REIKI ATTUNEMENT EXERCISES:

A muscular contraction of the Hui-Yin point is a necessary part of giving Reiki

Attunements. The Hui-yin point is between the anus and the genitals. When giving
attunements a special type of high frequency CHI enters your system and passes
through the Hui-yin point as part of the process. This point must be held for the
entire time you are giving the attunements to prevent CHI from escaping from this
point. Therefore it is important to practice holding this point to build-up your coordination and muscular strength in this area

1. Practice contracting the muscles in this area 20 times in a row and then
holding them as long as you can. Also practice contracting these muscles
continuously while you go about your daily activities
2. As you continue it will become easier and easier and you will be able to
contract them for longer periods of time. Your muscular coordination will
develop so that you will be able to isolate the different muscle groups
into back, middle and front., it is the middle area that is important to hold
for the attunements. This exercise is similar to the Kagel birth exercises
for women.

TONGUE LOCK:
Keep your tongue touching the roof of your mouth till the entire attunement
process. Where in this point the CHI which enters the 3rd Eye chakra and drop
via this tongue touching area of the mouth and enters our Throat Chakra for the
further down flow of CHI.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS:

The Reiki attunement is a sacred spiritual initiation that connects the initiate with
higher levels of consciousness and the unlimited source of healing energy. It opens
the Crown, Heart, and palm chakras for their use in channeling Reiki. Reiki is a
gift which comes directly from the higher spiritual source and as such should be
treated with the greatest respect. It is unique in that there are no requirements of
spiritual purification necessary in order for it to work and in order for a person to
receive the attunements.

This includes the Reiki III attunement wherein one can go on to become a Reiki
Masters/teachers., therefore the Term "Master" in connection with Reiki is a
special one and does not carry with it the same meaning as a spiritual one and does
not carry with it the same meaning as a spiritual master who is free from of all the
karma, completely purified and enlightened. Anyone regardless of the degree of
their spiritual development can receive the ability to pass on Reiki to others. The
level of spiritual development may vary from person to person, but the quality of
Reiki energy remains same. Therefore all Reiki masters/teachers are equal in that
they all have the ability to pass on Reiki to others. However their ability as
teachers and their understanding of Reiki does vary and is determined mainly by
the standards of the individual teacher or school they have studied along with
personally developed skills and experience. If it were necessary for a person to be
completely pure and free of fault in order to teach Reiki, we would have very few
Reiki teachers on this planet. This is the unique value of Reiki anyone can receive
the ability and in a matter of a year or so of dedicated practice become a qualified
teacher. This makes Reiki healing techniques of special importance for the period
of development we presently find ourselves in on earth when the consciousness of
the planet is advancing so quickly and there is a greatly increased interest in
spiritual healing.

GIVING REIKI ATTUNEMENTS:

There are several different techniques in use for giving Reiki attunements. All of
them are effective. The process of taught by the center has been distilled from three
slightly different techniques and includes the use of 2 Tibetan Reiki symbols as
well as the 4 Usui symbols. Experimentation with emphasis on results was used to
develop this attunement process. It is a powerful, yet simple technique. Intension is
most important in giving the attunements. The Reiki spirit guides that work with
you to get their cue as to which energies to use and what to do from your intension.
This is why it is possible to use the same technique for Reiki I and II as it is simply
the intension that makes the difference. This also means that even if you are unable
to visualize clearly or at all or if you don't draw the symbols perfectly or if you
don't feel anything happening or if your conscious is low it doesn't matter the
attachments will take place anyway simply because of your intension. Attunements
work in the same way that Reiki healing energies do. They flow automatically
whenever you intend them to. The attachment will take place whenever you simply
go through the motions with the intension of initiating a student into Reiki.

HOW TO GIVE A REIKI ATTUNEMENT:

Before starting the attachment process, have your students sitting in a row or in a
circle in straight back chairs. Make sure there is enough room in front and in back
for you to walk. Explain about the hands being in the prayer position to start and
that touching the left shoulder is a signal to raise the hands up to the top of the
head, demonstrate this so everyone understands. Also explain that you will be
placing your hands on top the head. (Some time during an attunement a person will
get confused and bring the hands up when you place your hands on the top the
head instead of when you touch the left shoulder so if this happens gently motion
their hands back down. Also sometimes they forget to bring them up when you
touch the left shoulder so gently reach over and bring them up). Then guide them

into a meditation grounding them to the earth and connecting them to the spiritual
energy above.

THE FOUR PART'S Of ATTUNEMENT PROCESSES:

The 4 parts of the attunement process each have a different purpose and cause
different things to happen.
PART 1: Opens the Crown chakra and brings the energies down into your Aura and
into the Aura of student.
PART 2: The energies enter the hands, the body and chakras of the student.
PART 3: The process is completed by sealing in the attunement, disconnecting the
student from the teacher.
PART 4: It is blessing for the student.

