nuestras viejas tradiciones vernáculas, cele-
bramos las fiestas de Todos Santos y de los
Santos Difuntos. Se dice que los millones y
millones de ellas, son los espíritus de nues-
tros difuntos, que arriban desde tiempos
muy remotos, precisamente en esas fechas
para ser recordados.
Siendo una linda conseja, es fascinante
pensar que estarán en nuestros bosques

1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. saffron
500 g. tomato
100 g. olives
Preparation:
Roast garlic cloves and soak in water. Blend
together with the onion, cumin, oregano and
saffron. Fry the mixture in oil, add the roasted
and chopped tomato and season with salt.
Bring to a boil and add the sliced fish; then,
add the olives and let boil on a low flame un-
til it thickens and the fish is soft.
