CustomerandGoAirlines(India)Ltd.(the"GoAir").TheTermsmaybereadasastandalonedocumentormaybereadwithsuchotherdocuments/termsasmayapplytoaparticularService/situation/circumstance/
transactionandasthecontextmayrequiresuchotherdocuments/termswillprevailovertheseTermsasmaybeindicated.TheCustomeracknowledgesandagreesthatGoAirmayatitssolediscretionaddto,modifyor
amendtheTerms(includingtheCharges)fromtimetotimeandsuchchangesshallbecommunicatedtotheCustomer,butindividualcommunicationmaynotbesenttoCustomer.GoAirmaypublishnoticesofgeneral
nature,whichareapplicabletotheCustomersonGoAir'sWebsiteorinanyothermodeasmaybedecidedbyGoAir.Suchcommunicationandnoticeswouldhavethesameeffectasanoticeservedindividuallytoeach
Customer.TheCustomermaydiscontinueavailingofService,failingwhichtheCustomershallbedeemedtohaveacceptedthechangefromtheeffectivedatementionedinthenoticeorfromthedateasmaybespecified
bytheapplicablelaw.GoAirmayberequiredtoabidebytherulesandregulationsofregulatorybodiestowhichitisormaybeaffiliatedandtheCustomeragreestoabidebysuchrulesandregulations.TheCustomer
agreesthatavailingofServicesissubjecttotherulesandregulationsintroducedoramendedfromtimetotimebytheDirectorateGeneralofCivilAviation(DGCA)oranyotherregulatoryorauthorityempoweredbylaw.
1. AccuracyofPersonalInformation&ConfirmationofBooking&FlightSchedule
a. TheCustomerisresponsibleforthecorrectnessofinformationsuppliedtoGoAirfromtimetotime.IftheCustomerhasreasontobelievethatthereisanerrorintheinformationfurnishedto
GoAir,theCustomershallimmediatelycallGoAirCustomerCallCentre,at09223222111/02025662111.
b. GoAirshallnotbeliableorresponsibleinanymannerwhatsoever,foranyconsequencesarisingoutofanyerroneousormisleading,incorrect,untimelyorincompleteinformationfurnishedby
theCustomer.
c. ThebookinginGoAir'sdatabaseistheprimaryrecordofcarriageandintheeventofanydifferencesbetweenthisticketandGoAir'sdatabase,theinformationrecordedinGoAir'sdatabase
shallprevail.
2. Fares,taxesandsurcharge
FaresaschargedfromtheCustomershallincludeapplicablepassengerservicefee,cutecharge,servicetax,cess,fuelsurcharge,conveniencefeeandadditionalairportfee&UserDevelopmentFeeon
flightsfromcertainairports.Faresaresubjecttochangewithoutpriornotice.
3. ChangestoBookings
Subjecttoavailabilityandpaymentofallapplicableamounts,changescanbemadetoyourbookingasfollows:
a. ChangeofdateortimeofthebookedticketcanbemadebynotifyingGoAiratleast2hourspriortotheScheduledDepartureTimeeitherbyvisitingWebsiteorattheairportticketingcounter
orbycallingCustomerCallCentre.TheCustomershallbeliabletopaytheChargesforsuchchanges,fordetails,pleasereferWebsitewww.GoAir.in.
b. Nochangeofnameasprintedontheticketwillbepermitted.
4. CancellationandRefund
a. TheCustomershallcancelthebookingonlytwohourspriortoscheduleddeparture.TheCustomershallbeentitledtorefundofticketaspertherefundrulesandafterdeductingcancellation
chargesapplicabletotheticketissuedandmorespecificallymentionedinthecitizencharter.Cancellationsofbookingslessthan2hourspriortothescheduleddeparturetimewillbetreated
as"NoShowCustomers"andrefundrulesapplicabletosuchcasewillapply.Refundforcancellationofabookingmadethroughanauthorisedtravelagentoronlinetravelportalswillbe
refundedbacktothetravelagentoronlineportal,andtheCustomershallcontactthetravelagentortheonlineportalforcollectingrefund.Wherethecancelledticketwasbookedusingcredit
/debitcard,therefundamountwillbecreditedtothecredit/debitcardaccountthroughwhichtheticketwasbooked,withinatleast15businessdaysofsuchcancellation.
b. IncasebookingsaredoneatGoAirticketingcounterbymakingcashpayment,theapplicablerefundamountuponcancellationwillbeprocessedandreturnedbywayofanaccountpayee
chequeinthenameoftheCustomermakingthebookingwithin15businessdaysofsuchcancellation.
c. Incaseof'NoShow'orCancellationofpromotionalfaresticketstheentiregrossfareshallbeforfeitedbyCustomerexceptapplicablePassengerServiceFee(PSF)andUserDevelopment
Fee(UDF)whichshallberefundedinthesamemodeofpaymentinwhichthepaymentwasoriginallyreceivedandonlyuponreceivingsuchrequestinwritingfromtheCustomerwithin15
calendardaysfromthedateofCancellationor'NoShow',asapplicable.
