre la misma, ya que se aplicaba el producto que aparece en la tabla, durante el tiempo indicado,
cubriendo la otra parte de la probeta y comparando posteriormente ambas superficies.
En todos los casos, una vez transcurrido el tiempo indicado, se eliminaba el producto y se limpiaba la probeta utilizando
agua y un limpiador general.

Separadores Wall-System
El separador WALL SYSTEM se presenta en dos versiones: una normal y otra calefactada. Est fabricado con SILEXPOL.
Para el mantenimiento de los separadores de la versin normal seguir las indicaciones de los platos de la coleccin SILEX.
Para el uso y mantenimiento de la versin calefactada ver manual de radiadores.
Paneles para alicatar
Para el mantenimiento, simplemente hay que mantener una limpieza para la que se han de seguir las mismas pautas que
para los platos SILEX y los separadores WALL SYSTEM.
Faldn para sobreelevar
Una vez instalado slo se vern las caras laterales de SILEXPOL, por lo tanto el mantenimiento ser el mismo que el del
plato de ducha SILEX.
Soporte ajustable Sep-System
Una vez que la estructura ha sido adaptada y fijada a las dimensiones deseadas se montar el plato encima y pasar a formar
parte del suelo, quedando oculto e inaccesible, por lo que no requerir ningn mantenimiento posterior. Simplemente se
ha de cuidar que el SEP-SYSTEM quede bien asentado y se haya montado correctamente sellndolo como se indica en el
manual de montaje.

MONTAJE
Para el montaje de platos de ducha, lo primero que debemos tener en cuenta son las posibilidades de instalacin segn la
coleccin del modelo de plato de ducha. Dependiendo de las condiciones en que se encuentre el suelo del bao, podremos
instalar el plato de un modo o de otro, y esto se ver afectado por el tipo de obra que sea, una reforma o una obra nueva. Y
en el caso de ser una reforma, tambin afecta si anteriormente exista un plato de ducha o una baera.
Existen tres modos de montaje: ENRASADO AL SUELO, SOBRE EL SUELO y SOBREELEVADO DEL SUELO.
Segn la opcin y el modo de instalacin elegidos, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. da la posibilidad de utilizar el SEP
SYSTEM o el BASTIDOR FALDN para un montaje final conforme con las necesidades del usuario.
Los paneles para alicatar se montan sobre las paredes del bao sustituyendo al habitual alicatado. Los paneles horizontales
generalmente se utilizan para completar el hueco dejado por las baeras cuando se sustituye la baera por una ducha, y los
paneles verticales van destinados a panelar la pared completa.

NOTA: Todos los productos que se montan por medio de un adhesivo tienen que estar libres de polvo para un correcto
pegado. Si no se tiene la precaucin de eliminar todo el polvo, la unin dar problemas.

PLATOS DE DUCHA
Al usar el plato por primera vez observo que el agua no fluye adecuadamente a pesar de estar correctamente instalado
y nivelado. Los platos durante su fabricacin y transporte se cargan de electricidad esttica que hace que el agua no fluya
correctamente las primeras veces. Si usted lava el plato con agua, jabn y un trapo, observar que este problema disminuye
considerablemente. Posteriormente y a los pocos usos el problema desaparecer completamente.
El plato no evacua el agua y est correctamente instalado y nivelado. Este problema puede deberse a que el sifn y/o
la tubera de desage estn obturados o bien existe un segundo sifn colocado. En estos casos, quite la rejilla de acero
inoxidable y extraiga la pieza del sifn; si el problema persiste es probable que la tubera este obturada; si el problema
desaparece es que existe un segundo sifn en cuyo caso la pieza extrada no debe ser vuelta a colocar.
Qu capacidad de evacuacin tienen los platos? Todos los platos presentan una capacidad mxima de evacuacin de
lquidos de viscosidad similar a la del agua de entre 0,53 y 0,85 litros/segundo segn el sifn que se coloque.

Las dimensiones de los paneles para alicatar hacen que el montaje sea rpido y ms uniforme al necesitar menos elementos
que en el alicatado con azulejos.

De qu material estn fabricadas las rejillas? Las rejillas son de acero inoxidable AISI 316 cortadas mediante lser de alta
definicin y con ambas caras pulidas.
Las rejillas lacadas estn fabricadas a partir de acero inoxidable AISI 340 con una capa de imprimacin de pintura epoxi al
horno ms la capa de acabado en el color solicitado
Han aparecido manchas de xido, cmo las puedo eliminar?: Aplicar vinagre blanco sobre la superficie oxidada y dejar
actuar 15 min. A continuacin, limpiar con un limpiador universal para superficie sanitarias y frotar ligeramente con una
esponja.
Puedo solicitar repuestos? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. mantiene un stock de repuestos para todos los elementos
que componen el plato. Solicite presupuesto a nuestro Departamento Comercial de aquellos que necesite.
Es necesario impermeabilizar debajo del plato? Los platos de ducha son 100% estancos y no permiten el paso del agua.
Salvo normativa especfica de construccin, no requieren de colocacin de membrana o similar por debajo de ellos, siendo
esta una de sus generales ventajas en comparacin con las duchas de baldosas.
Es necesario algn mantenimiento de la instalacin de un plato? Tan slo se ha de reapretar los tornillos del sifn
(levantando la rejilla superior) pasado un mes de su uso.
PLATOS DE DUCHA COLECCIN SILEX
Qu herramienta debo utilizar para cortar los platos? Los platos deben cortarse con un disco de diamante, similar a los
utilizados en el corte de piedra, azulejos, ladrillos, etc. El corte tiene que realizarse en seco. Los platos mixtos slo pueden
cortarse por la zona seca.
NOTA: Todos los cantos en los que se realice un corte, la textura desaparece, quedando lisa tras realizar el corte.

Cmo se elimina la funcin de sifn? OPCIN 1: Se debe extraer el cilindro, retirar el tapn y acortar el cilindro a 15 mm,
para poder seguir utilizando el filtro. Despus colocar de nuevo el cilindro y el filtro. OPCIN 2: Se debe extraer el cilindro
y retirar el tapn con ayuda de unos alicates. No volver a colocar el cilindro.

Qu material debo utilizar para pegar platos? El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se realizara utilizando
masilla de poliuretano. Este tipo de productos suele ser utilizado tambin en juntas de dilatacin con poco movimiento,
aparatos sanitarios, pegado de revestimiento, marcos de puertas y ventanas. DISPONIBLE BAJO DEMANDA.
IMPORTANTE: El cemento blanco o el cemento o el cemento cola no son materiales tiles para realizar la funcin de pegado.
El plato presenta irregularidades, son defectos de fabricacin? No, esas irregularidades son la propia textura superficial
de los platos tan caractersticos de FIORA.
Es posible reparar elementos de SILEXPOL? Los platos de ducha de FIORA fabricados a partir de este material pueden
ser reparados si se ha realizado un uso indebido de los mismos. De esta manera, pueden ser retocadas zonas que hayan
sufrido prdidas de la capa superficial de pintura, o incluso zonas en las que existan orificios (provocados por ejemplo, por
la cada de elementos punzantes).
Qu pendientes de cada presentan los platos? El diseo de los platos FIORA y la posterior fabricacin de los moldes
tiene, como uno de los factores ms relevantes, dotar al plato de unas pendientes que permitan evacuar el agua rpidamente
a razn de un mnimo de 0,6 litros/segundo.
Dependiendo de las dimensiones y el modelo de plato estas pendientes de desnivel oscilan desde un mnimo de 1 % hasta
un mximo del 2,5 %, dependiendo de la posicin del desage.
PENDIENTE: 1% AL 2,5%

Los KIT DE REPARACIN son almacenables? Los kit de reparacin no son almacenables, ya que se evaporan o pierden
sus cualidades. Deben ser solicitados para una reparacin concreta y slo son vlidos para un uso.
Son los sprays almacenables? Los sprays son un recipiente a presin y exento de aire, por lo que su contenido no pierde
propiedades y puede ser utilizado en diversas ocasiones.
Voy a utilizar el spray por 2 vez y no funciona. Si el envase no est vaco, este problema puede deberse a que en el difusor
de color rojo sobre el que presiona se ha quedado la pintura seca del anterior uso. Introduzcalo unos minutos en disolvente
o solicite un difusor nuevo a FIORA
PLATOS DE DUCHA COLECCIN ELAX
Puede cortarse el plato? Si, es muy sencillo, tan slo se necesita una buena cuchilla o un cter. El plato se enva con la
medida estndar de fabricacin, una vez en el lugar de instalacin se marcarn las medidas exactas al plato y se proceder
al corte. Slo consiste en pasar varias veces el cter por la lnea de corte, y cuando veamos que empieza a ser visible la
hendidura, se doblar poco a poco hacia dentro y hacia fuera, hasta que acabe partiendo.

Qu material debo utilizar para pegar los platos? El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se realizara utilizando
un tubo de masilla de poliuretano tanto para pegar el plato con canaleta como el de rejilla.

La canaleta no evacua el agua y est correctamente instalada y nivelada. Este problema puede deberse a que el sifn y/o
la tubera de desage estn obturados o bien existe un segundo sifn colocado. En estos casos, levante la pieza interior
rectangular de la canaleta, desatornille el sifn y saque las piezas del interior del sifn (ver imagen), si el problema persiste
es probable que la tubera est obturada; si el problema desaparece es que existe un segundo sifn o bote sifnico. Ver
opciones 2 y 3 en la pgina anterior.
Se puede utilizar una canaleta FIORA para el montaje de un plato de obra? Dnde podra ir colocada?
Si. Podra ir a un costado del plato.
PANELES PARA ALICATAR
De qu material son los paneles? Son de SILEXPOL, con una frmula mejorada que le proporciona una ligera y necesaria
flexibilidad, dadas las dimensiones de estas piezas y el uso para el que han sido concebidas
Qu herramienta debo utilizar para cortar los paneles? Los paneles se cortan con herramientas similares a las utilizadas
en madera.
Qu es el marapi? Se trata de un polmero de secado rpido que permite la unin rpida entre el panel y el sustrato (pared).
Su uso est restringido al montaje y slo se utiliza para mantener unido el panel mientras acta el masi.
Qu es el masi? Se trata de una silicona neutra que proporciona no slo un pegado del panel con el sustrato, sino tambin
un correcto sellado.
Qu diferencia hay entre marapi y masi? Por qu se utilizan las dos? Al secar rpidamente el marapi se utiliza para
que mantenga el panel sujeto a la pared mientras acta el masi. De este modo el montaje es ms cmodo y rpido. Si se
desea consultar, FIORA pone a su disposicin las fichas tcnicas de estos dos productos en la zona de descargas de la
pgina Web.
Cuntos tubos de silicona son necesarios para los paneles? Un cartucho por cada 3 m2 de panel.
Existen Fichas tcnicas de las siliconas? S, se pueden acceder a ellas a travs de la pgina web en la seccin de
descargas.
He recibido los paneles y estn ligeramente curvados Qu ha pasado?: El SILEXPOL utilizado para los paneles est
compuesto por una formulacin mejorada que le proporciona de un grado de flexibilidad, permitiendo adaptarse as al lugar
en el que van a instalarse. Por su propio peso el panel pandea, pudiendo dar la sensacin de curvado, pero ste se adaptar
a la pared una vez colocada de acuerdo a las instrucciones suministradas por FIORA. No son piezas rgidas como ocurre
con las baldosas cermicas.
Por qu no se envan los paneles paletizados? Los paneles se envan en cajas compuestas por un armazn de madera y
tapas de cartn triplex de alta resistencia. Al no paletizarlos, se evitan las habituales roturas producidas por la manipulacin
con carretillas o similares.
Al colocar los paneles horizontales no queda alineado con los azulejos y el plato, qu hago? Las construcciones no son
perfectas, azulejos desalineados, suelo inclinado, ngulos entre paredes irregulares, etc. Para ello, FIORA dispone de un
embellecedor que se trata de un perfil en T para tapar las juntas con los azulejos y un remate de panel que se utiliza para
ocultar las posibles desalineaciones entre el panel y el plato consecuencia principalmente de la imperfeccin del suelo.
DISPONIBLE BAJO DEMANDA.
De qu material es el perfil embellecedor de los paneles horizontales? El perfil de remate est fabricado en aluminio
extruido de aleacin 6063 6043, siguiendo un proceso especial de anodizado que le confiere unas propiedades que evitan
su oxidacin y/o envejecimiento, y aumenta su dureza para evitar que se raye.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACIN SUPERFICIAL DE UN ELEMENTO DE SILEXPOL

