ACS CONTRACT

Welcome to the Premium Admissions Counseling Service (Premium ACS), a one stop
solution for all your study abroad queries. We really look forward to work with you and assist you
in the realisation of your career dreams, by providing a wide array of tailor-made services
encompassing comprehensive admissions strategies, admissions counselling and all-round
assistance for study abroad.
Premium ACS Services has the following stages:

Profiling and University Short-listing

Editing
Application Assistance

Visa Counselling

PROFILING & UNIVERSITY SHORTLISTING:

An Admissions Counsellor will be assigned to help you with Profiling and University Short listing.

Once enrolled, you need to fill a PAQ (Profile assessment Questionnaire) provided by your
counsellor.

Your counsellor will study the your profile in detail, evaluate the your academic scores,
standardized test (SAT/GMAT/GRE/TOEFL/IELTS) scores, professional work experience (if
any), extracurricular and personal activities, special talents and courses that you intend to
study.

Based on your profile assessment, the counsellor will provide you a shortlist comprising of
10-12 universities. Out of those 1012 universities, you need to select 5 universities for which
we will provide ACS services. Ideally you need to select 2 Dream Universities, 2 Reach
Universities and 1 Safe University.
The universities present in a shortlist will be categorised as:

Dream (less than 50% chances of obtaining admission

Reach (50 - 80% chances of obtaining admission)
Safe (more than 80% chances of obtaining admission)

You will be entitled to receive a maximum of 3 university shortlists. These can be either a
score range (If you do not have a mock score), tentative shortlist (Based on your 2-3 mock
scores, to be provided before you GRE/GMAT/ SAT test) and Final Shortlist (Based on your
Actual test scores).

The requested program should be finalized by the student before the preparation of shortlist,
as it would not be changed entirely for a different program.

EDITING:
Once your universities are finalised, an editor will be assigned to help you with the written
component of your application, i.e. Essays, Resume, Statement of Purpose and Letter of
Recommendation in order to present your personality and profile in the best possible manner.
1. The editing process specifically includes 4 phases:

Brainstorming: Extensive discussion to understand your profile. Guidance

provided to create your initial drafts.

Critiquing: Comments are provided in order to ensure that right content is

available for a draft

Editing: Structure, tone and grammar of the content is worked upon

Finalization: Drafts are finally proofread before you use them for the application

2. The exchange of documents must happen through Sutradhaar document up-loader only.
Drafts received on e-mail would not be considered official.

*There is a turnaround time of 2-3 working days for submission of drafts for both Editor and the Client
to ensure that the process is completed within timelines.
5. In case drafts are received in less than 5 days before the deadline and the Editor agrees
to work on them on priority:

The best possible outcome in terms of quality cannot be ensured.

Multiple exchanges of drafts will not be possible in such a case.
Detailed discussions will not be possible at such a short notice.

6. Plagiarism and Ghost-writing are not promoted in any form. Hence, we do not share
samples.
The editor does not write for the students and the first drafts should come from students end.
Your profile is absolutely different from others and we take care that it is strongly projected in
your documents via our personalized services.

7. Additional editing work: Editing for specific scholarship applications such as Fulbright
Scholarship would be counted as Editing of an entire university application

APPLICATION ASSISTANCE
The following services will be provided to you:

Application links and deadlines for the finalised universities will be emailed to you.

Application Review (for online applications you need to fill and provide us your
Application ID and Password).

Email formats which you can use while contacting university professors and Indian
students studying in a particular foreign university.

For application review you are supposed to forward your application username and password
to the Admissions Counsellor at least one week before the application deadline. Also, it would
take your Admissions Counsellor at least 24 hours to review the completed application,
INTERVIEW PREPARATION: Once (if) you receive an interview call from a university, we will
conduct interview training which will help you in preparing for your actual University interview.
We provide two to three interview preparation sessions of an hour each. You are supposed to
send your request for interview prep at least 5 days prior to the actual interview date.
VISA COUNSELLING: We will assist you in preparing for the visa interview if and when you
receive an offer from a university. Your admissions counsellor or visa counsellor will handle your
visa counselling case. We help you prepare your academic & financial documents in a logical way
so you can present them efficiently to the high commission or the respective vendor which
processes visa applications on its behalf.
The delivery of our service is through our Head Office staff based at Okhla, New Delhi, or
certain staff members who are application experts and work from their homes. Our interaction
with you will be primarily email & telephone conversation/voice chat based. This allows youto
be serviced by us from the comfort of thehome/office all that you need is an internet connection
&/or phone line.
At the very outset we develop a detailed schedule for completing key processes for university
admissions, working under strict deadlines for drafts and final documents. We look forward to
