Career and Course Plan- Student CCP and

Search
Assumption: URL: http://flash.stonedoor.com/vawizard/career-and-course-plan-student-ccpsearch.html is the final and approved HTML for the CCP Admin pages ( Wiz 5.0).
Background: User/ Admin can access this page to:
1. Search & view the Career and Course plans for the student assigned to them.
2. Add Advisory notes to the Career and Course Plans for the students assigned to them.

Page should display Header.

Page should display Breadcrumb.
Page should display text heading 'Career and Course Plan-SEARCH CCP Search'.
Page should display a band that serves as Placeholder for:
a. Text Heading: Instructions ( CMS Editable )
b. Text Paragraph: 'LoremIpsum' (CMS Editable )
Page should display text heading 'Actions'
Page should display the following fields:
a. EmplID ( User can enter only numeric fields, max: 12 )
b. First Name ( User can enter characters, max: 50 )
c. Last Name ( User can enter characters, max: 50 )
Page should display 'Search by EmplID' button that allows the user to search CCP using
EmplID. System should update the CCP list table accordingly.
Page should display 'Search by Student Name' button that allows the user to search
CCP using student's first Name and last Name. System should update the CCP list table
accordingly.
a. System should allow the user to search using First Name, Last Name or both the
fields.
System should display CCP Table list which comprises of the following columns:
a. Each row in the table should display EmpID, Last Name, First Name, CCP
created (Date), Last Updated (Date), Export PDF and Open CCP columns.
i. EmplID ( Should display the EmplID of students assigned to the user)
ii. Last Name ( Should display the 'Last Names' of students assigned to the
user)
iii. First Name ( Should display the 'First Names' of students assigned to the
user)
iv. CCP Created ( Should display the CCP created dates of students
assigned to the user)
v. 'Last Updated' ( Should display the list of Last Updated dates of students
assigned to the user)
vi. 'Export PDF' (Should display the 'export pdf' buttons that should generate
a CCP print pdf.
vii. Open CCP should direct the user to CCP setup tab of respective student.

b. System should allow the user to sort the results of column in

ascending/descending order or sort them alphabetically.
The system should direct the user to CCP pages (Setup tab) for respective student.
CCP Pages are replica of the Wiz 5.0 CCP pages with some minor changes.
General Changes:
1. All tabs except Setup (i.e.: Wizard Assessments, Career Goals, Degree & Transfer
Goals, Courses, Next Steps- College, Next Steps- Career) should have Advisory Notes
Section.
This section should display:
I.
a table with the following columns:
a. 1st Column: Date
b. 2nd Column: Name of Admin User
c. 3rd Column: Advisory Note
II.
text heading: Advisory Note
III.
Text box that allows the user to enter max up to 4096 characters.
IV.
Add button that updates the above mentioned table with the details.
For example, If the Admin user ( XYZ )makes a note 'LoremIpsussmmng' and
clicks Add button on date mm-dd-yyyy, then system should display in the list:
XYZ

mm-dd-yyyyy 'Loremipsussmmng'

2. Except ('Save' and 'Save & continue'): other remaining buttons should be hidden.
a. All fields and related texts should be hidden (because CCP admin cannot change
student's CCP.)
b. Advisory Notes section & Add button related to this functionality only should be
functional.)

c. Refer to the Figure 3 or more clarity:

Figure 3: Fields & Button should be removed

EXAMPLES:
SETUP Tab: (Refer to CCP requirements for details regarding the status quo)
'Save' & 'Save and Continue' button should be removed (Highlighted in Red)
Page should only display Continue button which will direct the user to Wizard
Assessment tab.

Wizard Assessments tab:

1. General Changes should be accomodated:
a. None of the buttons except 'Save' and 'Save and continue' should be visible as the
Admin user does not have the right to modify CCP (Only student can)
b. For example, the page should not display any delete buttons, retake assessments
button etc.
c. All the fields and related texts should be hidden.
d. Page should display text heading 'Advisory Notes'
e. text box with max 4096 characters
f. 'Add' button that allows the user to display the note on the page in a list format.
(Similar to 'Add' functionality in CCP section).
g. System should display notes, name of the user and date columns in the list.

Career Goals Tab:

1. General Changes (above mentioned) should be accommodated.
Degree & Transfer Goals Tab:
1. General Changes ( above mentioned ) should be accommodated
Courses Tab:
1. General Changes ( above mentioned ) should be accommodated
Next steps-Colleges Tab:
1. General Changes ( above mentioned ) should be accommodated
Next steps Tab: Career
1. General Changes should be accommodated.
2. Complete button should automatically close the tab and direct the user to CCP Admin
