Diverse Professional Technical Experience: My professional career is broad based and includes
environmental compliance and remediation, drinking water and wastewater infrastructure and oil and
gas pipeline and facilities. Through my career in environmental compliance and remediation
consulting for my clients, I have worked on site assessments and remediation, environmental due
diligence, State and Federal CERCLA RI/FS, managed individual and portfolio based projects,
authored numerous technical reports, acted as a liaison between clients and local, state and federal
regulatory agencies and mentored and trained junior staff. My professional experience in the water /
wastewater infrastructure includes managing all aspects of capital improvement projects from initial
planning, project financing, permitting, engineering and design, construction and commissioning. As a
project manager for oil and gas pipelines and facilities, I coordinated and managed all phases of new
pipeline and facilities projects including but not limited to field survey, permitting, engineering and
design and project closure.
Business Development Experience: Through my professional career, I have successfully grown and
fostered business relationships with potential and existing clients. Working with various professional
disciplines and clientele (oil and gas energy sector, municipal, state and federal governments, finance
and insurance, commercial and industrial real estate and rural water and wastewater infrastructure
