New features of ESI[tronic] Truck

Import/export of the user-defined actual value groups
and vehicle configurations possible
OTP licensing available
Firmware-Update will start to an earlier point of the
Installation (once DVD A2 was inserted). This shortens
the duration of the Installation by 20-30 minutes.
Hardware settings: The MAC address, for which the
Bluetooth connection must be entered, can now
previously be read in via USB.

Infotype M: Maintenance

The names are standardised on the ESI[tronic] DVDs with the

update 2015/1.
This simplifies the installation because from now on every
DVD has an own, unique name so the DVD can be easily
found during the setup.

The actual values have been linked with the nominal values
to make troubleshooting more efficient.

As soon as you click on one of the blue marked actual values

in the software diagnostics, you will jump directly to the
nominal value ranges in the SIS troubleshooting.

It is now possible to compare the actual values with the

nominal values.

Changes:
1) All ESI[tronic] DVDs have the same label now
2) The labels are now made of the version number
(e.g. 2015/1) and a DVD label (e.g. A1)

New function: Diesel exhaust after treatment

Technical information for Diesel particular filter service.
Typical workshop use case:
During vehicle service
Repair of EDC System

A full delivery of the ESI[tronic] will include following DVDs:

ESI[tronic] 2.0 DVDs 2015/1:
DVD 2015/1 A1
DVD 2015/1 A2
DVD 2015/1 A3

DVD 2015/1 B1
DVD 2015/1 B2

Notes:
The archives retain its name
Most customers will not receive all DVDs because they
don`t have subscribed to all the information. With the
help of the I-key or the manual selection the setup
automatically detects, which DVDs must be inserted.

New function: Auxiliary drive belts

Technical information for auxiliary drive e.g. for
alternator and AC compressor.
Typical workshop use case:
During vehicle service
