The survivor testimony

Mrs. Kibort's is a remarkable strong women that I idolize strongly through her process in
the holocaust. Through all the events memorable part that struck impact on me was the useless
care of infants the Germans showed to the Jews. Furthermore Mrs. Kibort had an infant in her
hands and was told to dispose the baby and also to run, hiding under the clothes where the
women were stripped of she witnessed children gunned down by a machine gun. At an early age
she had to deal with those events is extremely courageous and I believe she really had a purpose
in life to tell the story. Through the sacrifices and the tension of rather she would be killed at any
moment grew the concern to take at action in any way to survive. Mrs. Kibort was trapped and
controlled in an environment where she didnt really understand but agreed to adapt at an early
age for an example making bullets.
Also Ive learned the Jewish people were controlled like dogs in their own country for
absolutely no reason. The careless Germans showed no petty to any Jew from struggling to
running I can honestly say was a living hell for them. Ive always knew what holocaust was
about but hearing the story from someone who was actually a part of it gave me chills. Mrs.

Kibort watched countless of people killed and harassed to the part where she grew numb to the
feeling of instead thinking she just reacted to survive. Also Ive learned that through the
imprisonment they made the Jews make bullets and mostly the weaponry to continue the war.
Most importantly I was surprised to hear even though the Jews were treated liked animals they
still showed selfishness actions to stick together and survive. I couldnt imagine myself in that
environment at the time when the holocaust was occurring. Also from escaping the bombings to
hiding in a shed where a women begged to be killed because her stomach was split opened my
eyes to the horrible life Mrs. Kibort experienced but in return reversed those events made
something positive out of it. Also the way Jews were called animals seemed unreal and cruel in
the hazardous events. From hiding in the sheds and snakingly being transported around the
country to run from the troubles that could be presented.
The holocaust was horrible and I couldnt believe how someone could possibly treat
another human being the way Germans controlled the Jews. Also from the events just Mrs.
Kibort experienced basically showed how even though she experienced those events something
positive can still be created. Also from losing her own family within the holocaust she recreated
her own household in remembrance to instill the knowledge of the holocaust but with love. Her
whole life she witnessed things no child should go through within that period was taught love
and other remarkable things in life. Ultimately Mrs. Kibort story gave me the sense of what
actually happened within those camps and the things they actually had to go through instead of
ideas and I truly respect her fully for that.