5. Cancellationandreschedulingofflights
GoAirshallonabesteffortbasisoperatetheflightsaspertheschedule,providedthatitreservestherighttocancel,reschedule,postpone,preponethescheduleoftheflightoralterthestoppingplaceor
deviatefromtherouteofthejourney,andtheCustomershallnotraiseanydisputeorgrievanceagainstGoAirinanymannerwhatsoever.Incaseofanysuchcancellationorreschedulingofanyflightdueto
anyreason,GoAirfollowsapolicyasstipulatedbyDGCAfromtimetotimeandasisapplicabletodenialofboarding,cancellationordelayofflight.Customersonhopping/viaflightsareherebyinformedthat
otherthanonmedicalgrounds,theyarenotpermittedtodeplaneatthestopoverstation.Formoredetails,pleaserefer'CitizensCharter'onWebsite.
6. BaggageAllowance
a. CheckedinbaggageallowanceperCustomerisasfollows:ForGoSmartandGoFlexi:15kgsForGoBusiness:35kgsAnyexcessbaggagewillbecharged@Rs.250perkg.
b. Inadditiontothecheckedinbaggageallowance,Customersareallowedtocarryhandbaggagetotheaircraftsubjecttoamaximumweightof7kgsperCustomer.Customerstravelingwith
aninfantagedbetween7daysto24monthsareallowedtocarryoneadditionalsmallcabinbaggageforbabyfoodetc.andonefullycollapsiblebabypushchairorstrollerorbabybasket,the
maximumweightofadditionalbaggageforinfantshallnotexceed7kgs.
c. Thesizeofthecabinhandbaggageshallnotexceed55cmx35cmx25cm(Total115cms).GoAirassumesnoresponsibilityorliabilityfordelayincarriageofbaggagebyair.Pleasenote
thatnohandbaggage,otherthanlaptop,digitalcameraandvaluablesispermittedwhileboardingfromSrinagar,JammuandLehAirports.
d. Forhealthandsafetyreasons,GoAirwillnotacceptanyindividualbaggageitemexceeding32kgs.Foroversizedbaggage,includingsporting,musicalequipmentetc.anadditionalchargeof
Rs.1000/perbaggagepersectorwillbelevied.GoAirreservestherighttorefusetocarryanyluggagethatdoesnotcomplywithitspolicies.
e. Customersarealsoadvisedthatvaluableitemssuchasjewelry,computersandelectronicdevices,keys,importantdocuments/materials,medicationsormedicalequipmentthatcannotbe
replacedeasilyshouldnotbeincludedinthecheckinbaggage.GoAirdotakemeasurestoensurethatyourcheckinbaggageistransportedsafelytothedestination,however,itdoesnot
acceptanyresponsibilityincasethecheckinbaggageincludingvaluableitemsplacedinitaremisplaced,stolenorbrokenintransitexceptasdescribedbelow.
f. IncaseoflossofcheckinbaggagesolelyduetoournegligencethenGoAirwouldbeliabletopayforthelossofbaggagesubjecttoasumcalculatedattherateofRs.200perkgmultiplied
byweightofsuchlostbaggagesubjecttoamaximumofRs.4000/perbag.
7. BaggageScreening
Whereverrequired,checkinbaggageshouldbescreenedthroughanXraymachinebyCustomerbeforeproceedingwithcheckincounter.
8. DocumentsrequiredtobeproducedbyCustomeratthetimeofCheckIn.
a. PhotoIdentityCard:Customersarerequiredtopresenther/hisvalidphotoidentificationatthetimeofcheckin.
b. ValidticketandBoardingpass:TheCustomershallensuretocarryavalidticketorboardingpassatalltimesduringthejourney.
c. Credit/DebitCard:Customerwhohasbookedticketswithcredit/debitcardisrequiredtobringalongforverificationpurposesonly,theoriginalcredit/debitcardoraphotocopy(bothfrontand
back)ofthesame(PleasehidetheCVV(threedigitnumberwrittenonthebackofyourcredit/debitcard).ThoseCustomerswhohavemadethebookingusinganotherperson'scredit/debit
card,arerequiredtofurnishadulysignedauthorizationletterfromthecardholderalongwithatruephotocopyofthatcredit/debitcardasdescribedabove.
d. GoAirreservestherighttocancelanybooking,incaseofsuspectedfraudorotherwisewithoutanypriornoticeorascribinganyreasonstotheCustomer.
