Abstract
The objectives of this study were; 1) to study the level of prosocial behavior of students of
faculty of Social Sciences at Kasetsart University, and 2) to compare prosocial behavior of students of
faculty of Social Sciences at Kasetsart University by personal factors. The samples of this study were 616
students of faculty of Social Sciences at Kasetsart University. The results of this study indicated that 1) the
prosocial behavior of students of faculty of Social Sciences at Kasetsart University was at rather high
levels, 2) students of faculty of Social Sciences at Kasetsart University who had various in gender and
department had difference prosocial behavior with the statistical significant at .01 and .05 level

respectively, and students of faculty of Social Sciences at Kasetsart University who had various in birth
order, academic level, GPA, program, income, activity participation, domicile, marital status of parents,
head of the family, educational level of head of the family, occupation of head of the family, and family
income have not difference prosocial behavior.
