Perkhidmatan penghantaran pulang dan balik bekerja disediakan oleh pihak hotel dengan van.
Selain itu, tempat rahat dan solat disediakan oleh hotel kepada pekerja bagi memenuhi
keselesaan. Bantuan kemalangan turut disediakan kepada pekerja jika berlaku sebarang
kemalangan dan menyebabkan kecacatan. Jika berlaku kematian kepada pekerja, pihak hotel
akan memberi bantuan kepada keluarga tersebut dan menawarkan peluang pekerjaan kepada
anak, isteri atau suami si mati.
