Pre-Defects List
General
01. Comprehensive cleaning to all floor & wall area.
02. Realign those ceiling tile to ensure the straightness of the ceiling.
03. Re -orientate the light fittings diffusers to to ensure the alignment of the light.
04. Comprehensive cleaning to all the toilets area to remove the bad smell.
05. Touch up & repair the corner edge of the interior wall.
06. Remove paint drop on the door lock & ironmongery.
