JSIP INTERNSHIP REPORT

The past 8 weeks with the JSIP have been a great learning
experience for me. All the surveying and data analysis and
compilation techniques taught by the mentors of the NGO will
always go down in polishing my skills for my academics as well as
the outside world in which I will step after completing my
graduation. This Report includes:

1. My ideas for JSIP: throughout the course of 8 weeks I was

made to realize that I am a valuable member of the team
and have an equal say among my collogues. Most of the
decisions during this period were unanimously taken by each
and every member of the team leaving no strings
unattached, which is a great credit to the mentors.
2. What do I think of my mentors : All the mentors including
Adithya Shanker sir, Nishant Choudhary sir, Aditya sir and
Parvesh Pingolia sir everyone played a vital role in shaping
the path during this journey, so a sincere thank you to all the
mentors. Their exemplary leadership and management skills
lowered the burden to an extent that it could no longer be
called burden. A special thanks to Adithya Shanker sir and
Pervez sir for their guidance in data analysis and report
compilation would always stay with me as one of the major
highlights of this journey.
3. Learnt lessons: The past few weeks have had an increasing
slope to my learning curve. JSIP helped me realize that there
a lot of people who dont get what they deserve and need
help from others to achieve their goals. The growing

economy of India should not leave them behind but take

them along with them to new heights. During this journey
JSIP made me learn a lot of skills as well including Surveying
Tactics, Data analysis and interpretation and Report
Compilation which will always help me shape my skill set.
4. My suggestions: The functioning of JSIP has really inspired
me to be part of this institution again in the future. But a few
areas which can be improved are the involvement of
concerned government authorities to an even more extent,
as most of people surveyed are uneducated and get fooled
by the government officials easily, forcing them to pay
unnecessary bribes. JSIP is a growing organization and over
time it should include more agendas to its basic objectives
like health facilities etc.

Concluding this report I would like that say that JSIP is a great
organization for the young students to learn from and imbibe
useful skills. JSIP is reaching to the places where government
didnt and helping the people in growing their social status and
making people realize about their fundamental rights that they
are entitled to. My journey with JSIP will always remain a special
one and definitely a journey to cherish with my fellow
collogues. The skills imparted in me by the mentors will always
be useful to me in my life. So a big thank you to JSIP, my
mentors and my collogues.