Si por un uso indebido de cualquier elemento de Silexpol, ste hubiera sufrido algn tipo de deterioro, existe la
posibilidad de reparla. En funcin del defecto, se puede usar una de las siguientes opciones: KIT DE REPARACIN,
SPRAY DE REPARACIN O LACA.
- Puede solicitarse el KIT DE REPARACIN para defectos de pequeo tamao y cuando se trata de un producto
multicolor (color no uniforme).
Este kit consiste en dos recipientes; uno de ellos con laca texturizada y el otro con catalizador (lquido transparente).
Dependiendo del color, el porcentaje de mezcla de estos productos es diferente, y este porcentaje queda indicado
cuando el kit es suministrado, indicando el porcentaje de catalizador que es necesario aadir a la laca. Una vez se
hayan mezclado intensamente ambos componentes en la proporcin indicada, se aplica una mano estirando la laca
con una brocha o rodillo hasta que se quede uniforme y se repite nuevamente esta operacin sin esperar a que se
seque.
Para pequeas reparaciones en color NATURE, puede solicitarse el KIT DE REPARACION NATURE (incluye
instrucciones de aplicacin).
- Puede solicitarse un SPRAY DE REPARACIN cuando el defecto tiene un mayor tamao, teniendo en cuenta que la
textura no sea una de las utilizadas en los muebles y adems no sea ningn color Nature.
Se trata de un recipiente de aerosol o spray que se aplica directamente sobre la superficie deteriorada habiendo
agitado previamente.
Para mantener el spray para posteriores usos, se ha de limpiar el difusor tras usarlo y guardarlo boca abajo. El
tiempo mximo de almacenaje del spray es de 6 meses
- Puede solicitarse la LACA cuando los daos sean muy importantes, afecten a casi la totalidad de la pieza o se quiera
cambiar por completo el color.
Este producto consta de dos botes, uno de ellos contiene la laca o pintura y el otro (de menor dimensin) contiene el
catalizador (para los colores oro, titanio y piedra pirineo se aaden dos botes ms, uno con el barniz metalface y otro
con su catalizador que mezclados correctamente, deber ser aplicado una vez la pintura est seca).
Para reparaciones de superficies grandes en color NATURE, la reparacin debe ser efectuada por personal de
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U., y dependiendo de cul sea el caso concreto, quizs sea necesario pintarlo entero
pero de un color slido NO NATURE.
EN NINGUN CASO UTILIZAR SPRAY, ya que perdera el efecto de la ptina
En todos los procesos de reparacin se deber tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:
Es importante NO TOCAR en 24 horas.
Debe ser solicitado a FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. con el color del elemento a reparar.
El resultado de este proceso alcanzar la dureza mxima a las 72 horas.
ES MUY IMPORTANTE, QUE POR SU SEGURIDAD, UTILICE GUANTES Y A SER POSIBLE,
MASCARILLA, YA QUE EST USTED TRABAJANDO CON PRODUCTOS QUMICOS.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA REPARACIN DE DAOS CON PRDIDA DE MATERIAL (PIQUES) EN

ELEMENTOS DE SILEXPOL
Nuestros productos han sido testados contra pruebas de impacto y superan los valores ptimos de uso. No obstante, al
contrario que otros elementos existentes en el mercado, nuestros elementos de Silexpol pueden ser reparados, en el
caso de que aparezcan defectos producidos por la cada sobre ellos de elementos punzantes de gran peso. Al igual que
en el caso anterior, puede solicitarse un KIT DE REPARACIN DE PIQUES, que debe ser solicitado a FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS S.L.U.
Este kit consta de dos botes, cada uno de los cuales contiene una parte del producto bicomponente necesario para
reparar el defecto causado.
Se deben mezclar ambos productos utilizando una parte del producto blanco y media parte del otro producto hasta
conseguir una mezcla lo ms homognea posible (esto puede determinarse por el color de la mezcla, que ser, valga la

Shower trays: Silex and Elax collections
For everyday cleaning purposes (after showering) rinsing the tray with water and ensuring proper ventilation of the
bathroom should be sufficient.
For more thorough cleaning, we recommend rinsing with water and soap (or any other readily available bathroom
cleaning product) using a non-abrasive sponge. In all events, please avoid using cleaning or disinfectant products
containing alcohol (in the case of the SILEX collection) or those containing acids or solvents (in the case of ELAX
collection products). All abrasive cloths, sponges or scourers should also be avoided.
For persistent marks commonly available magic stain removal products may be used.
The trays are products which are exposed to water during use. Said water may contain lime or other substances which
may settle and stain the tray. Clean with a descaling product according to the product instructions and rinse with plenty
of water.
All FIORA shower trays carry the official CE standard marking, which is a guarantee that they have been subjected to a
range of tests to ensure durability and resistance to cleaning processes and everyday use.
In the course of our daily life we use a number of products which, at some time or other, may come in contact with FIORA
products. For this reason, in addition to the testing procedures required for the CE marking, our R&D department also
conducts its own tests involving the exposure of our materials to a range of commonly used products to check for durability,
resistance and any adverse effects.
These tests are always designed and performed with practical purposes in mind, using commercially available products one
can find in any supermarket. (However, our testing conditions are still far more severe than the everyday use situations to
which FIORA products are likely to be exposed).
We have included below the actual test results obtained using SILEXPOL samples. In both cases the methodology was the
same; the product listed was applied to one side of the sample for the specified time while the other half was left covered.
Following the exposure period, both surfaces were compared.
In all cases, the product was removed after the specified time and the test sample cleaned using water and a general cleaner.

Wall-System Room dividers

The WALL SYSTEM room divider comes in two versions; standard and heated. It is manufactured using SILEXPOL. In
the case of the standard version, please follow the instructions for SILEX collection products. In the case of the heated
version, please refer to the care and use manual for radiators.
Tiling Panels
For cleaning purposes, please follow the guidelines for SILEX shower trays and WALL SYSTEM dividers.
Skirting for raised shower trays
Once this has been installed only the SILEXPOL surfaces will be visible and cleaning procedures will be the same as
those for the SILEX shower tray.
Sep-System adjustable support
Once the structure has been adapted and fixed to the required measurements (with the shower tray mounted on top), it
becomes part of the floor and will be both hidden and inaccessible, with no need for further maintenance. Simply ensure
that the SEP SYSTEM is correctly assembled, fixed in place and sealed according to the instructions provided.

ASSEMBLY
When fitting shower trays, the first point to consider is the various installation options available according to the
collection or model required. Depending on the condition of the bathroom floor (and also whether a shower or bath was
previously fitted), it may be possible to install the shower in a number of ways. This will also determine the degree of
alteration work required.

There are three main options; LEVEL WITH THE FLOOR, ON TOP OF THE FLOOR or RAISED ABOVE THE FLOOR.
Depending on the installation option required, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. can provide either the SEP SYSTEM or
the SKIRTING FRAME best suited to your particular needs.
Tiling panels are designed to be mounted on the bathroom walls replacing traditional tiles. The horizontal panels are
generally used to fill in the spaces left when a bath is replaced with a shower, while the vertical panels are designed to
cover the whole wall.
The size of the panels allows for faster and more uniform assembly as there are fewer pieces than traditional tiling.
NOTE: All products which are assembled by means of an adhesive must be free of dust for proper gluing. If all dust is not
properly removed in advance there will be problems with adhesion.

FAQs (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

SHOWER TRAYS
On using the shower tray for the first time I noticed that the water did not flow correctly despite the unit being
correctly installed and levelled. During manufacture and transport the trays may accumulate static electricity which can
prevent the water flowing correctly at first. Once you clean the tray with soap, water and a cloth you will notice this
problem diminishing significantly. After a few uses the phenomenon will disappear completely.

The shower tray does not drain sufficiently despite being properly installed and levelled. This problem may be caused by
a blockage to the waste or pipes, or perhaps a second waste is in place. In any event, remove the stainless steel grate and
extract the waste piece; if the problem persists, it is likely that the pipe is blocked; if the problem disappears it means that
a second waste exists, in which case the extracted piece should not be replaced.
What is the flushing capacity of the shower trays? All shower trays have a flushing capacity for liquids of a similar
viscosity to water of between 0.53 and 0.85 litres/second according to the waste installed.

The lacquered gratings are manufactured from AISI 340 stainless steel with a coat of heat sealed epoxy primer and
finished in the desired colour.
Rust spots have appeared, how can I remove them?: Apply white vinegar on the oxidized surface and leave for 15 min.
Then clean with a universal cleaner for sanitary surfaces and rub gently with a sponge.
Can I order spare parts? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. holds all the spares and items needed for the trays in stock.

Is it necessary to waterproof underneath the shower tray? Our shower trays are 100% waterproof. Except in the case of
specific building requirements or regulations, they do not require any additional sealing underneath, which is one of their
main advantages over tiled floor showers.
Is any maintenance required for the shower tray after installation? We would only recommend that the waste screws are
retightened (by lifting the upper grating) one month after initial use.
SILEX COLLECTION SHOWER TRAYS
What tool should I use for cutting the shower trays? The trays should be cut using a diamond disc, similar to those used
for cutting stone, tiles, bricks, etc. Mixed trays should only be cut on the dry area.
NOTE: On all of the edges where cuts are made, the texture disappears leaving behind a smooth finish after the cutting
is done.

How is the siphon function removed? OPTION 1: The cylinder must be extracted, then remove the cap and shorten the
cylinder by 15 mm to continue using the filter. After doing so, reposition the cylinder and filter. OPTION 2: The cylinder
must be extracted, then remove the cap using pliers. Do not replace the cylinder.

What material is the grating made from? The gratings are made from as AISI 316 stainless steel cut using high definition
lasers and polished on both sides.

What should I use for sticking down the shower tray? Bonding and/or sealing of the various elements should be done
using polyurethane caulk. This type of product is often used in expansion joints with little movement, sanitary wares,
coating glue, and door and window frames. AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
IMPORTANT: White cement, cement or tiles adhesive should not be used for sticking or fixing these items.
Is it possible to repair SILEXPOL units? All FIORA shower trays manufactured using this material can be repaired
after misuse. Areas where the surface paint has been detached may be retouched and any holes or damage resulting
from sharp objects may also be repaired.
What is the slope on the shower trays? FIORA shower trays are designed and moulded with a slope which allows fast
water drainage at a minimum rate of 0.6 litres per second.
Depending on the measurements and particular tray model the slope may vary between a minimum of 1 % up to a
maximum of 2.5 %, according to the position of the drain.

Can the REPAIR KITS be put aside for later use? Repair kits are not designed for subsequent storing as the products
supplied will evaporate or lose their properties. These kits should be ordered for specific repair purposes and are only
valid for one use
Are the sprays storable? The sprays are pressurized containers which will not lose their properties and may be reused
several times.
I have tried to use the spray a 2nd time and it doesnt work. Assuming the container isnt empty, the problem may be
caused by a residue of dried paint blocking the red nozzle. Either soak the nozzle in solvent for a few minutes or request
a new nozzle from FIORA
ELAX COLLECTION SHOWER TRAYS
Is it possible to cut the shower trays to size? Yes, it is very simple; all you need is a sharp blade. The trays are supplied
in standard sizes and can be easily cut to the exact measurements required before installation. Carefully mark the outline
of the shape you require and then score several times along the cut line, then bend backwards and forwards until
achieving a clean break.

of the drain, unscrew the waste and take out the inner pieces (see diagram); if the problem persists, it is likely that the