TECHNIQUE FOR EACH ATTUNEMENT:

The Reiki I & II attunement is exactly the same with the intention making the
difference. Make sure you state in your mind which attunement you are about to do
before you begin and then simply follow the directions exactly. It is what goes into
the hands that make the difference between the Reiki attunements. These include
when the hands are on the top of the head as well as when they are open in front of
the heart.

In Reiki I & II attunements the 3 Reiki symbols go into the hands.

In Reiki 3(a), attunement the 4 Usui symbols go into the hands.

In Reiki 3(b), Master- Attunement the 4 Usui symbols plus the 2 Tibetan symbols
go into the hands.

1. Contract Hui-yin point and place your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
2. Draw a breath imagining it as white light coming down through the Crown
chakra, through the tongue, down the front of the body (Functional channel)
through the Hui-yin point and up the spine (governing channel) to the center
of the head. Imagine the white mist filling the head.
3. Allow the white mist to turn to blue and to begin rotating clockwise. As it
rotates imagine it turning to violet.
4. Within the Violet light picture the Tibetan Master symbol.
5. Breath the Tibetan Master symbol and violet light into the students Crown
chakra and imagine the symbol moving in to the heart chakra (This is for
Reiki Healing attunement), for regular attunements the symbol goes into the
base of the brain, as you chant the secret name of the Tibetan Master symbol
three times.

ATTUNING YOURSELF:

It is possible to perform a Reiki attunement on yourself. You can use this technique
to perform a Reiki initiatory attunement involving the hands or a healing
attunement, simply use one of your legs, bent at the knee. Intend that the knee is
your head and the thigh portion is your back. Do part one. If u wants to do an
initiatory attunement using the hands, place your left hand only above the knee.
Intending that it represents both hands. Use your right hand to draw out the
symbols in the air above, picturing them, moving down through the hand and into
the knee as through it is your head. Do your part 2, using your opposite knee as the
front of your body. If doing an initiatory attunement using the hands intends that
your left hand represents both hands. Draw out the symbols in the air above your
left hand and slap both the hands together. Then blow over the hands, third eye,
and solar plexus areas are represented by the leg. Return to the left knee to finish
with part three. Use the right knee for understands. Also explain that you will be
placing your hands on top the head. (Some time during an attunement a person will
get confused and bring the hands up when you place your hands on the top the
head instead of when you touch the left shoulder so if this happens gently motion
their hands back down. Also sometimes they forget to bring them up when you
touch the left shoulder so gently reach over and bring them up). Then guide them
into a meditation grounding them to the earth and connecting them to the spiritual
energy above.

Note: Remember it is your intension that the most important part of doing
attunement along with what you imagine to be true. Because of this you can also
use a Teddy bear or a pillow to represents yourself when doing a self attunement.

PRACTICE ATTUNEMENTS:

Practice doing attunements on friends and family. Reiki support groups are a great
place to practice attunements. The initiatory attunements should be practiced on
people who already have received the attunement you want to practice. While an
attunement will last a life time and no additional attunements are necessary in
order for the person to continue to have Reiki. Additional attunements strengthen
and refine the Reiki energy they already have and can also create spiritual
experiences. The healing attunements can be done on anyone.

REIKI HEALING ATTUNEMENT:

A Reiki attunement can be given for healing purpose only. This attunement brings
in high frequency healing energies which are more powerful and effective than
those given during a regular Reiki treatment. If done before psychic surgery and a
regular Reiki treatment, it will make the treatment more effective by opening the
aura and a more receptive state.
The healing attunement also creates the opportunity for the clients guides to work
with her or him in a more powerful way. This attunement doesn't initiate the client
into Reiki and can be done on anyone. It can be done on more than one client at a
time. It must be done in private with no one watching and with the clients eye
closed.
The reason the healing attunement does not initiate the client into Reiki is that the
symbols are not placed into hands. The most powerful results are achieved by
doing a Healing attunement first, then a standard Reiki treatment using all the hand
positions.

REMOVING NEGATIVE ENERGY:

The Reiki healing attunement is highly effective in removing negative energies
from the client. It will remove negative energy in the physical body, aura, and
chakras and work to help release any blocks the client chooses. It can also be used
in conjunction with spirit release work.
Before beginning the healing attunement explain to the client that they must be
willing to let go the block and any other conditions in their life the block may have
created. They must be willing to make important changes in their attitude about
themselves and life concerning the issues involved and to become aware of those
issues in new way.
Have the client focus on the block with the intention of releasing it during the
healing attunement.

EMPOWERING GOALS:
The healing attunement can also be used to empower goals. If there is a goal the
client has had trouble achieving, it is that there is something that needs to heal
before they can achieve it. There may be unconscious negative feelings and
thoughts about the goals that are blocking its achievement such as fear of failure or
fear of success etc. These blocks can be focused on by the client and released
during the healing attunement.
During the healing attunement it is also possible to receive insight about the goal
and guidance in making plans. Sometimes a particular goal is not harmony with a
persons life path and if this is the case the client may be made aware of this during
the healing attunement.
Have the client focus on the goal and be willing to take responsibility for doing
whatever necessary to achieve it as well as being open to new ideas and attitudes
about it. A willingness to release unconscious negative attitudes about the goal is
also necessary.

