internal and external surveys to find out whether they are happy and if not what
needs to be changed. It makes us proud that the last Employee Satisfaction Survey
indicated very high percentage of Employee Satisfaction.
Apart from providing a conducive work environment, we also believe in an all round
growth for our employees. Keeping this in mind, we run several sports,
entertainment and health benefit programs for them. Then there are events and
programs that have helped us to create not only an enduring loyalty amongst

Product Leadership
Ever since its inception, JK Tyre has been a leader rather than a follower. The zeal of bringing the
latest products and technology for benefit of customer has always helped us to outperform our competitors. We have
garnered many Firsts to our credit like
First Indian tyre company to introduce Truck & Bus radials in India in 1999
Collaboration
J.K. Organization, has number of industries in the country and abroad also, having its headquarter at Kanpur J.K.
cement Ltd., certified with ISO14001 & ISO 9001, is one such unit and a leading producer of cement. It is
employing the world class state of the art technology provided by M/s F.L. Smidth & Co. Denmark.
It is not a stagnate industry. It continues to improve, modernise, innovate and expand. Under its expansion plan it
has started new cement plant at Mangrol (near Nimbahera) with an initial capacity of producing 7.5 lac tons of
cement
per
annum.
One more Green filed cement plant of this organisation is coming shortly at Mudhol in Karnataka state & will be of
2-5
million
tones
Capacity.
In its persuit to continuously improve the quality of cement, increase production without compromising the quality of
product, constant endeavors to reduce power consumption, effective pollution control and healthy management
workers relationship and similar other steps have resulted in making this Cement plant unique in the country and
today
it's
product
is
widely
accepted
and
relied
upon
in
the
market.
J.K. Cement has not confined itself to the technical excellence alone, but has continuously diversified its role to a
number of social welfare, human relation development and educational activities. Some highlights of such activities
are:
Establishing Kamala Town Trust and under its aegis various social and educational activities are running.
Establishing a Regional Training Centre, for all the cement industries of northern India at
Nimbahera, in collaboration with World Bank and Danish International Development Agency. It is
successfully running since then and its training programmes are widely acclaimed. Establishing a Technical
Service Cell, which has offices and service centres throughout the country
To provide technical guidance and help to consumers and masons. In 1990 a number of awards were
instituted in the field of architecture, under which outstanding
Architects of not only India but other south Asian countries as well, are honored and awarded every year. A
world class university named Sir Padampat Singhania Private University is also established
Recently with collaboration of Swedish University in Udaipur district, to provide world class higher education
in different amenities / disciplines. The university will be set up over a ten years period with capital investment of
rupee 100 crores.