Can a FIORA drain be used when installing a floor level shower? Where can it be situated? Yes. It can go on one side
of the shower tray.
TILING PANELS
What material are the panels made of? They are made of SILEXPOL with an improved formula that provides a light and
necessary degree of flexibility given the size of the pieces and the use for which they have been designed.
What tool should I use to cut the panels? The panels should be cut with a tool similar to that used for cutting wood.
What is marapi? This is a fast-drying polymer which allows for a quick bond between the panel and the substrate (wall).
It is intended solely for assembly, and is only used to hold the panel together while the masi performs its function.
What is masi? It is a neutral silicone which not only provides a bond between the panel and the substrate, but also a
proper seal as well.
What is the difference between MARAPI and MASI? What are they both used for? Since MARAPI dries quickly, it is used
to keep the panel in contact with the wall as the MASI completes its action. This makes assembly faster and more
convenient. If you would like additional information, FIORA provides the technical specifications of these products in the
download area of its website.
How many silicone tubes are required for the panels? One cartridge for every 3 m2 of panelling.
Are there technical data sheets for the silicone materials? Yes, they can be accessed through the download section of
the website.
I received the panels and they are slightly bent, what happened?: SILEXPOL, which is used for the panels, consists of
an improved formula which provides it with a degree of flexibility that enables it to adapt to the place where it is installed.
The panel sags under its own weight, which may give the impression that it is bent or curved, but it will adapt to the wall
once installed according to the instructions provided by FIORA. They are not rigid parts, as is the case with ceramic tiles.
Why arent the panels sent in pallets? The panels are shipped in boxes consisting of a wooden frame and heavy duty
triplex cardboard covers. By not putting them into pallets, the usual damages caused by handling with forklifts or similar
equipment are avoided.
On fixing the horizontal panels they are not correctly aligned with the tiles and the shower tray, what can I do?
Buildings are not always perfect; tiles may be badly aligned, floors can be uneven, irregular angles can be seen between
walls etc. for this purpose FIORA can provide a special T-shaped finishing trim designed to cover up any possible gaps,
in particular those between the tray and the panel due to the floor not being perfectly level. AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
What material is the finishing trim for the horizontal panels made from? The finishing sections are made from 6063 or
6043 extruded aluminium alloy using an anodization process specially designed to protect the material against rust, aging
and scratching.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SURFACE PREPARATION OF A SILEXPOL ELEMENT
If the Silexpol element is damaged in any way due to any misuse, it is possible to repair it. Depending on the defect, one
of the following options may be employed: REPAIR KIT, REPAIR SPRAY, OR LACQUER
- You can request a REPAIR KIT for small defects and in the case of multi-colour products (non-uniform colouration).
This kit consists of two containers; one with textured lacquer and the other with a catalyst (clear liquid). Depending
on the colour, the mixing ratio of these products will vary, and said ratio is indicated when the kit is provided, as well
as a specification of the percentage of catalyst that must be added to the lacquer. Once both components have been
thoroughly mixed in the indicated ratio, the lacquer is applied using a brush or roller until it forms a uniform layer,
and this operation is then repeated again without waiting for it to dry.
For small repairs in NATURE colours, you can request the NATURE REPAIR KIT (includes application instructions).
- You can request a REPAIR SPRAY for larger defects, taking into account that the texture is not one used in the
furniture and it is not a Nature colour.
This is an aerosol or spray container which is applied directly to the damaged surface after shaking first.
To keep the spray for later use, the diffuser should be cleaned after use and it should be stored upside down. The
maximum storage time of the spray is 6 months
- You may request LACQUER when the damages are significant, affect almost the entire pieces, or if you wish to
completely change the colour.
This product consists of two canisters, one of which contains the lacquer or paint, and the other (smaller) one
contains the catalyst (for gold, titanium, and Pyrenean stone colours two additional canisters are added, one with the
metal face varnish and the other with the catalyst, which when mixed correctly should be applied once the paint is
dry)
To repair large surfaces with a NATURE colour, the repair should be performed by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U.
personnel, and depending on the particular case, it may be necessary to paint the entire surface with something other
than a NATURE colour.
NEVER USE SPRAYS, as this will diminish the effect of the patina

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING DAMAGES WITH LOSS OF MATERIAL (CHIPS) IN SILEXPOL

ELEMENTS
Our products have been evaluated through impact testing and exceed the optimal values of use. However, unlike other
elements on the market, our Silexpol elements can be repaired if defects are caused by impacts from sharp heavy
objects. As in the previous case, you can request a CHIP REPAIR KIT, which must be requested from FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS S.L.U.
This kit consists of two canisters, each of which contains one part of the two-component product required to repair the
defect.
Both products should be mixed using a portion of the white product and about half of the other product until a
homogeneous mixture (to the extent possible) has been achieved (this can be determined by the colour of the mixture,
which will be has homogeneous as possible), which is then applied to the area in need of repair.
Once applied, let dry for at least 1 hour, after which check to see if the applied mass has hardened (the setting or curing of
the caulk is variable and depends on environmental conditions); otherwise let it dry longer.

de savon, lcoulement devrait samliorer considrablement. Au bout de quelques utilisations, le problme disparatra
compltement.

Quelle est la capacit dvacuation des plateaux ? Tous les plateaux prsentent une capacit maximum dvacuation des
liquides de viscosit similaire celle de leau comprise entre 0,53 et 0,85 litre/seconde, selon le siphon install.
Quel est le matriau utilis dans la fabrication des grilles ? Les grilles sont en acier inoxydable AISI 316. Elles sont
dcoupes au laser haute dfinition et sont soumises un processus de polissage des deux cts.
Les grilles laques sont fabriques partir dacier inoxydable AISI 340 et recouvertes dune couche primaire de peinture
poxy au four, avant de recevoir une couche de finition de la couleur dsire.
Des taches de rouille sont apparues. Comment les liminer ? Appliquez du vinaigre blanc sur la surface rouille et laissez
agir 15 minutes. Puis, lavez avec un produit universel pour lentretien des surfaces sanitaires, et frottez lgrement
laide dune ponge.
Puis-je commander des pices de rechange ? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. conserve un stock de pices de
rechange pour tous les lments du plateau de douche. Si vous avez besoin de pices de rechange, nhsitez pas
demander un devis notre Service commercial.
Faut-il impermabiliser la partie infrieure du plateau ? Les plateaux de douche sont 100 % tanches et ne permettent
pas le passage de leau. Sauf norme de construction spcifique, il nest pas ncessaire dinstaller de membrane ou
dautres lments de mme nature sous les plateaux. Cela constitue dailleurs lun de leurs grands avantages par rapport
aux douches carreles.
Une maintenance est-elle ncessaire aprs linstallation dun plateau de douche ? Il suffit de resserrer les vis du siphon
(en soulevant la grille suprieure) au bout dun mois dutilisation.

Quels outils dois-je utiliser pour dcouper les plateaux ? La dcoupe des plateaux doit tre ralise avec un disque
diamant, comme ceux utiliss pour la taille de pierres, le carrelage, les briques, etc., et doit seffectuer sec. Les plateaux
de douche mixtes peuvent tre dcoups au niveau de la zone sche uniquement.
NOTE : Une fois la dcoupe effectue, la texture disparaitra et laissera les bords lisses.

Comment supprimer le siphon ? OPTION 1 : Extraire le cylindre, retirer le bouchon et raccourcir le cylindre de 15 mm pour
pouvoir continuer utiliser le filtre. Puis, placer nouveau le cylindre et le filtre. OPTION 2 : Extraire le cylindre et retirer
le bouchon laide de quelques carreaux de carrelage. Ne pas remettre le cylindre.
OPTION 1

Quel matriau dois-je utiliser pour coller les plateaux ? Utilisez du mastic de polyurthane pour coller et/ou fixer
les diffrents lments. Ce type de produits sutilise galement pour la fixation de joints de dilatation avec peu de jeu,
dappareils sanitaires, de revtements, de cadres de portes et de fentres. DISPONIBLE SUR COMMANDE.
IMPORTANT : Le ciment blanc, le ciment ou le ciment colle ne sont pas des matriaux indiqus pour le collage.
Le plateau prsente des irrgularits. Sont-elles des dfauts de fabrication ? Non, ces irrgularits sont propres la
texture des surfaces des plateaux tellement caractristiques de FIORA.
Les lments en SILEXPOL peuvent-ils tre rpars ? Les plateaux de douche de FIORA fabriqus dans ce matriau
peuvent tre rpars en cas dutilisation inapproprie. Cela vous permet de retoucher les zones dont la peinture de
surface est endommage, ou encore les zones prsentant des trous (tels que ceux provoqus par la chute dun objet
pointu).
Quelle pente les plateaux de douche prsentent-ils ? Lun des principaux objectifs de la conception des plateaux FIORA
et de la fabrication des moules est de doter le plateau dune pente permettant dvacuer rapidement leau raison dun
minimum de 0,6 litre/seconde.
En fonction des dimensions et du modle de plateau, la pente est comprise entre 1 % (minimum) et 2,5 % (maximum),
selon la position de la conduite dvacuation.

Les KITS DE RPARATION peuvent-ils tre conservs ? Les kits de rparation ne peuvent pas tre conservs car le
produit svapore ou perd ses proprits. Ils doivent tre commands pour une rparation spcifique et sont rservs un
usage unique.
Les pulvrisateurs peuvent-ils tre conservs ? Les pulvrisateurs sont des rcipients sous pression qui ne contiennent
pas dair. Ils conservent leurs proprits et peuvent tre rutiliss.
Jutilise le pulvrisateur pour la deuxime fois et il ne fonctionne pas. Si le rcipient contient encore du produit, le
problme peut tre d la prsence de peinture sche dune prcdente utilisation dans le diffuseur rouge sur lequel vous
appuyez. Plongez-le quelques minutes dans du dissolvant ou commandez un nouveau diffuseur auprs de FIORA.

PLATEAUX DE DOUCHE COLLECTION ELAX
Le plateau peut-il tre dcoup ? Oui, cest trs simple, il vous suffit de vous quiper dune lame ou dun cutter de bonne
qualit. Le plateau est fabriqu selon des dimensions standard. Aprs rception, dlimitez les dimensions voulues sur le
plateau et procdez la dcoupe. Pour ce faire, passez plusieurs fois le cutter le long de la ligne de dcoupe. Lorsque la
fente commence tre visible, pliez progressivement le plateau vers lintrieur et vers lextrieur jusqu ce que les deux
parties se sparent.

diffrents lments, non seulement le plateau avec goulotte, mais aussi la grille.

Une conduite dcoulement FIORA peut-elle tre utilise pour installer un plateau maonn ? O doit-elle tre
positionne ? Oui. Elle peut tre positionne sur lun des cts du plateau.
PANNEAUX DE REVTEMENT
En quel matriau sont les panneaux ? Ils sont en SILEXPOL, avec une formule amliore qui leur procure une lgret
et une flexibilit indispensable vu les dimensions de ces lments et lusage pour lequel ils ont t conus.
Quels outils faut-il utiliser pour dcouper les panneaux ? Les panneaux peuvent tre dcoups avec les outils utiliss
pour le bois.
Quest-ce que le Marapi ? Il sagit dun polymre schage rapide qui permet de fixer rapidement le panneau au support
(mur). Son usage se restreint au montage et est uniquement utilis pour maintenir le panneau fixe le temps que le Masi
agisse.
Quest-ce que le Masi ? Il sagit dune silicone neutre qui permet non seulement de coller le panneau au support, mais
aussi de le fixer correctement.
Quelle est la diffrence entre le MARAPI et le MASI. Pourquoi utiliser les deux produits ? Comme il sche rapidement, le
MARAPI est utilis pour maintenir le panneau au mur le temps quagisse le MASI. Ainsi, le montage est plus facile et plus

Combien de tubes de silicone sont ncessaires pour fixer les panneaux ? Une cartouche pour 3 m2 de panneau.
Ya- t-il des fiches techniques de ces silicones ? Oui, vous pouvez y accder sur le Site Internet dans la section
tlchargement.
Jai reu les panneaux, mais ceux-ci sont lgrement courbs. Que sest-il pass ? Le SILEXPOL utilis dans la
conception des panneaux contient une formule amliore qui leur procure un degr de flexibilit leur permettant de
sadapter lendroit o ils seront installs. Sous son propre poids, il est possible que le panneau se dforme, ce qui peut
donner limpression quil est courb. Cependant, une fois install selon les instructions fournies par FIORA, il sadaptera
au mur. Contrairement aux carreaux en cramique, ces pices ne sont pas rigides.
Pourquoi les panneaux ne sont-ils pas livrs sur palette ? Les panneaux sont expdis dans des caisses composes
dune armature en bois et de couvercles en carton triplex de haute rsistance. Cela vite quils cassent lors de
dplacements sur des chariots ou autres lorsquils sont envoys sur des palettes.

Les panneaux horizontaux ne sont pas aligns par rapport au carrelage et au plateau. Que puis-je faire ? Les
constructions ne sont pas toujours parfaites, le carrelage nest pas toujours droit, le sol est parfois inclin, les angles des
murs irrguliers, etc. Cest la raison pour laquelle FIORA propose un enjoliveur sous forme de profil en T pour dissimuler
la jonction avec le carrelage, et une finition de panneau permettant de dissimuler tout alignement imparfait entre le
panneau et le plateau d lirrgularit du sol. DISPONIBLE SUR DEMANDE.
Quel est le matriau utilis pour la fabrication de lenjoliveur des panneaux horizontaux ? Le profil de finition est
fabriqu en aluminium (alliage 6063 ou 6043). Le processus spcial danodisation auquel il est soumis lui confre des
proprits anti-oxydation et/ou antivieillissement et augmente sa duret pour prvenir les rayures.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RPARATION SUPERFICIELLE DUN LMENT EN SILEXPOL

Il est possible de rparer un lment en Silexpol sil a t endommag suite un usage inappropri. Selon le problme, il
existe plusieurs options : KIT DE RPARATION, SPRAY RPARATEUR OU LAQUE.