9. CheckinandBoardingClosingTime
a. Checkincommences2hourspriortothescheduleddeparture(3hoursincaseofSrinagarandJammuairports).Checkincountercloses45minutespriortothescheduleddeparturetime.
TheCustomerisrequiredtobepresentearlyatthecheckincounterwithluggagedulyxrayedandwithallvalidtraveldocumentsbeforethecloseofcheckincounter.
b. Inordertoavoidlastminuterush,Customersareadvisedtoreportearlyatleast60minutespriortothescheduleddeparturetime(90minutesincaseofSrinagarandJammuairports)atthe
checkincounter.
c. BoardingGatecloses25minutespriortothescheduleddeparturetime.IncasetheCustomerdelaysorfailstoshowupintimeatthecheckincounterorattheboardinggate,thenthe
Customerwillbetreatedas"noshow"andgrossfarepaidwillbeforfeitedexceptfortheapplicablePassengerServiceFee(PSF)andUserDevelopmentFee(UDF)whichshallberefunded
inthesamemodeofpaymentinwhichthepaymentwasoriginallyreceivedandonlyuponreceivingsuchrequestinwritingfromtheCustomerwithin15calendardaysfromthedateof
Cancellationor'NoShow'.
10. AirlinesRighttoRefuseBoarding
GoAirreservestherighttorefuseboardingtoCustomerwhoareconsideredtobeunrulyinthebestjudgementofGoAir,undertheinfluenceofalcoholordrugsorwhosebehaviorisfoundtobeviolentor
abusive,orwhereGoAirbelievethatdenialofboardingisnecessaryformaintaininggoodorderordisciplineonboard,thesafety,protection,securityandcomfortofotherCustomersorfortheprotectionof
thesafetyoftheaircraftand/orotherassets.Suchpersonswillbetreatedasnoshowandgrossfarepaidwillbeforfeited.
11. RighttoSearch
GoAirreservestherighttosearchCustomersbaggageforreasonsofsafetyandsecurityandtocheckwhetherthebaggagecontainsanyunacceptableorprohibiteditems.IftheCustomerrefusesto
complywithsuchsearchesorscan,wereservetherighttorefusecarriagetosuchCustomerandher/hisbaggagewithoutrefundoffareandwithoutanyotherliability.
12. InFlightSnacksandBeverages
ForCustomersflyingonGoBusinessticket,complimentarysnacks/beveragesareofferedonboard.ForotherCustomers,wehavemadearrangementwithareputedserviceprovidertoprovideaselected
rangeofsnacksandbeveragesforconsumptiononboardonchargeablebasis.ThoughGoAirshalltakereasonablestepstoprovideCustomerswithfresh,healthyandhygienicsnacksandbeverages,it
assumesnoliabilityorresponsibilityinrespectofthequality,quantityorsufficiencyofsuchinflightsnacksandbeverages.Customersmaychoosetolodgetheircomplaintinrespectofsuchinflightsaleof
foodandbeverageserveddirectlywiththeserviceproviderwhosecontactdetailswillbemadeavailableonboard.
13. ModeofBooking
TheCustomermaybooktheirticketeitherbyvisitingourwebsitewww.goair.inorattheairportticketingcounterorbythroughCustomerCallCentreorthroughanydesignatedtravelagentsoronlinetravel
webportals.GoAirassumesnoresponsibilityorliabilitytotheCustomerforanybookingsmadethroughanyothermodeotherthanspecifiedhereinoranyconsequencesarisingtherefrom.
14. ModeofPayment

a. TheCustomermaybookticketsbyusingcredit/debitcardthroughanyofthemodesmentionedinclauseaboveorbypayingcashattheairportticketingcounter.
b. CustomerswhorequestforduplicateprintoutsoftheitineraryattheairportreservationcounterswillhavetopayanadditionalfeeofRs.50perprintout(inclusiveofservicetaxandcess,if
applicable).
15. GoverningLawandDisputesettlementmechanism
TheseTermsshallbeconstruedbyandgovernedinaccordancewiththelawsofRepublicofIndiaandshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecompetentcourtsatMumbai,India.
