Hasbro MobilePASS and SSLVPN Instructions

Hasbro has implemented a new procedure for remote access in to


our network. It is called SafeNet MobilePASS. This new
connection uses a four-digit pin along with a generated passcode
from the MobilePASS software which you will install on your
computer to log in to Aventail SSL VPN. At this time, this can only
be used on a Mac or PC, it cannot be used on any mobile devices.
Below are instructions which will walk you through installing the
SafeNet MobilePASS, along with the Aventail software if you have
not previously installed it. If you run in to any issues with the
steps, please contact the Help Desk at 401-431-8118 or
helpdeskri@hasbro.com.
1. Go to
https://sam.hasbro.
com to enroll
MobilePass.

2. Log on to the
MobilePass
Enrollment Portal
with your Hasbro
network ID and
Password.

3. If you do not have


the MobilePass
software installed,
click on Download
MobilePASS in the
lower left corner to
download the
software.

4. Download the
version of the
MobilePass client
software for your
computer, i.e.
MobilePASS for PC
or Mac. After
clicking the link,
choose Save As and
save it to your
desktop. Open the
folder to get to the
MobilPASS.exe,
right click it, choose
copy, and copy it to
your desktop.
Double click
MobilePass and run
the .exe.
5. Click on Continue.
You will then be
asked to name the
token. Enter
HasbroVPN for the
new token name
and click Activate.

6. The next page you


will click on Manual
Enrollment.

7. At the Manual
Enrollment screen,
leave the Token
Policy Screen blank
and click on
Continue.

8. You have now


received your
Activation code.
Remember this for
the next step. DO
NOT CLICK
CONTINUE AT
THIS POINT.

9. Go back to the Sam


webpage
https://sam.hasbro.
com, and type in
the Activation Code
from the previous
step and click
Enroll.

10.Enter a four-digit
pin and confirm it
and then click on
Enroll.

11.The MobilePASS
enrollment is
completed.

Please be
certain to go to
next step in the
MobilePass
application.
12.Go back to the
Manual Enrollment
screen and click
Continue. You will
then be asked to
Set a Token PIN.
Enter and confirm
the four-digit PIN
you created in Step
10, and click
Continue and then
it will ask you to ReEnter the pin. Click
Continue. This OTP
PIN will be used
every time you use
MobilePASS for
authentication.

13.Use Internet Explorer


to open the Hasbro
SSLVPN portal,
https://sslvpn.hasbro.
com

14.In the Log in to


dropdown list, select
MobilePASS-OTP,
click on Next.

15.The SSLVPN login


screen will be
displayed.

16.Run the MobilePASS


software from the
icon you placed on
your desktop, and
type in your PIN used
in Step 10 and click
OK to generate
your Passcode. You
will need to
remember this
Passcode to log in to
VPN.

17.In the SSLVPN Portal


Login Page, type in
your user name, and
your PIN plus your
Passcode in the
Password field, click
Login.

18.If this is the first time


you are logging in to
Aventail, you will be
prompted to install
the Aventail
tunneling agent.
Click Install. You
must install this in
order to get Full
Network Access.

19.You are now logged


in to the Hasbro
WorkPlace. Please
make sure that you
are seeing Full
Network Access,
otherwise, there
might be a problem
with your
machine/Browser
that is preventing the
SSLVPN plugin from
being loaded.

Now that the above steps have been followed and you have installed SafeNet
MobilePass, to log in to Hasbros network, you simply need to go to
https://sslvpn.hasbro.com. You will then run the MobilePass icon from your desktop
to get a passcode to be used along with your four-digit pin. You will log in with the
network ID provided to you in conjunction with your pin and passcode.