Pour des petites rparations couleur NATURE, vous pouvez obtenir le KIT DE RPARATION NATURE (comprend les
instructions pour son application).
- Lorsque le dfaut est plus important, vous pouvez obtenir un SPRAY RPARATEUR, en prenant en compte le fait que
la texture nest pas la mme que celles utilises sur les meubles et quil nest pas prvu pour les lments couleur
Nature.
Il sagit dun arosol ou spray qui, une fois secou, sapplique directement sur la surface abme.
Pour conserver le spray et lutiliser ultrieurement, nettoyez le diffuseur aprs chaque usage et rangez-le la tte vers
le bas. Le spray se conserve 6 mois maximum.
- Lorsque les dgts sont trs importants et quils touchent la quasi-totalit de llment ou si vous souhaitez
compltement changer la couleur, vous pouvez obtenir la LAQUE.
Ce produit comprend deux contenants, un contient la laque ou la peinture et lautre (plus petit) contient le catalyseur
(deux autres contenants sont ajouts pour les couleurs or, titane et pierre des Pyrnes, le vernis metalface et un
catalyseur quil faut bien mlanger puis appliquer une fois que la peinture est sche).
Pour rparer de grandes surfaces couleur NATURE, il est prfrable de confier la rparation au personnel de FIORA
BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. et, selon le cas, repeindre llment entirement dune couleur unie, autre que la couleur
NATURE.
NUTILISER LE SPRAY EN AUCUN CAS, car cela endommagerait leffet du vernis.
Pour toute rparation, il faudra prendre en compte les lments suivants :

Demander FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. la couleur de llment rparer.

(PERFORATIONS) SUR DES LMENTS EN SILEXPOL
Nos produits ont t tests contre les impacts et dpassent les valeurs optimales dutilisation. Cependant, contrairement
aux lments existants sur le march, nos lments de Silexpol peuvent tre rpars lorsque des objets pointus et
lourds, provoquant des dgts, leur tombent dessus. Comme dans le cas prcdent, vous pouvez demander le KIT DE

FRANAIS

- Pour des dfauts de petite taille et pour un produit multicolore (couleur non uniforme), il est possible dobtenir le KIT
DE RPARATION. Ce kit contient deux rcipients, la laque texturise et le catalyseur (liquide transparent). Selon
la couleur, la proportion de chaque produit dans le mlange diffre. La quantit ncessaire de catalyseur ajouter
la laque est indique dans le kit au moment de sa rception. Une fois le mlange des deux composants effectu,
en respectant les proportions indiques, appliquez une couche en ltirant laide dun pinceau ou dun rouleau
jusqu quelle soit uniforme et rptez lopration sans attendre que la premire couche ne sche.

RPARATION PERFORATIONS FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U.
Ce kit comprend deux rcipients, contenant chacun une partie du produit bi-composant ncessaire la rparation des
dommages causs.
Il faut mlanger les deux produits en utilisant une partie du produit blanc et la moiti de lautre produit jusqu lobtention
dun mlange le plus homogne possible (cette tape est dterminante pour la couleur du mlange, qui sera, pardonnez la
redondance, la plus homogne possible) et lappliquer ensuite sur la surface rparer.
Une fois le mlange appliqu, laissez scher 1 heure au minimum. Vrifiez pendant ce temps, si la pte applique a bien
durci (le temps de schage du mastic est alatoire selon les conditions environnantes); dans le cas contraire, laissez
scher plus longtemps.
Une fois que le mastic a sch, il faut appliquer la peinture selon les instructions donnes dans le paragraphe prcdent

CONDIZIONI DUSO E MANUTENZIONE
Piatti doccia: collezione SILEX ed Elax
Per la pulizia di routine (dopo la doccia), basta risciacquare il piatto con acqua e assicurarsi che il bagno sia sufficientemente
ventilato.
Per una pulizia pi profonda, si deve risciacquare il piatto con acqua e sapone (o qualsiasi altro prodotto commerciale
disponibile sul mercato per la pulizia del bagno) e pulire con una spugna non abrasiva.In ogni caso, si devono evitare i
prodotti detergenti o disinfettanti che contengano alcol (per la collezione SILEX) e i prodotti detergenti o disinfettanti che
contengano solventi o acidi (per la collezione ELAX). Neanche i prodotti abrasivi (strofinacci, stracci o simili) sono idonei.
Per le macchie resistenti, si possono utilizzare le gomme magiche disponibili sul mercato.
I piatti doccia sono prodotti esposti allacqua durante luso. Lacqua pu contenere calcare o altre sostanze sedimentarie che
macchiano i piatti doccia. Pulire con un prodotto anti-calcare seguendo le istruzioni e sciacquare con abbondante acqua.
I piatti doccia prodotti dalla FIORA presentano lmarcatura CE. Per poter ricevere il timbro CE, hanno dovuto superare i
diversi test specificati dalla norma, relativi a pulizia e durata.
Nella nostra vita quotidiana utilizziamo molti prodotti che, da un momento allaltro, potrebbero entrare in contatto con i
prodotti fabbricati da FIORA. Per questo motivo, oltre ai test obbligatori per ricevere la marcatura CE, il nostro Dipartimento
I+D+I, sottopone tutti i nostri materiali a diversi collaudi per determinarne il grado di incidenza, di durabilit e di resistenza in
caso di un eventuale avvicinamento di questi prodotti sempre presenti nella nostra vita di tutti i giorni.
Questi test sono concepiti ed effettuati da un punto di vista pratico usando prodotti reali che possiamo trovare in qualsiasi
supermercato. Ciononostante, le condizioni di applicazione sullarticolo FIORA sono pi severe rispetto alle condizioni di
uso normale.
In seguito verranno mostrati i risultati ottenuti su campioni reali di SILEXPOL. In entrambi i casi la tipologia del test
sempre la stessa perch si applicava il prodotto indicato in tabella durante un periodo di tempo determinato coprendo laltra
parte della provetta e comparando successivamente entrambe le superfici.
In tutti i casi, trascorso il tempo indicato, si eliminava il prodotto e si puliva la provetta con acqua e un detergente generale.

Separatori Wall-System
Il separatore WALL SYSTEM si presenta in due versioni: una normale e una riscaldata. fabbricato in SILEXPOL. Per la
manutenzione dei separatori della versione normale, seguire le indicazioni per i piatti doccia della collezione SILEX. Per
luso e la manutenzione della versione riscaldata, vedere il manuale dei radiatori.
Pannelli da piastrellare
Per la manutenzione, basta semplicemente mantenere la pulizia, per cui si devono seguire le stesse indicazioni che per i
piatti doccia SILEX e i separatori WALL SYSTEM.
Alzatina per sopraelevare
Una volta installato, si vedono solo i lati di SILEXPOL, per cui la manutenzione sar uguale a quella del piatto doccia SILEX.
Supporto regolabile Sep-System
Una volta che la struttura stata adattata e fissata alle dimensioni desiderate, si monta il piatto sopra alla stessa e diventa
una parte del pavimento, nascosta e inaccessibile, per cui non richieder alcuna operazione successiva di manutenzione.
Ci si deve semplicemente assicurare che il SEP SYSTEM rimanga ben saldo e sia stato montato correttamente, sigillandolo
come indicato sul manuale di montaggio.

MATERIALE E MONTAGGIO
Per il montaggio dei piatti doccia, la prima cosa da tenere in considerazione sono le possibilit di installazione, a seconda
della collezione e del modello di piatto doccia. A seconda delle condizioni del pavimento del bagno, si potr installare il piatto
in un modo o nellaltro e ci dipender dal tipo di costruzione, se si tratta di una ristrutturazione o di una nuova costruzione.
Nel caso delle ristrutturazioni, dipender anche dal fatto che in precedenza vi fosse un piatto doccia o una vasca.
Esistono tre modalit di montaggio: FILO PAVIMENTO, SOPRA PAVIMENTO e SOPRAELEVATO RISPETTO AL PAVIMENTO.
A seconda dellopzione e della modalit dinstallazione scelti, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. offre la possibilit di
utilizzare il SEP SYSTEM o llzatina per sopraelevare per un montaggio finale che soddisfi le esigenze dellutente.
I pannelli da piastrellare si montano sulle pareti del bagno, sostituendo le piastrelle abituali. I pannelli orizzontali si usano
normalmente per coprire lo spazio lasciato dalle vasche, quando si sostituisce una vasca con una doccia, mentre i pannelli
verticali servono per ricoprire la parete completa.
Le dimensioni dei pannelli da piastrellare fanno s che il montaggio sia rapido e pi uniforme, poich sono necessari meno
elementi, rispetto allutilizzo di piastrelle convenzionali.
NOTA BENE: Tutti i prodotti che si montano con un adesivo devono essere prima puliti per eliminare tracce di polvere e
quindi garantire un montaggio perfetto. Se non si ha la precauzione di eliminare la sporcizia, lunione dar problemi.

PIATTI DOCCIA
Usando il piatto doccia per la prima volta vedo che lacqua non scende in modo adeguato, anche se stato installato
e livellato correttamente. I piatti doccia, durante la fabbricazione e il trasporto, si caricano di elettricit statica, che
impedisce allacqua di fluire correttamente le prime volte.Se si lava il piatto doccia con acqua, sapone e uno strofinaccio,
si vedr che questo problema si riduce considerevolmente. In seguito, dopo pochi usi, il problema scomparir del tutto.
Il piatto doccia non scarica lacqua, ma stato installato e livellato correttamente. Questo problema pu essere dovuto
al fatto che il sifone e/o i tubi di scolo sono otturati, oppure stato collocato un secondo sifone. In questi casi, togliere
la griglia in acciaio inossidabile ed estrarre il sifone. Se il problema persiste, probabile che il tubo sia otturato. Se
il problema scompare, significa che vi un secondo sifone. In tal caso, il pezzo estratto non devessere posizionato
nuovamente.
Che capacit di evacuazione hanno i piatti doccia? Tutti i piatti presentano una capacit massima di evacuazione dei
liquidi con una viscosit simile a quella dellacqua fra 0,53 e 0,85 litri/secondo, a seconda del sifone installato.
Di che materiale sono fatte le griglie? Le griglie sono fabbricate in acciaio inossidabile AISI 316, tagliate con laser ad alta
definizione e con entrambi i lati lucidati.

Il piatto irregolare, un difetto di fabbricazione? No, queste irregolarit sono dovute alla superficie stessa caratteristica
dei piatti di FIORA.
possibile riparare elementi fatti di SILEXPOL? I piatti doccia FIORA realizzati con questo materiale si possono
riparare se sono stati usati in maniera non corretta. In questo modo, possono essere ritoccate zone che hanno subito
perdite nello strato superficiale di vernice o addirittura zone che presentino dei fori (provocati, per esempio, dalla caduta
di elementi pungenti).
Che inclinazione presentano i piatti doccia? Uno dei fattori pi rilevanti del design dei piatti FIORA e la successiva
fabbricazione degli stampi che dota il piatto di inclinazioni che consentono il rapido scolo dellacqua, a un minimo di 0,6
litri/secondo.
A seconda delle dimensioni e il modello di piatto doccia, queste inclinazioni di dislivello oscillano fa un minimo dell1% a un
massimo del 2,5%. Dipender dalla posizione dello scarico.

I KIT DI RIPARAZIONE sono immagazzinabili? I kit di riparazione non possono essere immagazzinati, perch si evaporano
o perdono le loro propriet. Devono essere richiesti per una riparazione in concreto e sono utilizzabili solo una volta.

Gli spray possono essere conservati? Gli spray sono contenuti in un recipiente a pressione, senza aria, per cui il loro
contenuto non perde le sue propriet e pu essere utilizzato in diverse occasioni.
Voglio utilizzare lo spray per la seconda volta e non funziona. Se il contenitore non vuoto, questo problema pu essere
dovuto al fatto che il diffusore rosso su cui si preme presenta resti di vernice secca dallultima volta che stato usato.
Introdurlo per qualche minuto in un solvente o richiedere un nuovo diffusore a FIORA.
PIATTI DOCCIA COLLEZIONE ELAX
Si pu tagliare il piatto? S, molto semplice. Basta utilizzare una buona lama o un taglierino Il piatto viene spedito con
le misure standard di fabbricazione. Nel luogo dellinstallazione, si devono indicare le misure esatte sul piatto e procedere
alle operazioni di taglio.Si tratta semplicemente di passare varie volte il taglierino sulla linea di taglio. Quando si vede che
inizia a comparire la fessura, piegarlo poco a poco verso linterno e verso lesterno, fino a quando non si separa.

