JLA Family Health Day: Fitness, Food, and Fun

April 10, 2010 Clarke Central High School, 9am – 1pm

FREE admission

In celebration of its 75th year, the Junior League of Athens is partnering with St. Mary’s Health
Care System to host a FREE community health fair with an emphasis on healthy eating and exercise.
The event will be held Saturday, April 10, from 9 am until 1 pm at Clarke Central High School. The
highlight of the event is the Kids' Cooking Challenge with celebrity Food Network chef George Stella.
There will also be a main stage featuring fun music and exercise demonstrations.
Four "healthy path" areas will engage participants with tips on healthy foods, fun activities,
sports demonstrations, and wellness screenings by St. Mary's Hospital. With this event, we will reach
