Description: EGTE Soil Stabilizing Enzyme is a revolutionary new building
product, which when applied to earth, dramatically increases its tensile strength for
creating solid and durable surfaces and structures. It improves the soil's resistance
to ware and tear and impact use, making it an ideal alternative to concrete for use
in foundations, roads, drive ways, patios, bricks and flooring. For best results, the
clay content of the soil and plasticity index should be between 7 and 40 percent.
This allows the existing pavement surface structure to be used as is, avoiding
import and removal of material. Mix EGTE with water and soil, and compact into
forms to create a solid structure, or spray over the existing ground cover to
strengthen and improve the ground's tolerance and resistance to heat and
humidity. Coat the surface with our PGTE Polymer Sealant for a waterproof finish.

One liter of EGTE Soil Stabilizing Enzyme mixed with 9 liters (2 gallons) of water
will cover 30 cubic meters (1,060 cubic feet). Best of all, it costs only $390 per
liter!
Application For Use On Roads:
Before beginning, ensure the terrain has a natural humidity (NH) below the
optimum humidity for compaction (OHC). It is recommended to begin construction
during the dry season to avoid rain during application.
You will need a reclaimer truck, motor grader and vibratory cylinder compactor.
Prepare the road surface with the reclaimer truck according to the design. Mix the
EGTE with water and apply to the ground to reach the optimum moisture for
compaction. Apply the treated soil with the reclaimer truck, then level the soil with
a motor grader. Proceed to compact to achieve the design density required. The
road can be opened to traffic immediately. For added waterproofing, you can
protect and improve the surface resistance and impermeability with our PGTE
Polymer Sealant. The road can then be opened to traffic within 24 hours.


Equipment required: backhoe loader, motor grader, vibratory cylinder compactor
and water tank truck. With a backhoe loader or motor grader dig the ground
according to the depth of the design. Mix the EGTE Soil Stabilizing Enzyme with
water and apply to the earth using the water tank truck, while stirring with the motor
grader to achieve optimum moisture for compaction, ensuring correct homogeneity
of the soil. Level the surface with motor grader and proceeded to compact to
achieve the design density. The road can be opened to traffic immediately. For
added waterproofing, you can protect and improve the surface resistance and
impermeability with our coating polymer PGTE
PGTE application: Dilute PGTE with water to a 20% solution and apply with a
water tank truck on the road ensuring at least 5 liters of PGTE per square meter
(0.5 liters of PGTE per square foot) and allow to dry 24 hours before opening to
traffic. (See the PGTE technical data sheet and application recommendations
before applying).


EARTH BRICK PRODUCTION
To begin with earth brick production it is necessary that soil has a natural humidity
(NH) below the optimum humidity for compaction (OHC).
The EGTE is mixed with water to moisten the soil and is applied according to the
available equipment, either manually or by machining. Mix and combine the soil to
achieve the optimum moisture for compaction, ensuring the homogeneity of the
soil, then proceed to compact to achieve the design density.
Earth brick is not water resistant, therefore it must be protected until its installation.
After installed, apply a layer of our PGTE polymeric coating or any coating sealant
available. Earth brick may take up to 21 to 30 days to dry naturally depending on
the weather and where they are manufactured. We recommend allowing the bricks
to cure under cover to keep them dry.

Description: Sealant Polymer PGTE improves roads resistance to moisture and

rainfall, making it ideal to protect roads structures and earth bricks. The use of
PGTE requires the soil to be dry. It must be applied with a water tank truck to
guarantee the homogeneity of the application. PGTE does not replace the layer
but protects and improves the strength and impermeability of the road structure as
a waterproof coating.


One liter of PGTE Polymer Sealant diluted with water to a 20% solution, will cover
5 square meters (53.8 square feet). It is a super value for only $17 per liter!
Application in Roads:
To start the application, it is necessary that the ground is dry. You must dilute it in
ratio of 1 litre of PGTE with 9 litres of water in a water tank truck, and apply it to
ensure 2 liters of this solution mix per square meter (2 liters per 10.76 sq ft). You
must wait 24 hours before opening to traffic.
Earth Bricks application procedure:

Before applying PGTE it is necessary that the brick is
dry and set in place. Earth brick is not water resistant,
therefore it must be protected until its installation.
Once installed, apply a layer of our PGTE coating
polymer with a brush, roller or sprayer, and wait 24
hours to dry.


EARTH AND DESERT SAND HOMES
You can also have beautiful earth or desert sand homes easily and quickly.
Application for Green Magic Homes:
1. Mix our EGTE Soil Stabilizing Enzyme with earth or desert sand to construct
the foundation as you would with concrete. Shovel or pour into the foundation
forms laid with rebar as per instructions with minimum depth of 4.7 inches, to
include all technical installations. Let set for 24 hours.
2. Apply PGTE sealant to cover the foundation.
3. Assemble and install Green Magic Homes shell structure, bolting to the rebar
in the foundation.
4. Coat entire exterior of structure following our instructions.
5. Cover with 12 to 15 inches of earth or desert sand and plants or use EGTE to
create a solid roof covering.
And thats it! Just install windows and doors, build inside walls, paint interior
walls, furnish and . Move into your new earth house.
