Interview #1:
Businessman: Mr. Wajid Bukhari.
Business: School and College Bags production unit.
Area: Azad Jammu Kashmir.
Definition of Marketing: According to him marketing is the means to
deliver what customer wants and to retain them.
Customer Value: He interprets customer value as the art of earning
profit by giving quality product/service to the customer.
Customer Relationship: He says that retaining customers is very
important for a business because if we build good relationship with the
customer, it will result in repeat purchasing to the product or service.
His keeps a good relationship with his clients who include local and
international NGOs, schools and Colleges and that is why in result they
rebuy the bags when needed again.

Businesswoman: Ms. Sonia Hameed.
Business: Digital Marketing Agency (NPLEX MEDIA).
Area: Islamabad.
Definition of Marketing: Marketing is creating demand of your
product which provides them good quality product that the client think
that its perfect.
Customer Value: Customer value is giving the customer a good
quality service that they wanted. It can be giving them better then
what they could get.
Customer Relationship: Customer relationship is directly related to
our profitability because the better we have relationship with them the
better project they offer us. The strength of customer relationship
depends upon the quality of the service that we provide, the better the

quality the stronger the relationship thus getting more projects in


return.

Businessman: Mr. Furqan Saleem.
Business: OREGO (Cash and Carry).
Area: Near Ammar chowk Rawalpindi.
Definition of Marketing: Marketing is creating, communicating,
delivering and exchanging value to the customer.
Customer Value: The customer value in relation to our cash and carry
business is the quality goods that we sell to our customers. The better
the quality of products the more they purchase from us.
Customer Relationship: Customer relationship is directly
proportional to our profits, we keep in touch with the resident near our
store and well as message/email them our latest promotions so that
they remember us, they remember us treating them like kings. One
step to a successful business can be customer relationship because no
one cares about anything else then the ways you treat them, all
customers want to be treated in a special manner and this causes
them to keep on purchasing from us.
