Abstract
The Study of Project Management of Twig and Leaf Bank for Maehia Community in Muang District,
the purpose of this study were: 1) to study of Project Management of Twig and Leaf Bank for Maehia
Community, 2) to study an achievement of Twig and Leaf Bank for Maehia Community, and 3) to study the
guidelines of operation procedure of Project Management of Twig and Leaf Bank for Maehia Community. The
data was collected by focus group, non-participant observation, and literature review. Project Management of
Twig and Leaf Bank for Maehia Community was combination of Baan Ubosot Community and Baan Pa Ji
Community to resolve the problem of burning in open area. There was set the community representative to
be committee for administration, communication, and finding members through community line, and
following of project assessment. Project result would be announced to members at the meeting. The project
was allowed all people to participate all of procedure. The products were resulted by operation such as
compost, firewood, wood craft, charcoal, wood vinegar, and biological fertilizer, a protection and health care,
including to community center founding. The project was run by best practice, and be the model project to
the other community of case study.
