Mecmar is a family company based near Verona in North East Italy, who has produced
grain driers for 30 years. Due to the wealth of experience gained, the professionalism

Las instalaciones de produccin estn situadas

en el noreste de Italia en la provincia de
Verona y ocupan 33.000m2, de los cuales
14.000m2 son cubiertos.
La planta industrial est dividida en un area
amplia de almacenamiento, oficinas, area
de asambleas, area de fabricacin y sala de
pinturas.
Mecmar production facility is placed in the
North-East of Italy, in the province of Verona
and occupies 35,000 sm, 14,000 of which are
covered. The industrial plant is divided in
a large storing area, offices, assembly area,
manufacturing area and painting room.

Despus de haber utilizado una secadora Mecmar durante 20 Satin,

aos, hemos decidido de comprar un secadora nueva y ms grande. Italia

El Sinfn con impulso central se lleva perfectamente a cabo bajo Stevens,

para deslizarse cuando se hizo ms difcil para conducir.
Compramos nuestra primera secadora hace 15 aos y la Gegg,
productividad como la calidad del cereal secado son hoy en da igual Austria
que cuando la secadora era nueva.

Quality is our priority. All components used in Mecmar dryers are carefully chosen to provide a long service life.
Some examples are:
- the augers with variable pitch allow an homogeneous movement of the cereal without saturating the spiral;
- the transmission joints are deliberately over dimensioned for avoiding unexpected stops;
- the large diameter gear, with its large transmission ratio, guarantees the necessary torque to keep the cereal in movevment
inside the dryer;
- Riello burner, top on the market for quality and assistance all around the world.

With this series Mecmar opens its doors to the drying of organic crops. The Mecmar heat
exchanger is the result of extensive testing and development. This has proved to give
high efficiency, safe operation and a long service life.
Mecmar biologic dryers preserve the integrity of your cereal crop as they have been
designed to allow gentle yet efficient heat exchange in line with customer quality
requirements.

El tipo de set de aprobacin hace de la secadora un vehculo de remolque que permite
su transporte por carretera; la tolva grande facilita las operaciones de carga, mientras
que el conjunto de la aspiracin reduce las emisiones de polvo. Estos son slo algunos

Mecmar dryers are manufactured for encountering the standard needs for drying.
Nevertheless Mecmar offers several possibilities to customize your dryer and to help its
utilization.
The type approval set makes the dryer a tow vehicle that can be transported on road;
the large hopper makes the load operations easier, while the aspiration set reduces dust
emissisons. These are only few examples that Mecmar has developed through the years
