or nationality is looking for qualified candidate to fill in the following position for
Rehab Baloachistan Project.

Requirements
Qualification 4-years Bachelors OR Master with majors in: Education,
Sociology, Anthropology and Psychology OR any Development-
related compatible qualification

Experience At least 2-years experience of working with INGO in the


field of education AND experience in networking, community
mobilization, technical report writing etc

Skills Strong interpersonal skills, Reporting & Documentation,


Team building,
Community Liaison, Functional grip on MS-Word, Excel &
PowerPoint; social research and Ability to frequent travel in field.

Project Brief:

The incumbent will be reporting to Project Coordinator. S/He will be responsible to


develop liaison with the community so that the attainment of the project
interventions be implemented be made successfully possibly.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To survey and finalize, in liaison with the project coordinator, the villages
where education centers will be established.
2. To make the education plan (syllabus and exams) in line with the
provincial educational system and other activities (e.g., monthly tests,
attendance, fees and fines etc) of the centers as per Muslim Aid
regulations.
3. To finalize the HR requirements of the centers, in coordination of the
project coordinator, to apply it as per procedures in the centers.
4. To develop a training plan of the teaching staff, preparing training
requirements, and conducting the training workshops.
5. To conduct and review the exams and monthly test system of the centers
and devise the changes / modifications in the education plan etc and
ensure high quality education system is in place.
6. To plan all the extra-curricular activities/competitions/visits of the centers
and execute these in coordination of other staff members
7. To ensure, in liaison with the project officer (Comm. Dev) that the required
number of students are being enrolled and continuously attending the
centers.
8. To develop a strong liaison with the parents, specifically with mothers, in
liaison with the Project officer (Comm. Dev) in form of weekly / fortnightly
meetings during initial 3 months and then monthly meetings.
9. To conduct/facilitate in conducting the surveys, monitoring and
evaluations of the educational activity or on any other aspect, whether
directly related to this project or not.
10.Any other assignment assigned by program manager / project coordinator
Reporting

11.To report to project coordinator in day to day matters and plans; monthly
progress report signed and commented by the Project Coordinator will be
submitted to Program Manager/Field Office.
