1. Topic: Role of education in the Colombians post-conflict

2. Why we choose that topic?


Colombia starts a new age in its history, an internal conflict with more than 50 years, for second
time is near to end. the peace dialogues in Cuba between the government of Santos and the
FARC guerrilla at the moment offer an advance never seen before in the nation and in the world,
increasing the chances to make peace within a few months. Is in this context that all we as
citizens need know our role in the post conflict, and more important, our role as teachers in the
future country wound, with over 30,000 new people in cities, and numerous ravages of war.
This topic help us to know more about the conflict that happen nowadays and the different
solutions for peace process because with the table of negotiation must be a sight as one of several
steps towards the peace and reconciliation between Colombians and guerilla, however, trying not
to lose so many opportunities since 20 years ago have been wasted, also the implementation of
new politics of each one of citizens next to post-conflict.

3. Objectives:

Understand the role of education in post-conflict and knowing the method of government for
not fail again

Investigate possible changes of the education system in the post-conflict.

Considerate the implementation of politics that generate changes both in the


Education and in the current system.

Recognize the politic participation of a society implicated in peace process.

4. Results:
Continuing the work plan of fifteen days ago, we realized a research of information in different
universities interested in the topic founding as point of reference the offer of a new include
education and inter-institutional that nor limit neither delegate the education to the organization

school if it does not propose to the family and to the government and organizations responsible
of educative process.

The integration of the government, the school and families will let the development of a society
where all the sectors will have the active participation politic in make decisions and will avoid
the monopoly that trigger different internal wars during two thousand years of history as nation.

will tend the establishment of politic identity in all students in the nation. Seek to ensure that
each people can identify as active member and to be able to believe and decide in topic that
affected its individuality.

The few politic participation of the last seventy years was the cause of conflict identify in three
investigative articles. A lack of interest in making decisions let levels of corruption and
monopolization of government general exclusion, poverty and inequality.
