The Exigo Syst em Cont roller is designed for use in marine/offshore and onshore environment s. The const ruct ion is
ext remely robust and can handle mobile environment s as well as st at ionary, t emperat ure cont rolled rooms. The syst em
cont roller is based on IP t echnology, giving it ext reme flexibilit y, superb audio qualit y and huge int egrat ion possibilit ies.
The syst em cont roller handles rout ing and priorit izat ion of up t o 32 simult aneous audio channels in t he syst em. The audio
can be dist ribut ed from up t o 150 audio input s t o up t o 250 zones.
The syst em cont roller feat ures a display where st at us and fault s can be viewed. This display also allows configurat ion of
simple paramet ers. The syst em cont roller monit ors and receives st at us informat ion from every component in t he syst em.
Fault s are t ime st amped, and present ed in chronological order on t he display. But t ons allow an operat or t o acknowledge and
reset fault s. The net work connect ion t o every component in t he syst em is monit ored, so a defect swit ch or broken cable
will be det ect ed just as reliably and fast as any ot her fault in t he syst em.
The syst em cont roller also act s as t he syst ems alarm generat or and audio message st orage. The embedded alarm
generat or feat ures a set of t he most common alarm t ones, but can also be programmed t o support cust om alarm t ones
and pat t erns. St ored voice and audio messages is easily uploaded t o t he syst em cont roller as st andard wav files.
The syst em cont rollers cont rol input s/out put s and audio input s can be used locally by t he syst em cont roller (e.g. for PTT
and audio from a handheld microphone) or can be cont rolled by t he syst em (e.g. audio input for background music).
For increased funct ionalit y, one opt ional funct ion board can be insert ed in t he syst em cont roller. This will allow t he
cont roller t o connect t o 6 analog int ercom st at ions or 12 analog t elephones. The funct ion board can also be used t o supply
t he syst em cont roller wit h 12 addit ional analog audio input s/out put s.
