and deliver for and our behalf, all contracts, agreements, documents and/or writings of
whatsoever kind or nature pertinent thereto; and to ask, demand, collect and receipt for
the proceeds of the loan thus obtained, to endorse and deposit the same in a bank of their
choise and withdraw the amounts thereof by check under the signature of their authorized
representatives for the purpose therein mentioned;

To secure the release of the corresponding Transfer Certificate of Title No. - on

To make, sign, execute, deliver contracts, agreements and other writings of

all such necessary technical men, carpenters and personnel in connection with the
construction of the residential building on the lot;
To prevent by all lawful means the commission of any trespass or
waste or injury on said property and to collect, recover and receive any damages which may accrue to the by

the said property by any person whomever;

To eject any or all persons illegally occupying or withholding said property, to sue
them in courts of justice, represent and testify for and behalf in said actions, present and
