Lynda Taylor is a unique new author who believes all

things are possible. Lynda has the rare ability to touch
the hearts of everyone she encounters, be it friends,
family, or even the President of the United States of
America!, she loves to help people anyway she can,
offering support, motivation and encouragement.
There appears to be no limits to Lyndas creative
writing! She is also a songwriter.
Her ultimate goal is to be a full-time philanthropist. She
enjoys touching people with her writing and has many
more books in the pipeline, which (she chuckles) hopes
will be written in the Maldives or Bora Bora!

Dedication
I would like to dedicate this book to my older brother
Darren Purvis whose support made this book possible.
All my life he has encouraged me and believed in me;
there is nothing he wouldnt do for me, so Darren
Thank you x. I would like to pledge great thanks too,
to my fianc Chris Beard (www.powerbeast.co.uk)
whose efforts and encouragement and support have also
made this book possible.
Thank you to my lovely children Sam, Jess, Lewis and
George for their inspiration and encouragement.
Thank you to Charlotte Toon for your support and
encouragement.
Thank you to my dear friends Patricia Sullivan, Kerrie
Clarke, and Steve Quinn whose support also made this
book possible.
Thank you to all of my family and friends for your kind
support
Thank you to Templars Primary School for your support
and encouragement.
I would like to thank my dear friend Ken Hampton,
CEO, partner and founder of Raise Em Up Records
USA. Kens encouragement and an eye for creative
writers has led him to ask me to join his team of Gifted
lyric writers for his record label. Im so grateful for this

unique and wonderful opportunity. Thank you once

again, Ken.
Thank you to Debra Hepburn and the team at
www.rbh.co.uk
Thank you to President Barack Obama for your rapid
personal response to the rhyme in this book I wrote for
you: your kind endorsement of appreciation really
encouraged me. Thank you.
I would like to thank the cast of the film The Secret
whose messages of inspiration caused the launch of my
newly discovered writing gifts. I urge anyone who
wishes for a better life to watch the film and study the
law of attraction, because it was my understanding of
that law that brought the thought of becoming an
author to the reality of being an author/my thought of
becoming a song writer to the reality of being a song
writer!
Watch out for my next book, teaching you how to bring
your thoughts and dreams into your reality: Mind Power
Beyond Ability.
Thank you to Leanne and Dave Bolton for your
constant support and encouragement (www.life-cc.org).
Thank you to Mike Dooley for your terrifically powerful
phrase, Thoughts become things, which you will see
used in one or two of my poems, and your
encouragement on Facebook.

Readers, please study these people: they are incredible

messengers of life-changing information; they will
transform your thoughts so you can have that better life
that you only dream of!
Dr Wayne Dyer
Bob Proctor
Les Brown
Lisa Nichols
Louise Hay
Christie Marie Sheldon
Rev Ike
To name a few!
Finally, thank you to all of my Facebook friends who
have always encouraged and supported my work.
Facebook helped me in the universal synchronicities
required to expand on my writing gifts, such as my song
writing opportunities, so thank you Facebook!

Poems for Children

Big Thunder

Thunder claps, the sky lights up,

Oh I am so scared I cant look up!
Mums hand did rest upon my arm, Dont be distressed
or be alarmed I will cuddle you and keep you calm.
You see all that crashing and all the banging is just God
moving around on his landing!
The lightning that you see out there is just God
checking his bulbs for spares!
I had to chuckle at this thought and no longer then did I
feel distraught,
Now when a storm begins to rumble, I dont get scared
or fret or crumble!

Marty McFlarty

Marty McFlarty was really rather arty. He paints all

night and paints all day; he almost wore his brush
away!
Take a break, said Father Drake, its time to sit or
youll be sick, you cant keep working at this pace,
youve turned all red right in the face.
So Marty McFlarty took his advice and went straight
bed and closed his eyes. He dreamt of paints and
brushes too he wished he would do something new!

Shouty Shaun

Shouty Shaun would shout all day, he couldnt hear

what people would say!
Stop shouting Shaun! his mother would say,
But he couldnt hear her and so walked away!
What a nuisance! he shouted as he searched for his
games.
His mum had hidden them all away!
Wheres my games? Shaun started to scream!
But mum couldnt be heard over his voice so extreme!
When Shauns voice started to disappear his mum sang
out with an almighty cheer!
Thank goodness youre silent its time to take note!
With all of that shouting you have damaged your
throat.
Be calmer and talk nicely for if you do, your games will
return and bring cheer to you!
A lesson today Shaun had to learn: that shouting loudly
will make your throat burn!

My Brother Bugs Me

My Brother Ben he really bugs me, he steals all my cars

and plays on my Wii!!
Why does he have to be this way?
I wish Santa would come and take him away!
But then if he did what would I do? For hes the one I
throw balls to.
We talk at night and play all day. Hes not so bad, Im
glad he must stay.
