Sri.Ravindrakumar represents the petitioner with authorisation letter. Sri.Rajagopal, FDA, Office of the House Rent
Controller, South, 3rd Floor, V.V.Tower, Bangalore represents the respondent.

Since the matter is same and parties belongs to the same family, on the request of the petitioner all the four cases in
KIC 5752, 5753, 5755, 5856 are clubbed together and heard.

In his request for information dated 22.2.2010, petitioner sought information on the following:
Furnish the details of the follow up action taken under Karnataka Protection of the interest of deposits in
Financial Institutions Act 2004 in the case of M/s Vinivinc, No.53 to 58, Sri.Chakravarthy Complex,
Sajjan Rao Circle, V.V.Puram, Bangalore sought by Anita Margaret on 14th June 2006.

Since no information is provided, petitioner filed complaint on 26.4.2010 to the Commission under section 18(1) of the
Act.

In his letter dated 1.3.2010 to the petitioner, Sri.B.Nanjundeshwar, Additional Deputy Commissioner and PIO,
Bangalore District has transferred the request to the Special Land Acquisition Officer and has intimated the petitioner about the
transfer.

Petitioner filed complaint on 22.4.2010 to the Commission under section 18(1) of the Act. Summons was issued by the
Commission on 23.11.2010.

In his endorsement dated 2.12.2010 to the petitioner, House Rent Controller, South Zone, Bangalore has stated that the
area comes under the jurisdiction of Bangalore South Sub division who is the competent authority and has returned the
application to the Deputy Commissioner on 10.3.2010.

Thereafter the PIO in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner has neither transferred the request to the concerned nor
has provided the information.

Petitioner states that he has filed claim application before the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore who has transferred
the applications to the House Rent Controller, South Zone and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Bangalore who are the
competent authority under section 5 of Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments, 2004,
Bangalore District to claim the amount deposited with M/s Vinivinc Foundation, Bangalore.

The Deputy Commissioner has transferred the request to the Special Land Acquisition Officer and House Rent
Controller, South Zone.

House Rent Controller, Bangalore South has sent an endorsement to the petitioner on 2.12.2010 stating that the area
comes under the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Bangalore North since he is the competent authority for the area in which the
petitioner is residing and on 10.3.2010 he has collected the acknowledgement and the Special Land Acquisition Officer instead of
providing the information has sent a endorsement on 27.11.2010 stating that the special court has allowed the petition on
3.11.2010 and he is waiting for the orders of the special court and has requested him to contact him periodically.

Commission noted that petitioner has sought the details of the follow up action taken in case of Darshanika Foundation
sought by Sri.Kiran Kumar on 14.6.2010 and the petitioner also states that the reply is the silent on his claim whether his claim
has been furnished to the court to repay the amount or not has not been furnished and requests the Commission to direct the
Special Land Acquisition Officer to provide the information.

Commission directs Sri.N.M.Neelakantha KAS, Special Land Acquisition Officer, 3rd Floor, V.V.Tower, Bangalore to
allow the petitioners Sri.Kiran Kumar, Kum. Anitha Margareth, Smt. Saraladevi and Sri.Ravindrakumar to inspect the connected
records on 29.1.2011 at 11.00 a.m. and provide the documents identified by the petitioners, free of cost, under intimation to the
Commission.

With the above direction complaint is disposed off as having been allowed leaving a liberty to the petitioners to
approach the Commission if the respondent fails to comply with the direction of the Commission.