Che materiale devo usare per incollare i piatti? Lincollaggio e/o sigillatura dei diversi elementi deve effettuarsi utilizzando

Di che materiale sono i pannelli? Sono di SILEXPOL, con una formula migliorata che garantisce leggerezza e flessibilit
grazie alle dimensioni dei pezzi e alluso per cui sono stati concepiti.
Che attrezzi devo utilizzare per tagliare i pannelli? I pannelli si tagliano con attrezzi simili a quelli usati per il legno.
Cos il marapi? Si tratta di un polimero ad asciugatura veloce che permette lunione rapida tra pannelli e il sottostrato
(parete). Si usa solo per il montaggio e per mantenere unito il pannello mentre agisce il masi.
Cos il masi? Si tratta di un silicone neutro che garantisce lincollaggio del pannello con il sottostrato e una sigillatura
corretta.
Che differenza c tra MARAPI e MASI? Perch si utilizzano entrambi? Il MARAPI si asciuga in fretta e si usa per unire
il pannello alla parete mentre agisce il MASI. In questo modo il montaggio pi comodo e veloce. Se desiderate consultare

Quanti tubi di silicone sono necessari per i pannelli? Una confezione ogni 3 metri quadrati di pannello.
Esistono schede tecniche dei siliconi? S, possibile accedervi attraverso il sito web nella sezione download.
Ho ricevuto i pannelli e sono leggermente curvi. Cosa successo? Il SILEXPOL utilizzato per i pannelli formato da
una formula migliorata che garantisce una certa flessibilit permettendo di adeguarsi a qualsiasi luogo in cui si desideri
installarlo. A causa del suo stesso peso il pannello pende e potrebbe quindi sembrare curvo, ma si adatter alla parete nel
momento del montaggio ai sensi delle istruzioni fornite da FIORA. Non sono pezzi rigidi come nel caso delle piastrelle
ceramiche.

La canalina non scarica lacqua, ma stata installata e livellata correttamente. Questo problema pu essere dovuto al
fatto che il sifone e/o i tubi di scolo sono otturati, oppure stato collocato un secondo sifone. In questi casi, alzare la parte
interna rettangolare della canalina, svitare il sifone e togliere i pezzi allinterno del sifone (vedi immagine). Se il problema
persiste, probabile che il tubo sia otturato. Se il problema scompare, significa che vi un secondo sifone o barattolo del
sifone. Vedi opzioni 2 e 3 nella pagina precedente.

Perch non si mandano i pannelli in pallet? I pannelli si mandano in scatole formate da una struttura di legno e strati di
cartone triplex ad alta resistenza. In questo modo si evitano le rotture frequenti causate dalla manipolazione con carrelli
o simili
Quando posiziono i pannelli orizzontali, non rimangono allineati con le piastrelle e il piatto, cosa posso fare? Le
costruzioni non sono perfette: piastrelle non in linea, pavimento inclinato, angoli fra le pareti irregolari, ecc. Per questo,
FIORA dispone di un elemento decorativo che non altro che un profilo a T per coprire i giunti con le piastrelle e una
rifinitura del pannello che si usa per coprire le possibili imperfezioni fra il pannello e il piatto, che sono conseguenza
principalmente delle imperfezioni del pavimento. DISPONIBILE SU RICHIESTA.
Di che materiale fatto il profilo decorativo dei pannelli orizzontali? Il profilo di rifinitura prodotto in lega di alluminio
estruso 6063 o 6043 e segue un processo speciale di anodizzazione che gli conferisce propriet che evitano la sua
ossidazione e/o invecchiamento e aumenta la sua durezza, per evitare che si graffi.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA RIPARAZIONE SUPERFICIALE DI UN ELEMENTO IN SILEXPOL

Se a causa di un uso incorretto di qualsiasi elemento di Silexpol, questo dovesse deteriorarsi, esiste la possibilit di
ripararlo. In base al tipo di difetto, esistono diverse possibilit: KIT DI RIPARAZIONE, SPRAY DI RIPARAZIONE O LACCA.
- possibile richiedere il KIT DI RIPARAZIONE in caso di difetti di piccole dimensioni o quando si tratta di un prodotto
multicolore (colore non uniforme).
Questo kit composto da due recipienti: uno con lacca testurizzata e laltro con catalizzatore (liquido trasparente).
In base al colore, la percentuale di miscuglio di questi prodotti diversa e viene sempre indicata nel momento
della fornitura del kit, specificando la percentuale di catalizzatore necessaria da aggiungere alla lacca. Dopo aver
mescolato intensamente i componenti seguendo la proporzione indicata, si applica una mano stirando la lacca con
un pennello o rullo fino a renderla uniforme e ripetere loperazione senza aspettare che si asciughi.
Per piccole riparazioni in color NATURE, possibile richiedere il KIT DI RIPARAZIONE NATURE (con istruzioni di
applicazione).
- possibile richiedere uno SPRAY DI RIPARAZIONE quando il difetto ha dimensioni superiori, tenendo presente che il
tatto non sia simile a quello dei mobili e che non sia color Nature.
Si tratta di un recipiente ad aerosol o spray che si applica direttamente sulla superficie deteriorata dopo averlo
agitato bene.
Per conservare lo spray per uso successivi, pulire il diffusore dopo ogni uso e conservarlo capovolto. Il tempo
massimo di conservazione dello spray di 6 mesi.
- possibile richiedere la LACCA quando i danni sono gravi e riguardano quasi la totalit del pezzo o se si desidera
cambiare completamente colore.
Questo prodotto composto da due barattoli. Uno contiene lacca o vernice e laltro (pi piccolo) contiene il
catalizzatore (per i colori oro, titanio e pietra pireneo si aggiungono altri due barattoli con vernice metalface e con
catalizzatore corrispondente che, mescolati adeguatamente, dovr essere applicato sulla vernice asciutta).
Per riparazioni di grandi superfici color NATURE, la riparazione deve essere effettuata dal personale di FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS S.L.U., e, in base al caso specifico, potrebbe essere necessario verniciarlo rima tutto ma con un colore
solido NON NATURE.
NON UTILIZZAR MAI LO SPRAY che potrebbe avere un effetto patina.
In tutti i processi di riparazione importante tenere presente i seguenti aspetti:
NON TOCCARE per 24 ore.
Deve essere richiesto a FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. con il colore dellelemento
da riparare.
Il risultato di questo processo raggiunger la durezza massime dopo 72 ore.

ELEMENTI DI SILEXPOL
I nostri prodotti sono stati testati contro prove di impatto e superano i valori ottimi di uso, Ciononostante, contrariamente
ad altri elementi esistenti nel mercato, i nostri elementi di Silexpol possono essere riparati nel caso in cui dovessero
apparire difetti causati da elementi pungenti di gran peso. Come nel caso precedente, possibile richiedere un KIT DI
RIPARAZIONE DI SCHEGGIATURE a FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U.
Questo kit formato da due barattoli, ognuno dei quali contiene una parte del prodotto bicomponente necessario per
riparare il difetto causato.
Mescolare entrambi i prodotti utilizzando una parte di prodotto bianco e mezza parte dellaltro prodotto fino ad ottenere un
miscuglio omogeneo (lomogeneit sar determinata dal colore del miscuglio che dovr essere il pi omogeneo possibile)
che verr poi applicato sulla zona da riparare.
Dopo lapplicazione, lasciare asciugare minimo 1 ora e verificare poi se limpasto si indurito (lindurimento del mastice
relativo e dipende dalle condizioni ambientali esistenti); in caso contrario, lasciare agire pi tempo.
Quando il mastice si indurito, applicare la vernice seguendo le istruzioni del paragrafo precedente ISTRUZIONI PER LA
RIPARAZIONE DI UN ELEMENTO DI SILEXPOL.
PER UNA MAGGIOR SICUREZZA, IMPORTANTE UTILIZZARE GUANTI E MASCHERINA
CONSIDERANDO CHE IN CONTATTO CON PRODOTTI CHIMICI.

Duschwannen: Kollektionen Silex und Elax
Fr eine normale Reinigung (nach dem Duschen) reicht es aus, das Duschwannen mit Wasser abzusplen und fr eine
ausreichende Belftung des Badezimmers zu sorgen.
Zur sorgfltigeren Reinigung muss das Duschwannen mit Wasser und Seife (oder irgendeinem anderen handelsblichen
Putzmittel fr Bder) abgesplt und mit einem nicht scheuernden Schwamm gereinigt werden. Auf keinen Fall drfen
fr die Kollektion SILEX Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmitteln mit Alkohol und fr die Kollektion ELAX Reinigungsoder Desinfektionsmittel mit Lsungsmitteln oder Suren verwendet werden. Scheuernde Produkte (Scheuerschwmme,
Tcher o. .) sind ebenfalls nicht geeignet.

Duschbecken sind aufgrund ihrer Benutzung dem Wasser ausgesetzt. Dieses Wasser kann Kalk und andere Substanzen
enthalten, die sich absetzen und Flecken auf dem Becken hinterlassen. Mit Kalkentferner unter Befolgen der
Herstelleranweisungen reinigen und grndlich mit Wasser nachsplen.
Die von FIORA hergestellten Duschwannen tragen das CE-Siegel, d. h., sie wurden den verschiedenen Tests unterzogen,
die in der Norm ber Reinigungs- und Strapazierfhigkeit vorgeschrieben sind, um das CE-Siegel zu erhalten.
In unserem tglichen Leben verwenden wir viele Produkte, die zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt in Kontakt mit dem
Erzeugnissen von FIORA kommen knnen. Deshalb unterzieht unsere Abteilung fr F+E+I alle unsere Materialien
verschiedenen Prfungen, um den Grad der Auswirkungen, die Dauerhaftigkeit und die Widerstandsfhigkeit unserer
Materialien hinsichtlich dieser im Alltag benutzten Produkte festzustellen.
Diese Prfungen werden immer vom praktischen Standpunkt aus konzipiert und durchgefhrt, und zwar unter Verwendung
tatschlich existierender Produkte, die man in jedem Supermarkt finden kann. Dennoch sind die Anwendungsbedingungen
fr den FIORA-Artikel wesentlich strikter als sie im normalen Gebrauch bestehen.

Trennwnde Wall-System
Die Trennwand WALL SYSTEM wird in zwei Versionen angeboten: Entweder normal oder beheizt. Sie ist aus SILEXPOL
hergestellt. Zur Pflege der Trennwnde in ihrer normalen Ausfhrung sind die Anweisungen fr die Duschwannen der
Kollektion SILEX zu befolgen. Fr die Nutzung und Pflege der beheizten Version gilt das Handbuch fr Heizkrper.
Paneele zum Verfliesen
Zur Pflege ist eine einfache Reinigung ausreichend, fr die dieselben Anweisungen wie fr die SILEX-Duschwannen und
die Trennwnde WALL SYSTEM gelten.

Verkleidung fr Sockelmontage
Nach der Montage sind nur noch die Seiten mit SILEXPOL zu sehen, weshalb die Pflege dieselbe ist, wie fr das
Duschwannen SILEX.
Anpassbarer Untergrund Sep-System
Sobald die Struktur angepasst und in den gewnschten Abmessungen befestigt wurde, wird das Duschwannen darauf
montiert. Damit bildet sie einen Teil des Bodens, bleibt verborgen und ist nicht mehr zugnglich, weshalb auch keine
anschlieende Pflege erforderlich ist. Es ist nur darauf zu achten, dass das SEP SYSTEM richtig aufliegt, korrekt montiert
und abgedichtet wird, so wie dies in den Montageanweisungen angegeben ist.

MONTAGE
Zur Montage der Duschwannen mssen zunchst die Mglichkeiten entsprechend der Kollektion und dem Modell des
Duschwannens bercksichtigt werden. Je nach dem, in welchem Zustand sich der Boden des Badezimmers befindet, kann
das Duschwannen in der einen oder anderen Weise montiert werden, und das hngt wiederum von der Art der Bauarbeiten
ab, d. h., ob es sich um eine Renovierung oder einen Neubau handelt. Im Falle einer Renovierung ist auch zu bercksichtigen,
ob zuvor ein Duschwannen oder eine Badewanne vorhanden war.
Es gibt drei Montagemglichkeiten: DIREKT MIT DEM BODEN ABSCHLIESSEND, AUF DEM BODEN ODER MIT SOCKEL
BER DEM BODEN.
Je nach der Option und der gewhlten Montageform bietet FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. die Mglichkeit, das SEP
SYSTEM oder den SOCKEL MIT VERKLEIDUNG fr die Endmontage zu verwenden, ganz nach den Wnschen des Benutzers.
Die Verkleidungspaneele werden auf den Badezimmerwnden angebracht und ersetzen die blichen Fliesen. Normalerweise
werden die waagrechten Paneele verwendet, um die Stelle zu verdecken, die leer bleibt, wenn eine Badewanne durch eine
Dusche ersetzt wird, und die senkrechten Paneele dienen dazu, die ganze Wand zu verkleiden.
Aufgrund der Abmessungen der Verkleidungspaneele ist diese Montage schnell und einheitlicher, da weniger Einzelelemente
bentigt werden, als beim Verfliesen.
ANMERKUNG: Alle Produkte, die mit einem Kleber montiert werden, mssen zur korrekten Haftung frei von Staub sein.
Wenn man den Staub nicht sorgfltig und vollstndig entfernt, haftet der Kleber evtl. nicht richtig.

