DESCRIPTION
NEW CUTTING and TESTING AREA
General Requirements:
Mobiliozation/ Demobilization
Provision of all Safety Requirements (PPE, Enclosure, Safety Signage)
SUBTOTAL
Civil and Architectural Works:
Dismantling of affected wooden partition, doors and windows (6.50m x 3.50m x 2.9m) former X-Ray room
Hauling of dismantled and existing wall partitions, doors and windows (for safekeeping)
Dismantling of existing false wall on concrete wall (1.50m x 20.0m)
Replace with Hardiflex board (1/4"thk) on metal studs
Application of non-acetic silicone sealant on existing window glass frames prior to installation of new hardiflex false wall
Installation of Double wall Gypsum partition w/ metal cladding (existing)
Installation of metal studs (NEW). Note: wall partition aluminum battens must be properly aligned to ceiling grid (see existing)

Wall partition will be coming from OPTO Cutting area including aluminum battens w/ plastic insert and other accessories except metal studs - 2.90m
1.20m (W) x double-wall
Installation of additional Gypsum board w/ pre-painted G.I ga #24 metal laminated panel (4"x10"x1/2") including aluminum battens and accessories
2.90mts.) - Double wall
Painting of all existing gypsum wall partition prior to installation (2-coats same color as existing)
Provision of Aluminum Angle Bar 1"x1"
Provision of 2"x3"x2".0mm C Purlins Wall stiffener for door opening
Provision of 4" PVC Baseboard (NEW) same color as existing

Removal of one(1) gypsum wall partition with glass window (along Prod. Hallway). Replace it with solid wall partition (double wall) with metal claddin
height and dimension) - 1.20m x 3.00m
Installation of Door and jambs including accessories
1000mm x 2400mm Single leaf steeldoor (ga. #18) w/ steel jamb (ga. #16) w/ door closer (Yale), and Door Knob (Schalge-US), epoxy enamel finish
light gray)
Tile Works
Removal of all existing ESD tiles. Cleaning and disposal of debris.
Surface preparation and repair of all uneven surfaces.
Installation of new ESD tiles (tiles & adhesive provided by VPI).
Painting Works
Painting of newly installed false wall (Hardiflex board)

Painting/ retouching works for all concrete walls and columns (w/ surface preparation) with 3-coat Boysen Latex paint (off-white color or same as exi
Painting/ retouching of all metal cladded partition (same color as existing).
Painting / retouching of all metal doors (same color as existing - light gray).
Ceiling Works
Repair and alignment of whole ceiling (including aircon diffuser in the area). Install additional support / hangers.
Replacement of dilapidated ceiling board (PVC Laminated Gypsum Board 9mm x 603mm x 1212mm, plain white, Brand: DOMTAR USA
Replace bended or twisted T-runners. Paint retouching of existing.
Provision of plastic sheet enclosure and necessary safety barricades
Daily Housekeeping
Miscellaneous materials needed.

Dismantling of double-wall partition with metal cladding (to be used in New Cutting & Testing Areas) including metal stud framing and support
Tile Works
Removal of all existing ESD tiles. Cleaning and disposal of debris.

metal access door. Complete with handle, latches, locks and other required accessories.
Painting Works
Painting/ retouching works for all affected walls (w/ surface preparation) with 3-coat Boysen Latex paint (off-white color or same as existing).
Painting/ retouching of all metal cladded partition (same color as existing).
Painting/ retouching of all metal doors (same color as existing - light gray).

Daily Housekeeping and Vacuuming
