REPORT
This estimate is for Provision of Generator
facilities to the Subordinate Court building at Cuddalore , Kancheepuram,
Thiruvannamalai, Thuiruvallur, Vellore and Villupuram Districts.
This estimate prepared based on the Govt.
G.O.M.S No. 799 Home (Court.III) Department Dated 06.11.2014 with
details of places of annexure is enclosed . The annexure state the places ,
capacity and sanctioned amount in each places of
Kancheepuram, Thiruvannamalai, Thuiruvallur, Vellore

Cuddalore ,
and Villupuram

Districts. Based on the details of announce this estimate is prepared as

mensioned , the various capacity of like 160 KVA, 125 KVA, 62.5 KVA, 40
KVA , 15 KVA and 5 KVA generator with quantity.
In this estimate necessary provision of
concrete foundation for the erection of gen set are proposed in this
estimate. Additional exhaust MS piping to extend out side the generator
have been proposed in this estimate. ISI earthing have proposed to 6 Nos
each gen set and necessary copper flat have been proposed in this

estimate. 12 core 2.5 sq mm copper wire has been proposed to signal

cable 3 x 185 sq mm LTUG Cable has been proposed to 160 KVA and
125 KVA gen set , 3 x 70 sq mm LTUG cable

has been proposed to 62.5 KVA gen set, 3 x 50 sq mm LTUG cable has
been proposed to 40 KVA gen set, 3 x 25 sq mm LT UG cable has been
proposed to 15 KVA gen set and 2 x 16 sq mm LTUG cable has been
proposed to 5 KVA gen set in this estimate. Load testing with fuel is
included in this estimate Single phase 12 way MCB DB , 4 way 40 A
Horizontal TP MCB DB, 4 way 63 A Vertical TP MCB DB and 8 way 100 A
Vertical TP MCB DB have been proposed to feeding the gen set supply.
Necessary run of mains have been proposed in this estimate. Necessary
advertisement and CEIG approval charges are included in this estimate.
Necessary LS provisions is made for special repairs work for 40 KVA gen
set at Poonamalle which is included in G.O.
This estimate has been prepared based on
the Engineering in Chief (Buildings) office approved rates for generator ,
current Schedule of rates 2014-15 and prevailing the market rates for
remaining items.
This Expenditure is debitable to the Head
of Account 2059 Public works-01 Office buildings 053 maintenance
and repairs Non plan AN Buildings Administration justice building )

equipments 01 purchase (DPC 2059-01-053- AN 1919) .