Duschwannen
Bei der ersten Benutzung des Duschwannens habe ich festgestellt, dass das Wasser nicht richtig fliet, obwohl alles
korrekt montiert und nivelliert ist. Whrend der Herstellung und des Transports laden sich die Duschwannen statisch auf,
weshalb das Wasser die ersten Male evtl. nicht richtig fliet. Wenn Sie die Duschwannen mit Wasser, Seife und einem
Tuch reinigen, werden Sie feststellen, dass sich das Problem wesentlich reduziert. Spter und nach wenigen Benutzungen
verschwindet das Problem vollstndig.
Das Wasser luft nicht aus dem Duschwannen ab, obwohl es korrekt installiert und nivelliert ist. Dieses Problem kann
darauf zurckzufhren sein, dass der Siphon und/oder das Abflussrohr verstopft sind oder dass ein zweiter Siphon
angebracht ist. In diesen Fllen muss das Gitter aus Edelstahl entfernt werden, um das Siphonteil zu entfernen; wenn das
Problem weiterbesteht, ist mglicherweise das Rohr verstopft. Wenn das Problem verschwindet, ist ein zweiter Siphon
vorhanden, d. h., das entfernte Teil darf nicht wieder montiert werden.
Welche Abflusskapazitt haben die Duschwannen? Alle Duschwannen haben eine maximale Abflusskapazitt fr
Flssigkeiten mit einer hnlichen Viskositt wie Wasser von 0,53 bis 0,85 Liter /Sekunde je nach dem verwendeten Siphon.
Aus welchem Material sind die Gitter? Die Gitter sind aus rostfreiem Edelstahl AISI 316, geschnitten mit hochauflsendem

Muss der Untergrund unter dem Duschwannen wasserfest abgedichtet werden? Die Duschwannen sind zu 100%
abgedichtet und lassen kein Wasser durch. Auer im Falle spezieller Bauvorschriften mssen unter den Duschwannen keine
Dichtungsschichten oder hnliches angebracht werden. Dies ist einer der allgemeinen Vorteile im Vergleich zu verfliesten
Duschen.
Muss die Installation eines Duschwannens irgendwie gewartet werden? Nach einem Monat der Benutzung mssen nur die
Schrauben des Siphons festgezogen werden (dazu wird das obere Gitter angehoben).

Welche Werkzeuge werden zum Schneiden der Duschbecken und Paneele verwendet? Die Duschbecken mssen mit einer

Wie wird die Siphon-Funktion eliminiert? OPTION 1: Man entnimmt den Zylinder, entfernt die Abdeckung und krzt den
Zylinder auf 15 mm, um nach wie vor den Filter zu verwenden. Danach werden Zylinder und Filter wieder angebracht.

Welches Material muss ich zum Kleben von Duschbecken verwenden? Zum Kleben und/oder abdichten der verschiedenen
Elemente muss eine Polyurethan-Masse benutzt werden. Solche Produkte werden normalerweise auch fr Dehnungsfugen
mit geringer Bewegung, Sanitrelemente, das Ankleben von Wandverkleidungen, Tr- und Fensterrahmen etc. Verwendet.

Knnen SILEXPOL-Elemente repariert werden? Die aus diesem Material hergestellten FIORA-Duschwannen knnen
nach unangemessenem Gebrauch repariert werden. Das bedeutet, dass gewisse Bereiche, deren Farbschicht auf der
Oberflche abgegangen ist, oder sogar Bereiche, an denen Lcher vorhanden sind (z. B. durch Herabfallen von spitzen
Gegenstnden), repariert werden knnen.
Welche Neigungen weisen die Duschwannen auf? Das Design der FIORA-Duschwannen und die anschlieende

Herstellung der Formen haben vor allem den Zweck, das Duschwannen mit einer Neigung zu versehen, mit der das Wasser
schnell ablaufen kann, und zwar mindestens mit 0,6 Litern/Sekunde.
Je nach den Abmessungen und dem Modell des Duschwannens liegen die Neigungen bei mindestens 1 % bis hchstens
2,5%, abhngig von der Position des Ablaufs.

Knnen die REPARATUR-KITS gelagert werden? Die Reparatur-Kits knnen nicht gelagert werden, da sie verdunsten oder
ihre Eigenschaften verlieren. Sie mssen fr eine konkrete Reparatur bestellt werden und sind nur fr den einmaligen
Gebrauch geeignet.
Knnen die Sprays gelagert werden? Die Sprays befinden sich in einem luftdichten Druckbehlter, d. h., ihr Inhalt verliert
seine Eigenschaften nicht und kann mehrere Male verwendet werden.
Ich mchte das Spray zum 2. Mal verwenden und es funktioniert nicht. Wenn die Verpackung nicht leer ist, kann dieses
Problem daran liegen, dass in dem roten Zerstuber, auf den man drcken muss, vom letzten Mal trockene Farbe verblieben
ist. Halten Sie ihn einige Minuten in Lsungsmittel oder bestellen Sie bei FIORA einen neuen Zerstuber.
Duschwannen KOLLEKTION ELAX
Kann die Duschwannen geschnitten werden? Ja, es ist ganz einfach. Sie brauchen nur ein gutes Messer oder einen Cutter.
Das Duschwannen wird mit Standardabmessungen geliefert. Wenn es am Montageort aufgelegt ist, werden die genauen
Abmessungen auf dem Duschwannen aufgezeichnet und es wird zugeschnitten. Dazu muss man nur mehrere Male mit dem
Cutter ber die Schnittlinie fahren und wenn man sieht, dass eine Rille sichtbar wird, biegt man das Material allmhlich nach
innen und auen, bis es auseinanderbricht.

Welches Material muss zum Kleben der Duschbecken verwendet werden? Das Kleben und/oder Abdichten der
verschiedenen Elemente erfolgt mit einer Tube mit Polyurethan-Masse, sowohl zum Ankleben eines Duschbeckens mit
Ablaufrinne als auch mit Gitter.
Das Wasser luft nicht aus der Ablaufrinne ab, obwohl sie korrekt installiert und nivelliert ist. Dieses Problem kann darauf
zurckzufhren sein, dass der Siphon und/oder das Abflussrohr verstopft sind oder dass ein zweiter Siphon angebracht ist.
Nehmen Sie in diesen Fllen das rechteckige Innenteil der Abflussrinne heraus, schrauben Sie den Siphon auf und nehmen
Sie die Innenteile des Siphons heraus (siehe Abbildung). Wenn das Problem weiterbesteht, ist wahrscheinlich die Leitung
verstopft. Wenn das Problem verschwindet, ist ein zweiter Siphon oder Siphonbehlter vorhanden. Siehe Optionen 2 und
3 der vorigen Seite.

erforderlich ist
Welches Werkzeug muss ich verwenden, um die Paneele zu schneiden? Die Paneele werden mit hnlichen Werkzeugen
wie fr Holz geschnitten.
Was ist Marapi? Dabei handelt es sich um ein schnell trocknendes Polymer, mit dem das Paneel schnell mit dem Untergrund
(Wand) verbunden werden kann. Die Verwendung dieses Materials ist nur auf die Montage beschrnkt und es wird nur
benutzt, um das Paneel verbunden zu halten, bis das Masi wirkt.

Was ist Masi? Dabei handelt es sich um ein neutrales Silikon, das nicht nur das Paneel an den Untergrund klebt, sondern
auch fr eine korrekte Dichtung sorgt.
Welcher Unterschied besteht zwischen MARAPI und MASI? Warum werden beide verwendet? Da MARAPI schnell trocknet,
wird es verwendet, um das Paneel an der Wand zu befestigen, bis die Wirkung des MASI eintritt. Auf diese Weise ist die

Ich habe die Paneele erhalten und sie sind leicht gebogen. Was ist passiert? Das Material SILEXPOL, das fr die Paneele
verwendet wird, besteht aus einer verbesserten Formel, die eine gewisse Flexibilitt bietet, damit sie sich besser an die
Stellen anpassen knnen, wo sie montiert werden. Aufgrund seines Gewichts hngt das Paneel etwas durch, wodurch
der Eindruck entstehen kann, dass es gebogen ist. Es passt sich jedoch an die Wand an, wenn es gem den von FIORA
mitgelieferten Anweisungen montiert wird. Die Paneele sind nicht steif wie z. B. Keramikfliesen.
Warum werden die Paneele nicht auf Paletten geliefert? Die Paneele werden in Kisten mit Holzrahmen und Deckeln aus
hochresistentem Triplexkarton geliefert. Da sie nicht palettiert sind, werden die blichen Brche vermieden, die durch die
Handhabung mit Karren oder hnlichen Gerten entstehen.
Beim Anbringen der waagrechten Paneele sind diese nicht mit den Fliesen und dem Duschwannen auf einer Linie, was
kann ich tun? Bauarbeiten sind nicht perfekt, Fliesen nicht auf einer Linie, Bden geneigt, Winkel zwischen den Wnden
unregelmig usw. Zu diesem Zweck bietet FIORA eine Blende an, die aus einem T-frmigen Profil besteht, um Fugen
im bergang mit den Fliesen zu verdecken, ebenso wie eine Abschlussleiste fr das Paneel, die benutzt wird, um andere
eventuelle Ungleichheiten zwischen Paneel und Duschwannen zu verbergen, die hauptschlich aufgrund einer fehlenden

Aus welchem Material ist das Blendenprofil der waagrechten Paneele? Das Abschlussprofil ist aus extrudiertem Aluminium
mit Legierung 6063 oder 6043. Dabei wird ein spezielles Eloxal-Verfahren angewendet, das dem Aluminium Eigenschaften
verleiht, die Rost- und/oder Alterungserscheinungen vermeiden und die Hrte steigern, um Kratzer zu verhindern.

ANLEITUNGEN ZUR OBERFLCHENREPARATUR VON SILEXPOL-ELEMENTEN

- Fr kleine Beschdigungen und wenn es sich um ein mehrfarbiges Produkt (mit nicht einheitlicher Farbe) handelt, kann
der REPARATUR-KIT bestellt werden.
Dieser Kit besteht aus zwei Behltern, davon einer mit texturiertem Lack und der andere mit einem Katalysator
(transparente Flssigkeit). Je nach Farbe ist der Prozentsatz der Mischung unterschiedlich. Dieser Prozentsatz ist
bei der Lieferung des Kits angegeben, d. h., in den Anweisungen steht, welcher Prozentsatz des Katalysators dem
Lack hinzugefgt werden muss. Wenn beide Bestandteile in der richtigen Proportion intensiv vermischt sind, wird eine
Schicht aufgetragen, indem der Lack mit einem Pinsel oder einer Rolle so verteilt wird, dass er einheitlich aufgetragen
ist. Danach wird eine zweite Schicht aufgetragen, ohne zu warten, bis die erste getrocknet ist.
Fr kleine Reparaturen in der Farbe NATURE kann der REPARATUR-KIT NATURE (enthlt Anwendungsanweisungen)
bestellt werden.
- Wenn der Schaden grer ist, kann das REPARATUR-SPRAY bestellt werden. Dabei ist zu bercksichtigen, dass die
Textur nicht die gleiche ist, wie an den Mbeln und zudem darf es nicht die Farbe Nature sein.
Es handelt sich um eine Spraydose und das Produkt wird, nach krftigem Schtteln, direkt auf die beschdigte Flche
aufgesprht.
Um das Spray fr sptere Gelegenheiten aufzubewahren, muss der Zerstuber nach der Benutzung gereinigt und die
Dose mit dem Kopf nach unten gestellt werden. Die Aufbewahrungszeit des Sprays betrgt maximal 6 Monate.
- Der LACK sollte bestellt werden, wenn die Schden sehr gro sind und fast die ganze Flche des Teils betreffen oder
die Farbe vollstndig entfernt werden soll.
Dieses Produkt besteht aus zwei Behltern, einer davon enthlt den Lack oder die Farbe und der andere (kleinere) den

Wenn ein Element aus Silexpol wegen unsachgemer Benutzung in irgendeiner Art beschdigt wurde, kann es repariert

Katalysator (fr die Farben Gold, Titan und Pyrinen-Stein mssen zwei Behlter mehr hinzugefgt werden, einer mit
dem Metalface-Lack und ein weiterer mit seinem Katalysator, die gut vermischt und dann aufgetragen werden mssen,
wenn die Farbe trocken ist).
Reparaturen von groen Flchen in der Farbe NATURE mssen von Personal von FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U.
durchgefhrt werden und je nach dem konkreten Fall ist es evtl. notwendig, die ganze Flche mit einer Farbe zu
streichen, die NICHT NATURE ist.
AUF KEINEN FALL SOLLTE DAS SPRAY VERWENDET WERDEN, weil dadurch die Patina verloren gehen wrde.
Bei allen Reparaturverfahren mssen folgende Punkte beachtet werden:
Auf jeden Fall 24 Stunden lang NICHT BERHREN.