PREPARATION:

1. The client should be sitting with their feet flat on the floor and their hands
palms down on their legs.
2. The clients eye should be remain closed through palms down on their legs.
3. The clients eye should rename closed throughout the healing attunement
with their attention focused inwardly on their purpose.
4. A short meditation can be done to connect the person to the positive energies
of the earth and to the positive energies from above.
5. It is important for the client to locate the area the problem is in and to give it
dimension.
Use the following steps to do this.

1. Ask the client to describe the issues they would like to heal.
2. Ask them to close their eyes and meditate on the issues. Ask them " if this
problem in a part of the body, which part would it be in". This is often easy
as the client will feel tension or pain in an area of the body whenever they
think about the issue. If they have difficulty choosing an area. Just ask the
client to take a guess with the idea that there is no wrong answer.
3. Ask them to imagine they are looking into the area they have chosen to ask
them, " If this problem had a shape what shape would it have".
4. Do the same things to find the color, texture, weight and sound the shape
make so that they have a clear image of the block. Remember that any
answer is ok and that they don't have to get all of them..........

Before actually starting the healing attunement move behind the client and
say a silent prayer asking for the help of your spiritual guides, the Reiki

guides, and helpers, angels and archangels then silently state to yourself and
to them that this is to be a healing attunement.
1. Draw Usui master symbol and the power symbol on your palm chakras.
2. Draw the power symbol down the front of your body and on all your chakras
intending them to the light.
3. Draw out all six Reiki symbols starting from D.K.MO to HSZSN symbols in
the air in front of you in tenting their energy to fill the room.
PART 1:

1. Move behind the client and make the sign of the Fire serpent from the top of
the head to the bottom of the back spiraling at the base of the spine.
2. Place both hands on top of the head and close your eyes meditating briefly to
gain energetic rapport with the client.
3. Bring your tongue to the top of your mouth, contract Hui-yin point and do
the Violet breath. Remember to hold both these points till the attunement
completes. Open your hands and exhale into the clients Crown chakra
picturing the Tibetans Master symbol moving from your middle of the head,
out with your breath and holding tongue on the mouth roof blow into the
Crown chakra of the client then moving through the clients head and down
into the Heart chakra ( Note : this is different process than the Regular Reiki
attunement where we r blowing and sending to the base of the brain, where
in Healing attunement we are sending the symbols to the Heart chakra), as
the symbol is moving repeat the name of the symbol three times in the
mantra like fashion saying the last one as the symbol moves into the Heart.
As you visualize the symbol moving guide it with your hand.

4. Draw the Usui Master symbol over the head and repeating its name thrice
and guide it to go Heart chakra via Crown chakra from your right hand.
5. Repeat step 4 with the Power symbol and Distance healing symbols. Move
to the front to continue part 2.
PART 2:

1. Move to the front and draw the Tibetan Master symbol over the Crown
chakra, and say the symbol name thrice as you guide the symbol through the
third eye, the heart and then into the Solar plexus chakra, gently tap the top
of the head thrice with the finger tip.
2. Repeat the above steps with the Usui Master symbol, the Power symbol, the
Mental / emotional symbol and Distance healing symbol.
3. Gently blow towards the solar plexus, heart, 3rd eye, crown continue
blowing back from solar plexus, heart, 3rd eye, crown chakras, in one
smooth continues motion. As you blow use your hands to guide the energy
placing a strong intention on the last upward motion to sweep out all
negative energy and move it up and completely out. See clients explained
blocks, shapes moving out of the body, chakras and auras and up to the light.
Move to the client back.

PART 3:
1. Place your hands on the client shoulders and look down through Crown
chakra you are seeing Heart chakra. Look for a soft pink ball fire or imagine
one bring there. Lovingly place a positive affirmation in the students heart
and subconscious Mind by repeating 3 times intending to be accepted by the
students subconscious Mind and to enter the heart affirmation as You are

completely healed by Divine love now, with Love and fashion" and to
achieve your highest spiritual purpose now.
2. Place your dominant hand on the back of the client heart chakra and the non
dominant hand on the shoulder repeat the phrase" I now deal this healing
process with Divine love and wisdom" while picturiesing a door with the
power symbol on it being closed and locked over the heart chakra, and feel
that the process is sealed and completed. Place your hands on the shoulders
of the client and feel that student and yourself both are been blessed. Move
to the students front.
PART 4 :
1. Hold your hands at waist level with palm showing towards the client.
2. Inhale and hold the breath briefly then exhale while releasing the Hui-yin
point and tongue and intending the releasing energy to act as a blessing for
the client.
3. Place students hands, cross over his chest facing his palm portion to the
body and ask him to breath slowly for 5 minutes.
4.

Ask the client how much relief he feel now, if he feels anything go ahead
with the psychic surgery then heal them and that ends the Healing
Attunement.
