Training Services and Products

Airbus DS Training and Aircrew Operations provides world-leading

training services on all Airbus DS aircraft including A400M,
Multi-Role Tanker Transport aircraft, C295, CN235 and C212.
Our services, supported by a full range of sophisticated training
devices and tools, are available at the Airbus DS International
Training Centres in Seville and Getafe and at Customer Training
Facilities worldwide.

Airbus DS also recognises that many operators wish to rely

increasingly upon our deep knowledge of the aircraft to help them
fully to exploit the capabilities of these latest generation aircraft.
We ensure this through a range of Operational Support Services,
ranging from our Query Response Service through to embedding
highly experienced Airbus DS aircrew alongside customer aircrew
in-country. All of this, focussed on keeping military operators where
they belong - in military operations. These services are supported
by a complete suite of Operational Publications and advanced
tools such as Performance Planners and Electronic Flight Bags, to
ensure the operators have everything they need at their fingertips.

In todays challenging economic environment, it is increasingly

important for military customers to be able to exploit the
efficiencies offered by commercial based service solutions, whilst
retaining the essential military ethos and operational focus. Airbus
DS understands this, and has achieved a unique solution with a
very high proportion of ex-military personnel- every one of them
dedicated to giving the very best operational and conversion
training to some of the worlds best operators.

Every Customer is Unique

Many Airbus DS aircraft operators conduct joint military and

humanitarian missions and we fully embrace our position as
the Aircraft Manufacturer to support collaboration and interoperability, for example from multi-national training courses and
operators conferences through to the continuous improvement
and dissemination of best practices, operating procedures and
tactics. Equally, we recognise that customers often have unique
operational issues so we are always ready to respond rapidly to
meet specific training and operational support requirements.

Safe and Regulated

Most importantly, everything we do is focussed on operational

safety and is closely regulated Airbus DS maintains both EASA
and Military Regulator Approvals for its Type Rating Training
Organisation (TRTO) and its Maintenance Training Organisation
(MTO). We pride ourselves in our contribution to the high safety
levels of the growing Airbus DS fleet across the world.