Das Ergebnis dieses Verfahrens erreicht seine maximale Hrte nach 72 Stunden.

Unsere Produkte sind auf Ste getestet worden und bertreffen die optimalen Nutzungswerte. Anders als andere auf
dem Markt bestehenden Artikel knnen unsere Silexpol-Elemente jedoch bei Beschdigung repariert werden, falls spitze
und schwere Gegenstnde darauf fallen. Ebenso wie im vorigen Fall kann dann ein REPARATUR-KIT FR LCHER bei
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. bestellt werden.
Dieser Kit besteht aus zwei Behltern, von denen jeder einen Teil des Zweikomponentenprodukts enthlt, das fr die
Reparatur des entstandenen Schadens erforderlich ist.
Beide Produkte mssen mit einem Teil des weien Produkts und einem halben Teil des anderen Produkts vermischt
werden, bis eine so homogene Masse wie mglich entstanden ist (das kann durch die Farbe der Mischung festgestellt
werden, die wie gesagt, so homogen wie mglich sein muss). Diese Masse wird dann auf die zu reparierende Stelle
aufgetragen.
Nach dem Auftragen mindestens 1 Stunde trocknen lassen und danach prfen, ob die aufgetragene Masse hart geworden
ist (die Angaben zur Trockendauer der Masse dienen nur zur Orientierung, denn diese ist abhngig von den bestehenden
Umgebungsbedingungen); sollte sie nicht hart sein, weiter trocknen lassen.
Wenn die Masse hart geworden ist, muss die Farbe gem den Erklrungen im obigen Abschnitt ANWEISUNGEN ZUR
REPARATUR EINES ELEMENTS AUS SILEXPOL aufgetragen werden.

Douchebakken: SILEX en Elax collectie
Voor een oppervlakkige reiniging (na het douchen) hoef je alleen maar de douchebak af te spoelen met water en ervoor te
zorgen dat de badkamer goed geventileerd wordt.
Voor een meer grondige reiniging moet de douchebak afgespoeld worden met water en zeep (of een andere
badkamerreiniger die op de markt verkrijgbaar is) en schoongemaakt met een zachte spons. In geen geval mogen hiervoor
reinigings- of ontsmettingsmiddelen die alcohol bevatten (voor de SILEX collectie) en reinigings- of ontsmettingsmiddelen
die oplosmiddelen of zuren bevatten (voor de ELAX collectie) gebruikt worden. Tevens wordt het gebruik van schurende
producten (schuursponzen, doeken en soortgelijke) afgeraden.
Voor hardnekkige vlekken kunnen de zogenaamde magische sponzen die in de meeste supermarkten verkrijgbaar zijn
gebruikt worden.
De plateaus zijn producten die gedurende het gebruik blootstaan aan water. Dit water kan kalk en andere stoffen bevatten
die bezinken en vlekken op het plateau kunnen achterlaten. Maak deze schoon met een ontkalkingsmiddel en volg daarbij de
instructies van het product op en spoel het met overvloedig water af.
De door FIORA vervaardigde douchebakken zijn voorzien van een CE markering, om deze reden worden die onderworpen
aan de diverse tests die voorgeschreven worden in de norm, zoals testen op het gebied van de reinigbaarheid en
duurzaamheid om die te kunnen markeren met het CE zegel.
In ons dagelijks leven gebruiken wij veel producten die op een of ander moment in aanraking kunnen komen met de producten
die FIORA vervaardigt. Dit is de reden dat, afgezien van de tests die verplicht zijn voor de CE markering, onze afdeling O&O
en innovatie al onze materialen onderwerpt aan diverse tests om de mate van impact, de duurzaamheid en weerstand van
onze materialen tegen eventuele aanvallen van die producten die zich in ons leven bevinden te bepalen.
Deze tests worden altijd vanuit een praktisch oogpunt ontworpen en uitgevoerd, daarbij gebruik makend van echte producten
die wij kunnen aantreffen in een willekeurige supermarkt. Desalniettemin zijn de omstandigheden waar het artikel van
FIORA bij de tests aan onderworpen wordt veel strenger dan de normale gebruiksomstandigheden.
Hieronder worden de resultaten getoond die verkregen zijn met praktijkmonsters van SILEXPOL. In beide gevallen was het
type test steeds gelijk, aangezien het in de tabel vermelde product, gedurende de aangegeven tijd toegepast werd, waarbij
het andere deel van de maatbeker afgedekt werd, waarna later beide oppervlakken vergeleken werden.

Wall-System scheidingswanden
De WALL SYSTEM scheidingswand is verkrijgbaar in twee uitvoeringen: normaal en verwarmd, en is gemaakt van
SILEXPOL. Voor het onderhoud van de scheidingswanden in de normale uitvoering moeten de aanwijzingen voor
de douchebakken van de SILEX gevolgd worden. Voor het gebruik en onderhoud van de verwarmde uitvoering: zie de
handleiding voor radiatoren.
Tegelpanelen
Het onderhoud is niet meer dan het reinigen van de tegels, en dit gebeurt dezelfde wijze als bij de SILEX douchebakken den
WALL SYSTEM scheidingswanden.
Schort voor hoge douchebak
Na installatie zijn uitsluitend nog de SILEXPOL zijkanten te zien, om deze reden is het onderhoud hiervan gelijk aan dat
van de SILEXPOL douchebak.
Instelbare Sep-System steun
Zodra de structuur afgestemd is op en aangepast aan de gewenste afmetingen, wordt de douchebak daarop gemonteerd en
maakt dan deel uit van de vloer, de structuur wordt onzichtbaar weggewerkt waardoor die geen verder onderhoud behoeft.
Men dient er simpelweg voor te zorgen dat de SEP SYSTEM steun goed op zijn plaats blijft, en dat die correct is aangebracht,
waarnaar die op de in montagehandleiding vermelde wijze afgedicht moet wordeng.

MONTAGE
Voor het monteren van een douchebak, is het eerste waar wij op moeten letten de installatiemogelijkheden van het model
van de douchebak. Afhankelijk van de toestand waarin de badkamer zich bevindt, kunnen wij de douchebak op een of op een
andere manier installeren, en hierop is ook van invloed of het een renovatie of nieuwebouw betreft. En in het gaval dat het
om een renovatie gaat is, moet men ook kijken of er daarvoor een douche of een bad stond.
Er zijn drie manieren van monteren: VERZONKEN IN DE VLOER, OP DE VLOER, BOVEN DE VLOER.
Afhankelijk van de gekozen installatiewijze, biedt FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. de mogelijkheid om voor de montage
het SEP SYSTEM of de BASTIDOR FALDN te gebruiken, al naar gelang de behoeften van de gebruiker.

De tegelpanelen worden op de wanden van de badkamer bevestigd en vervangen het gebruikelijke tegelwerk. De horizontale
panelen worden in het algemeen gebruikt om de uitsparing die ontstaat wanneer een badkuip vervangen wordt door een
douche te vullen, en de verticale panelen zijn bedoeld om de wand in zijn geheel te bekleden.
De afmetingen van de tegelpanelen maken dat de montage sneller en meer eenvormig is omdat er minder elementen nodig
zijn dan voor het betegelen met wandtegels.
N.B.: Alle producten die worden gemonteerd door middel van lijm, moeten stofvrij zijn, zodat ze goed blijven kleven. Indien
ze niet stofvrij worden gemaakt, leidt dat tot problemen met de verbinding.
Afhankelijk van het gebruikt paneel zal de verbinding tussen de panelen variren:

De WALL SYSTEM scheidingswanden worden op een U-vormig aluminium profiel aan de wand vastgeschroefd aluminium,
en dan vastgezet aan de lange kant van de scheidingswand.

FAQS (VEEL GESTELDE VRAGEN)

Toen ik de douchebak voor de eerste keer gebruikte zag ik dat het water niet correct wegvloeit, ondanks het feit dat
de douchebak correct genstalleerd is en waterpas staat. Tijdens de fabricatie en het transport daarvan krijgen de
douchebakken een lading statische elektriciteit mee, waardoor het water die eerste paar keer niet correct wegvloeit. Na
enkele keren gebruik zal dit problemen volledig verdwijnen.
Het water stroomt niet weg uit de douchebak terwijl die correct genstalleerd is en waterpas staat. Dit probleem kan
te wijten zijn aan het feit dat de sifon en/of de afvoer verstopt zijn, of omdat er een tweede sifon geplaatst is. In deze
gevallen moet het roestvrij stalen rooster weggenomen en de sifon eruit gehaald worden, als het probleem aanhoudt zijn

de leidingen waarschijnlijk verstopt, als het probleem dan opgelost is, komt dat omdat er een tweede sifon is, en in dat
geval moet het verwijderde onderdeel niet weer terug op zijn plaats gezet worden.
Welke afvoercapaciteit hebben de douchebakken? Alle douchebakken hebben een afvoercapaciteit van vloeistoffen met
een viscositeit die gelijk is aan die van water van 0,53 tot 0,85 liter/seconde afhankelijk van de genstalleerde sifon.
Van welk materiaal worden de roosters gemaakt? De roosters zijn van roestvrij staal AISI 316, gesneden met een high
definition laser en waarvan beide kanten gepolijst zijn.De gelakte roosters zijn van roestvrij staal AISI 340 met een
grondlaag van in de oven gebakken epoxy-verf met daarop de afwerkingslaag in de verzochte kleur.
Er zijn roestvlekken ontstaan. Hoe kan ik die verwijderen? Breng witte azijn aan op het roestige oppervlak en laat dat 15
min inwerken. Maak het vervolgens schoon met een gewoon reinigingsmiddel voor sanitair en wrijf licht met een spons.
Kan ik vervangende onderdelen bestellen? FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. heeft vervangende onderdelen voor alle
elementen in voorraad. Vraag bij onze Verkoopafdeling een prijsopgave aan voor de onderdelen die u nodig heeft.
Is het noodzakelijk de plaats onder de douchebak waterdicht te maken? De douchebakken zijn 100% waterdicht en
laten geen water door. Behalve in geval van een specifiek bouwvoorschrift is het niet nodig dat daar een membraan of
iets dergelijks onder gelegd wordt, dit is een van de algemene voordelen die deze douchebak heeft ten opzichte van de
betegelde douchebakken.
Moeten er onderhoudswerkzaamheden verricht worden aan de douchebak? Het enige wat gedaan moet worden is het
vervangen van de schroeven van de sifon, n maand nadat de bak in gebruik is genomen.
DOUCHEBAKKEN UIT DE SILEX COLLECTIE
Welk gereedschap moet ik gebruiken om de plateaus te snijden? De plateaus moeten met een diamantzaag worden
gesneden, dezelfde als die gebruikt worden voor het snijden van steen, tegels, bakstenen, etc. De snede moet droog
worden gemaakt. Gemengde plateaus moeten door de droge zone worden gesneden.
N.B.: Bij alle randen waarin sneden worden gemaakt verdwijnt de textuur. Ze zijn glad na het snijden.

Hoe kan de sifonfunctie worden opgeheven? OPTIE 1: Haal de cilinder eruit, verwijder de dop en kort de cilinder in tot 15
mm, om de filter te kunnen blijven gebruiken. Plaats vervolgens de cilinder en de filter opnieuw. OPTIE 2: Haal de cilinder
eruit en verwijder de dop met behulp van een nijptang. Plaats de cilinder niet opnieuw.

Welk materiaal moet ik gebruiken om de plateaus vast te lijmen? Het lijmen en/of sealen van de verschillende elementen
gebeurt met polyurethaankit. Dit soort producten worden meestal ook gebruik in voegovergangen met weinig beweging,
sanitaire apparaten, lijmen van bekleding, deurposten en raamlijsten. BESCHIKBAAR OP AANVRAAG.
BELANGRIJK: Wit cement, cement of cementlijm zijn niet geschikt als kleefmiddel.
Het plateau is onregelmatig. Zijn dat fabrieksfouten? Nee, de onregelmatigheden zijn onderdeel van de
oppervlaktestructuur van de kenmerkende plateaus van FIORA.
Is het mogelijk SILEXPOL te repareren? De FIORA douchebakken die uit dit materiaal vervaardigd zijn kunnen
gerepareerd worden wanneer daar een verkeerd gebruik van is gemaakt. Op deze wijze kunnen de delen waar verf
weggevaagd is, of zelfs de delen waarin gaten zijn gekomen (bijvoorbeeld veroorzaakt door het vallen van scherpe
voorwerpen) bijgewerkt worden.
Welk hellingspercentage hebben de douchebakken? Het ontwerp van de FIORA douchebakken, en de latere fabricatie
van de mallen heeft als een van de belangrijkste eigenschappen dat de douchebak hellend is gemaakt waardoor het water
snel weg kan stromen met een snelheid van 0,6 liter/seconde.
Afhankelijk van de afmetingen en het model van de douchebak variren deze hellingspercentages van een minimum van
1% tot een maximum van 2,5%, dit hangt af van de positie van de afvoer.
HELLINGSPERCENTAGE: 1% TOT 2,5%

Kunnen de REPARATIE KITS bewaard worden? De reparatie kits kunnen niet bewaard worden, aangezien die verdampen
of hun eigenschappen verliezen. Zij moeten besteld worden voor een bepaalde reparatie en dienen uitsluitend voor
eenmalig gebruik.
Kunnen de sprays bewaard worden? Een spray is een houder die onder druk staat en waar geen lucht in zit, om deze
reden verliest de inhoud zijn eigenschappen niet en kan die diverse malen gebruikt worden.

ELAX COLLECTIE DOUCHEBAKKEN

Kan de douchebak gesneden worden? Ja, en het is zeer eenvoudig, je hebt hiervoor alleen maar een goed snij- of
stanleymes voor nodig. De douchebak wordt verzonden in de standaard fabrieksmaat, wanneer de douchebak op de
installatieplaats is aangekomen worden de exacte afmetingen gemarkeerd, en zal er worden overgegaan tot het snijden.

Ik wil de spray voor de 2e keer gebruik en hij werkt niet. Als de spray niet leeg is kan het probleem te wijten zijn aan
het feit dat er in de rode verstuiver waar op gedrukt moet worden droge verf van een eerder gebruik is achtergebleven.
Dompel die enkele minuten onder in een oplosmiddel of bestel een nieuwe spraykop bij FIORA

Het enige wat men hoeft te doen is het stanleymes enkele keren over de snijlijn te bewegen en wanneer er een uitsparing
in aangebracht is buigt men het materiaal heen en weer totdat het breekt.

Welk materiaal moet ik gebruiken om de plateaus vast te lijmen? El Het lijmen en/of sealen van de verschillende
elementen gebeurt met een tube polyurethaankit, zowel voor het lijmen van plateaus met goot als die met rooster.
De watergoot voert het water niet af terwijl die correct genstalleerd en waterpas is. Dit probleem kan te wijten zijn
aan het feit dat de sifon en/of afvoer verstopt zijn, of omdat er een tweede sifon aangebracht is. In deze geval tilt men
het rechthoekige binnenstuk van de watergoot op, schroeft men de sifon los en haalt men de onderdelen uit het sifon (zie
afbeelding), als het probleem aanhoudt, kan het zijn dat de leidingen verstopt zijn, als het probleem verdwijnt, is dat omdat
er een tweede sifon of sifonkop was. Zie opties 2 en 3 op de voorgaande bladzijde.
Kan een FIORA watergoot gebruikt worden bij een een inbouw douchebak? Waar zou die geplaatst kunnen worden? Ja.
Die kan aan een zijkant van de douchebak geplaatst worden.
TEGELPANELEN
Van welk materiaal zijn de panelen gemaakt? Ze zijn van SILEXPOL, met een verbeterde formule, waardoor ze lichter en
de nodige flexibiliteit hebben, gezien de afmetingen van deze onderdelen en het gebruik waarvoor ze ontworpen zijn.
Wat voor gereedschap moet ik gebruiken om de panelen te snijden? De panelen worden gesneden met hetzelfde
gereedschap dat voor hout gebruikt wordt.
Wat is marapi? Dit is een sneldrogende polimeer waarmee het paneel en de ondergrond (wand) snel aan elkaar kunnen
worden gelijmd. De toepassing is beperkt tot de montage en het product wordt alleen gebruikt om het paneel samen te
houden terwijl de masi aan het inwerken is.
Wat is masi? Dit is een neutral soort silicone waarmee niet alleen het paneel aan de ondergrond wordt vastgelijmd, maar
deze ook op de juiste wijze geseald wordt.
Wat is het verschil tussen MARAPI en MASI? Waarom worden beide materialen gebruikt? Aangezien MARAPI snel
droogt wordt dit gebruikt om het paneel aan de muur te houden terwijl de MASI aan het inwerken is. Dit is bedoeld om
de montage te vergemakkelijken en te versnellen. Als u daar meer over wilt weten, kunt u bij FIORA de technische
informatiefiches van beide producten bekijken, in het onderdeel downloads van de website.
Hoeveel tubes silicone zijn er nodig voor de panelen? Een tube per 3 m2 paneel.
Bestaan er technische informatiekaarten van de silicone? Ja, deze kunt u raadplegen via de website in het onderdeel
downloads.
Ik heb de panelen ontvangen, maar ze zijn een beetje krom. Wat is er gebeurd? Het SILEXPOL dat gebruikt is voor
de panelen bestaat uit een verbeterde formule, waardoor hij flexibeler is en zich aanpast aan de plaats waar hij wordt
genstalleerd. Vanwege zijn gewicht knikt het paneel en kan het lijken alsof hij krom is. Hij zal zich echter aan de muur
aanpassen nadat hij geplaatst is volgens de door FIORA bijgeleverde instructies. Het zijn geen starre onderdelen zoals
bijvoorbeeld keramische tegels.
Waarom worden de panelen niet op pallets verzonden? De panelen worden verzonden in dozen die bestaan uit een houten
frame en zijn afgedekt met hoogwaardig triplexkarton. Door ze niet op pallets te verzenden wordt voorkomen dat ze
kunnen breken door de hantering met heftrucks en dergelijke.
Welke materiaal moet ik gebruiken om panelen of douchebakken te lijmen? Voor het lijmen en/of afdichten van de
verschillende elementen moet een afdichtingsmiddel van het type SIKA gebruikt worden, dit zijn producten die klaar voor
gebruik verkocht worden, die niet gemengd hoeven te worden en die gewoonlijk snel drogen. Dit soort producten wordt

voornamelijk gebruikt voor voegovergangen met weinig beweging, sanitair, plakken van deklagen, deur- en raamlijsten.
DEZE ZIJN VERKRIJGBAAR OP BESTELLING.
BELANGRIJK: Hier zijn de materialen wit cement of cement of cementlijm niet geschikt als kleefmiddel.
Bij het plaatsen ervan staan de horizontale niet panelen niet op een lijn met de tegels en de douchebak, hoe los ik dat
op? Constructies zijn niet perfect, scheefstaande tegels, een schuine vloer, onregelmatige hoeken tussen muren, enz.
Hiervoor is bij FIORA een sierstrip verkrijgbaar, dit is een T-vormig profiel waarmee de voegen van de tegels afgedekt
kunnen worden en een lijlst voor het paneel die gebruikt worden om eventuele scheve uitlijningen tussen het paneel en
de douchebak die voornamelijk te wijten zijn aan de onvolkomenheden van de vloer weg te werken. VERKRIJGBAAR OP
BESTELLING.
Van welk materiaal is de sierstrip van de horizontale panelen gemaakt? Het profiel van de sierlijst is gemaakt van
gextrudeerd aluminium met een legering 6063 of 6043, gemaakt met een speciaal anodiseerproces waardoor het niet
roest en/of verouderd en harder wordt, dit om krassen te vermijden.

INSTRUCTIES VOOR DE REPARATIE VAN HET OPPERVLAK VAN EEN SILEXPOL ELEMENT
Als een Silexpol onderdeel door onjuist gebruik is beschadigd, is het mogelijk om deze te repareren. Afhankelijk van de
beschadiging kan gekozen worden voor een van de volgende mogelijkheden: REPARATIESET, REPARATIESPRAY OF LAK.
- De REPARATIESET kan worden besteld voor kleine beschadigingen en als het om een meerkleurig product gaat (dus
geen uniforme kleur).
De set bestaat uit twee bussen; een daarvan bevat getexturiseerde lak en de andere een katalysator (doorzichtige
vloeistof). Afhankelijk van de kleur verschilt het mengpercentage van deze producten. Bij de levering van de set wordt
aangegeven welk percentage van de katalysator aan de lak moet worden toegevoegd. Nadat beide componenten goed
zijn vermengd in de aangegeven verhouding, wordt een laag aangebracht door de lak met een kwast of rol uit te
smeren totdat deze gelijkmatig is. De handeling moet nogmaals worden uitgevoerd zonder te wachten tot de eerste
laag droog is.
Voor kleine reparaties in de kleur NATURE kunt u de NATURE REPARATIESET bestellen (inclusief instructies voor
het aanbrengen).
- U kunt een REPARATIESPRAY bestellen als de beschadiging klein is. Houd er daarbij rekening mee dat de textuur niet
een van de gebruikte structuren in de meubels is en niet de kleur Nature heeft.
Het betreft een spuitbus of spray die na het schudden rechtstreeks op het aangetaste oppervlak moet worden
gespoten.
Om de spray te bewaren voor later gebruik is het nodig om de verdeler na gebruik schoon te maken en om de bus op
de kop te bewaren. De spuitbus kan maximaal 6 maanden bewaard worden
- De LAK kan besteld worden voor omvangrijke schade die bijna het hele onderdeel betreft of als men de kleur
helemaal wil veranderen.
Dit product bestaat uit twee bussen; een daarvan bevat de lak of verf en de andere (die kleiner is) de katalysator
(voor de kleuren goud, titaan en piedra pirineo worden nog twee bussen toegevoegd, een met metalface lak en een
andere met de katalysator daarvan, die in de juiste verhouding gemengd moeten worden en in n laag moeten
worden aangebracht als de verf droog is).
Reparaties van grote oppervlakken in de kleur NATURE moeten worden uitgevoerd door personeel van FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS S.L.U. en, afhankelijk van ieder concreet geval kan het nodig zijn om het oppervlak eerst in zijn geheel
te verven in een gewone kleur NO NATURE.
GEBRUIK IN GEEN GEVAL EEN SPRAY, aangezien het patina-effect anders verloren gaat

Belangrijk is om het onderdeel gedurende 24 uur NIET AAN TE RAKEN.

Vermeld bij de bestelling aan FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. de kleur van het
te repareren element.
Het resultaat van dit proces kan maximaal 72 uur duren.

INSTRUCTIES VOOR DE REPARATIES VAN SCHADE MET VERLIES VAN MATERIAAL (PUTJES) IN
SILEXPOL ELEMENTEN
Onze producten zijn getest met slagproeven en doorstaan deze tests met optimale gebruikswaarden. In tegenstelling tot
andere materialen die op de markt verkrijgbaar zijn, kunnen onze Silexpol elementen gerepareerd worden in het geval
er schade is ontstaan door het vallen van zware, puntige voorwerpen daarop. Evenals in het voorgaande geval kunt u bij
FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.U. een REPARATIESET VOOR PUTJES bestellen.
Deze set bestaat uit twee bussen: een daarvan bevat een deel van het uit twee componenten bestaande product dat nodig
is voor de reparatie van de ontstane schade.
Beide producten moeten in de verhouding n deel van het witte product en een half deel van het andere product worden
gemengd tot een zo homogeen mogelijk mengsel (dat kan worden bepaald aan de hand van de kleur van de massa die,
nogmaals, zo homogeen mogelijk moet zijn), dat vervolgens op de te repareren zone moet aangebracht.
Laat het product na het aanbrengen tenminste 1 uur drogen en controleer daarna of het aangebrachte mengsel gehard is
(het harden van de kit kan niet exact bepaald worden en is afhankelijk van de omgevingsomstandigheden). Is dat niet het
geval, laat het dan langer drogen.
Als de kit gehard is, kan de verf worden aangebracht volgens de instructies in de vorige paragraaf INSTRUCTIES VOOR
HET REPAREREN VAN EEN SILEXPOL ELEMENT.
