Catalunan Pequeo, Talomo District, this City, for appropriate action of the Body.
ITEM NO. 1474 Re: Application of Ms. Miraluna I. Cerbo, General Manager,

Locational Clearance (PALC) of Greenville III (BP 220) located in Barangay
Catalunan Pequeo, Talomo District, this City, for appropriate action of the Body;
ITEM NO. 1475 Re: Application of Mr. Kenneth Y. Yap, President, Davao Joyful
Homes Realty Corporation, for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC)
of The Prestige (BP 220) located in Barangays Cabantian and Indangan, both of
Buhangin District, this City, for appropriate action of the Body;
ITEM NO. 1476 Re: Request of Lower Rapnaga Bago Aplaya Neighbourhood
Association (LORABA), for intervention of the City Council regarding their problem
for a road-right-of-way in the area, for appropriate action of the Body.
In this regard, may we request for the availability of the venue and stenographer for
the said Committee Hearing. May we likewise request if you can invite the following
