Drinking water “Turan” is extracted from the well No 1943 on the deposit of underground waters
opened in the depth of 16-46 meters the water-bearing zone of granite cracks. Before bottling the
water goes through the treatment of the monochromatic red polarized light wave length 650 nm
of helium and neon source and ozonation (MKGCO). It was set by the experiments in
Yekaterinburg that under the influence of monochromatic red polarized light water changed it
structural parameters, physical and chemical properties i.e. the increase of solution of calcium
salts and the activity of formation of complex organic compositions with iron and biological
activity without any change of the chemical composition. Due to the data of the scientific center
of urology (Almaty, Kazakhstan), Akmola region hospital and Kokshetau policlinic (Kokshetau)
taking water treated by MKPCO there were noticed the improvement of health, slumber, appetite
and functioning of bowels, the decrease of headaches and fatigability, the normalization of blood
pressure. Water influences the decrease of processes of crystallization and the ureasic activity of
urine, dissolves small concretions in kidneys, improves “drainage” system of urinary tracts and
facilitates the fragments removal of concretions after distance lithotripsy.
It is known that in the formation physical and chemical properties and the biological activity of
natural mineral water autochthonous micro organisms play an important role. The researches on
the micro flora content of origin water “Turan” and its dynamics after treatment by MKPCO
were conducted in Ukraine SRC of medicine rehabilitation and balneology (Odessa).
The samples of water were selected from the well No 1943 and in the line of bottling water
“Turan” after its treatment by MKPCO in May, 25, 2006.
The quantitative number of taxonomic and ecological and trophic goups of autochthonous micro
organisms was determined by the method of inoculation on the agarous and liquid nutritious
environment. The number of viable micro organisms was expressed by colony formed units
(CFU) for 1 sm3 of water. With the help of test culture of colon bacillus (Escherichia coli, stamp
846) received from GISK after Tarasevich (Moscow) it was determined the bactericide activity
on water.
The results of researches of water “Turan” shows the presence of microorganisms of different
groups, Tables 1,2.

Summaries and conclusion

1. The revealed microorganisms in water “Turan” are peculiar to natural mineral waters.
They are not pathogenic, they do not worsen the organoleptic indices of drinking water
and they are the producers of biologically active compositions: catalase, protease, α-
amylase, amino acids, antibiotic substances.
2. The treatment of water by MKPCO does not kill its autochthonous micro flora.
3. Water “Turan” before the treatment just like after the treatment with the influence on test
culture of colon bacillus was estimated as high bactericidal.
4. The treatment of water by MKPCO stimulated the increase of the number of CFE of
manganese acids, phyionic, denitrifying, methanforming bacteria and the reduction of
saprophytic bacteria, oligocarbon and butyric bacteria.
5. Water “Turan” after treatment contained hydrocarbon acid bacteria forming on the
surface the nutritious environment film of the orange color in comparison to non colored
film of hydrocarbon acid bacteria of initial water. Probably, the formation of induced
orange pigment is in the limits of possibilities of one or aggregation of several types of
the revealed hydrocarbon acid bacteria.
6. it is recommended the realization of the further experimental researches on the small
laboratory animals for the estimation of biologically activity of drinking water “Turan”,
treated by MKPCO with the aim to refer it at packing to “mineral natural table”.
Influence of red light and ozone
on autochthonous micro flora of drinking water “Turan”

The researches of taxonomic and ecological and trophic groups of autochthonous

microorganisms in drinking water from underground source before and after its treatment with
monochromatic red polarized light of helium and neon source and ozone were conducted. It was
determined that treated water has high bactericidal properties and contains the same micro flora
as initial water from a well has.
