I, Vadde Venkayya S/o.Late Prasadarao, aged 48 years, Hindu,
Business, resident of Yedlapallivari Veedhi, Nazarpet, Tenali Town,
Guntur District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am deponent herein and 4th defendant in the main suit and
I am well acquainted with the facts of the case. By the time of
filing O.S., I was being minor and my mother, 2 nd defendant, rep.
me as natural guardian and now I attained majority
I submit that the plaintif filed the suit against the
defendants for partition and after hearing on both sides the case
was disposed on 14-04-1975.

By the time of trail some

documents i.e., Ex.A1 to A75 were marked on behalf of the

plaintif and Ex.B1 to B8 were marked on behalf of the
defendants.

At present I have no any documentary evidence

regarding to the suit schedule properties, which property fell in

to my share.

So it is just and necessary to obtain the

documents, which were mentioned in the Copy Application are

very essential and necessary to me.

Since I am the 4 th

defendant to these proceedings, I need permission of this

Honble Court to obtain the certified copies.

Hence I am filing

this application.
It is therefore prayed that this Honble Court may be
pleased to permit me to obtain the certified copies, which were
mentioned in the copy application and pass necessary orders in
the interest of justice.

Else, I will be put to irreparable loss and

injustice.
